The tables and chairs are thick, heavy, rustic wood reminiscent of a country kitchen, and the acoustics are pretty good! No echoes or a need to yell to friends or family at your own table. The service is stellar! Lots of students work here and they are top notch. The food is outstanding. Their hash browns are literally the best I have ever had. They are wispy and crispy, and will not leave grease on your plate or in your belly. The eggs are always perfect, no matter how you ask for them, and the pancakes are the best you can get without making them yourself at home. They are served with a syrup, but for $2.00 extra (at the time of this posting), you can get real maple syrup instead. By the way, their coffee is not limited to regular and decaf. It's very cozy. The waitress we had was very nice and we never ran low on coffee which is of course very important. I had the big breakfast with three eggs, two pancakes, bacon, sausage, home fries, and toast. They have blueberry, cranberry, apple, or chocolate chip pancakes for 60 cents extra per pancake. I got the cranberry pancakes. Everything was delicious and I brought home most of my pancakes because I was stuffed! For those who love real maple syrup they have a whole bottle on every table, not just a little cup of it. You can also buy a bottle to take home. They have a viewing window so when they are making syrup you can watch. We found the prices very reasonable and the coffee was really good. Will definitely be back!

Alas, the food is not good and pretty expensive for what you get. $20 for 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and 2 strips of bacon and 1 coffee. Toast is an extra $5.50 and another $5.50 for home fries. It all came up cold. Best part of the meal was the potato's...seasoned well and were tastey. I cannot in good faith recommend this place due to quality of food and the price. I wish it were better as the atmosphere and farm are pretty cool.
