    Greek Salad
    Yasmine G.

Have come here several times, always fresh and delicious. We ordered the Greek salad today, it's packed with feta, olives, fresh greens, and more. Their dressing is delicious. Was so good, we got a second one to go! They are always fast too, have not had to ever wait long here waiting for my food. And a very friendly staff, will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

Great little Mediterranean spot within the New Hope Ferry Market. We had the cheese rice balls and they were superb! The guy who waited on us was super friendly. This whole market is amazing and has everything you could want to eat plus wine and beer too! Enjoy :)

I always love to hit up the Ferry Market in New Hope when I visit. There are always a ton of great food options if you want something more casual! And I LOVEE Greek food- so it's the perfect combination! This place has a huge menu, I actually wanted it all. The Falafel was so so good and the dressing was. One of the chefs even let us try some babaghanouj dip fresh out of the oven, how nice!

Incredibly delicious food.. and I feel pretty good about eating it.. The tabbouleh is amazing, and so us the hummus and baba ganoush.. Ive also had a salmon wrap that was wonderful.. seriously so good..

The food is delicious. The hosts and staff are very polite. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back.

They have the best lamb shawarma I've ever had in my life. Doesn't look all that great, but it tastes phenomenal. Great service. Quick. Fresh. Lots of places to sit. A ton of vegetarian and vegan options. Bring your friends. -love, a local

    Lamb Shawarma Platter

My girlfriend and I spent our anniversary in New Hope and we ran into this spot The place is very casual, it's an order at a counter and grab your food type place. We got the Lamb Shawarma Platter and a cheese roll It came with hummus, cucumber tomato, pita, rice, thinly slide lamb, fries, tahini and pickles on top. It was actually really good, her and I had a great dinner eating here. I'd rate the plate 9/10, the hummus was great and the lamb was well seasoned The cheese roll was good but it was soooo heavy We sat outside next to the Christmas tree (pictured) and it was vibey There's not much to review here since it's not really a sit down place and there's no service or anything but I'd definitely recommend hitting up this spot for some good Greek food and the great thing is that if you have a large party and all want something different there are like 10+ restaurants in the same building for you all to get something different!

The Good Gyro might be one of the most popular food vendors in the food court so the wait was kind of bad about 20 minutes after ordering. There is a great variety of options on the menu and we love the flexibility of creating our own platter. We had a 3-item platter: eggplant stew, cauliflower stew and falafel with salad & pita. The food was overall delicious especially the falafel, not dry at all and flavorful. However, the 2 stews were not served warm enough which was a little disappointing.

    Inside of falafel - excellent

The falafel here was outstanding and rivaled the falafel we just had in Haifa a few weeks ago. It was so, so good. The hummus was also great and nephew approved. I did not *love* the lamb burger, but I also wasn't very hungry. The owner was there and was super kind and you can tell he has great pride behind his food. I will definitely be back to get more falafel - it was SO good, probably the best I've had in the area. It was perfectly cooked, not greasy, and absolutely delicious.

Stopped in the Ferry Market for a quick meal before going to a show at the Bucks County Playhouse. I picked the Good Gyro because I am a vegetarian and they had a ton of options for dinner. We were there around 6:30-7pm on a Saturday and they were still open. This is a food hall so you go to the counter and order and they give you a number where they deliver your food. I ordered a falafel wrap and a side of fried with a diet coke. The food was finished quickly. The fries were excellent - very crisp and seasoned perfectly. The falafel was some of the best falafel I have very had, crisp outside, soft inside, perfect seasoning. The wrap itself had enough hummus and veg to make it moist and just a joy to eat. I would highly recommend this stall to anyone because the food was just that good.

