I'm pretty picky on pizza and it's hard to find a place that serves slices in this area, but I really love this place serving individual slices in a really authentic feeling Italian restaurant. The slices are nice and thin, with a crispy undercarriage and perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Many times I visit, the owner is there, a very friendly true Italian, his passion in the restaurant radiates. Stopped by here on a whim while doing chores in this shopping plaza. Store has really good vibes which drew me in. friendly staff and nice clean looking place. I couldn't identify where the menu was so I just ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich which was advertised on the front door. it comes with chips and drink. it took about 10 min for my food to come out which was not bad. The chicken parm sandwich was good. It held together pretty well and had great bread cheese and sauce. the chicken itself was just okay but no major complaints. I'm a pizza snob and The Good Pizza does not disappoint. It's actually Great Pizza. Thin crust with fresh ingredient's. We had the combo. Pretty huge pizza for under thirty bucks. Much better than chain pizza. It's not just a pizza place it's a full on of Italian restaurant. They also have a great selection of sandos, salads and Italian dishes. I've been coming to The Good Pizza for a decade and I love it! The menu is excellent. I love the individual pizza slices. The hot honey pepperoni has ricotta cheese and is delicious. Some of my other favorites include the steak sandwich w fries, steak salad, wings, pasta specials and pasta with bolognese or vodka sauce. Don't sleep on the garlic knots! There's so much to choose from including fresh delicious desserts. I have eaten here hundreds of times and had no issues w my orders. Every business starts at 5 stars with me. I would love to give this place the highest rating, but just cannot. The pizza is fair, though extremely sparse with the cheese and sauce. The preparers stopped adding cheese with 3-4 inches before the crust's edge. The wings were dry, and there was no silverware on the tables and none offered, even after we were served. So they're short on cheese and dishwashers. No utensils means that you're going to get your fingers dirty, yet napkins were in insufficient supply. Eating pizza without utensils also means you are inclined to fold over your slice. Is this intentional by the ever scheming restauranteurs? More pizza will be eaten and in quicker fashion to help turn the tables. The cheese rationing and the absence of silverware has me paranoid about this place. Ordered for pick up on a Saturday night and they had it ready pretty fast. The pizzas are absolutely massive, which makes sense considering they're each over $30 if I recall correctly. We initially thought it was a bit expensive but they were large portions and one slice was more than enough for a meal. The salads were actually not as sizable but came with a generous amount of the toppings. Only wish the dressing was slightly bigger as the dressing cup is quite small for the salad. The food was decent and workers friendly. We didn't love that the supreme pizza had massive chunks of meatballs and chicken, as that's different from a typical supreme but obviously their own take on it. Overall good experience! read more

The chicken piccata dish is listed as $20 on their website . I was driving so I called in the order. Employee said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I went to go pick it up she indicated it was $28.00 I asked if that was correct and she said "yes". I paid although I thought about cancelling and sending food back. As I walked out and pulled up the site and price was listed as $20 I walked back in and showed the employee She replied by stating "it's $25 + tax on our system" 1. If that was fact - it would be $25 + $2.62 =$27.62 I'm not sure how they think they can just round it up to $28 2. Website prices are much lower (false advertisement) 3. Well, The Good Pizza is a clean restaurant with friendly staff; online ordering system was very easy to use. The presentation of these pizzas was great! The pizza looked amazing and came in big bright yellow pizza boxes. It's weird to cut the pizzas off center: each slice was a difference size, but everything looked good at least. However the crust was really thick. Doughy, but not undercooked. Chewing each piece was a flashback of me being 14 and biting into a New York bagel with braces and loosing a bracket. I felt the toppings were kind of bland and the cheese was a little too firm. I personally like eating cold pizza left over in the fridge the next day, but because they only kind of splash on the tomato sauce, the pizza was overall very dried out by this point. Kinda disappointing. Anyway, who cares, it's just pizza. After leaving a 4-star review for a takeout pizza, Boyfriend and I took the business owner up on his suggestion to dine outside in their delightfully cozy and festive patio space across the parking lot. We ordered the fried ricotta-stuffed squash blossoms appetizer, the lobster ravioli, and the shrimp and spaghetti. Everything was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and polite, and we got to have a lovely and lively chat with head chef Nando, who came around to every table to see whether we were happy with our meals!!
