Recently my daughters dog cocker spaniel Ring needed physical therapy after her body shut down for an unknown reason, after her awesome veterinarian care at Color country animal hospital we knew we needed to help Ring gain her her muscle tone back and learn how to use her body properly again. With Anita's massage therapy, red light therapy, physical, and hydro therapy Ring is doing amazing we have had 6 visit's and when we go to the sessions Ring gets stronger every time, and my daughter has homework to do at home as well. Giving her a bath and trimming nails was nearly impossible for us, but the staff takes care of all her grooming needs with ease. The Woof puppy socialization class was just what our little girl needed. Same goes for training; they provide as much or as little training as you desire. We just got a male puppy in March 2024 and we'll be taking advantage of all the services Woof Center provided for our first dog. Choose Woof Center and don't look back. You'll be glad you did.

Murphy looked great when I picked him up, and what really stood out was how calm and happy he seemed afterward compared to some of his previous grooming experiences. It's clear they care about the dogs they work with and take pride in what they do. My dog sustained a cut on the leg during grooming, which was treated with "vet glue" and a bandage. Initially, it was described as a minor injury that would heal quickly. However, after a week, it became apparent that stitches were necessary. This has resulted in substantial vet expenses. I would not recommend this groomer. Full disclosure: My dog was matted before being groomed which I was clear about before the groom BUT she has been matted before and we've taken her to several groomers and not once has she been cut, so I'm not accepting that reasoning to be valid.

Charged about 300 dollars for two dog shampoos and we are at home right now trying to cut them since they couldn't fit it in 4 hours our dogs were with them. Just as unprofessional as they can possibly be... They obviously do not care about their longstanding customers (see their other reviews and only 3-Star Rating) and therefore we will never ever go back to them.

Our once beautiful Cocker Spaniel walked into La De's Doggy Salon looking fluffy and fabulous and…read morewalked out looking like a rotisserie chicken. This was our SECOND visit. The first time was already a little questionable, but we decided to give them another chance because my father-in-law has taken his dog there for years and always seemed happy with them. I also thought it was interesting that when I called for an appointment, I was pushed out FOUR WEEKS, while my father-in-law called later and got in the very next day. Apparently his dog is on the VIP grooming list while mine was scheduled for extreme makeover: canine edition. Now, I completely understand that sometimes dogs need shorter cuts depending on coat condition, mats, weather, etc. But there's a difference between "short" and "I can suddenly see my dog's entire skeleton structure." My poor Cocker Spaniel is now standing around the house looking confused and drafty. We truly tried to give this place a fair second chance, but after this experience, we definitely won't be returning.