It takes about 30 minutes to get your food and even longer to get a check after the fact. Which is crazy because my table was only one out of 3 other tables in the restaurant. Part of me thinks the reason the service isn't as good is because they know they're automatically getting that tip, but another part of me hopes that isn't the case. Upset to learn that HGR had closed, I learned that Brian was back....at the aptly named "Brian's at the Grill", at the same great location! I love it when a restauranteur has the confidence to design a dinner service that he knows will serve his diners best. We appreciated the beautiful prix fixe menu, with plenty of diverse choices for appetizer, entree and dessert. I guess we've been married 37 years, since we made the same choices...tuna tartare and grilled Swordfish with a delicate lemon, caper and butter sauce. Everything was perfect...the mashed potatoes and al dente veggies ...amazing. We enjoy bringing our own wines and appreciate when the restaurant focuses solely on cooking and leaves the wine to us. And Lambertville has a wine shop a few blocks away. The restaurant accepts cash, personal checks and Venmo. I actually found that refreshing, since Venmo is so simple and they made us well aware when we made our reservation. Many restaurants are now charging a credit card fee for the convenience of using a card, which they rarely disclose; we found using Venmo a great option. Of course food reigns supreme, but not if the service is spotty or brusque. Patricia is a gem and greeted us so warmly and paced our meal graciously. She asked if we wanted to move on to our entree rather than assuming that the kitchen's timing matched ours. How often do you receive that type of treatment? We were stuffed after two courses and rather than pushing the pot de creme and bananas foster on us, again, she asked whether we'd prefer it in the restaurant or back at the hotel....and when we preferred the latter, she packaged them so we could take a breather! Pretty remarkable. We felt we had a new friend by the end of the meal....she is a real asset and has been with Brian for maybe 14 years(?). Front of house excellence complements kitchen talent at this special, twinkling place. We appreciated that we had the option of dining with them on a Monday night, when businesses may be closed in Lambertville or New Hope. Brian's back and we're so glad we found him and Patricia. Enjoy!

I am not an adventurous eater, but I could kick myself for not going sooner. The food was that delicious and very importantly reasonably priced. My husband and I decided to try it during a date night, and I can't wait to go back. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our starter was Tandoori Samsa. Our entrees were the Classic Lamb and Plov Samarkand. For dessert we shared the Pahlava. If I had to change anything I would have ordered my own Pahlava. We found out that most of the people (regulars) who usually come here are on their vacation season so it was not an issue getting a six-top reservation with only a day's notice. The restaurant is huge with at least two mega rooms downstairs and one upstairs. We actually went to the upstairs door to check in only to be told we had to go to the downstairs door and check in there. Once we did, the staff asked if we would be ok with being in the "party" room where there would be a DJ. We were fine with that and the staff was more than happy to accommodate us. Once at our table, the extensive menus made it almost too difficult to decide what we wanted. May want to consider reducing the food options here. My wife and I split a tomahawk steak. Once we ordered it, we were told we should probably move to an eight-top because we would have more space. The place was almost empty at 6:15pm on a Saturday so we got to move and give us some more room. We also had two serving of Plov, a prime NY strip, a roasted beet salad, and a chicken fingers with fries. We added some bread, too, along with some compote. The Plov was some of the best we've ever had with lots of tender meat. Both steaks were cooked to our liking. Fries were killer and the chicken fingers were fine. I did not care for the compote as I'm used to it with fruit still in the drink. At about 7pm, the DJ started but there was no separate party which is what we thought was going to show up. The DJ sang some and played up-tempo dance music but also threw in some known music like Ob-Bla-Dee Ob-Bla-Dah from the Beatles also in the dance music style. So much fun after drinking a lot of our BYOB alcohol. Service was excellent and more than accommodating for us. He even advised when we were getting ready to leave that it was raining hard and we could stay until it died down. The restaurant is colorful with lights and designs on the walls including projector lights and white linen sheets above. The place was clean and also the bathrooms on the lower rear level. $305 not including tip for six adults which included two steaks, two Plov, chicken fingers with fries, three breads, and a compote. I mention a lot with my reviews that I'd come back to a place. I really can't wait to return to Samarkand! It was just a lot of fun with excellent food and service. I hope it's just as good when the place is slammed and full.
