It was $31.99 per person ages 11 & up. There was only four of us (ages 38,30,14, & 13), so with a larger group it may not be as tricky. This was our third time playing escape games here, and they have yet to disappoint. We did Diamond Heist first and then the Haunting (which I highly recommend especially for teens and up). The employees here are awesome!! They are friendly, down to Earth, and welcoming. The games here are also much more affordable than those at the Escape Games at the Island. They are currently working on creating two more games as of July 2021, and we are super excited for those to be ready. There are located at Light #3 on Wears Valley Road between Teaster Lane and Parkway.

I saw some complaints in reviews about people saying clues didn't necessarily help them and one of my teammates said the same thing however if you read closely they're probably pointing out a detail you're doing wrong if you think you're already doing what the clue says, just pay closer attention! GPS gave great directions and we arrived on time. If coming from NC on 40 west, please allow extra time for construction, about an hour. Upon arrival at Legency we were greeted by smiling facing at the service counter. We got checked in quickly, given the run down on the wait time. They do not have lockers, so its recommended you lock your belongings in your vehicle. They do take your keys for safe keeping as certain items are not allowed on the course. The gift shop has a ton of unique souvenirs. We purchased t-shirts, they have a large selection. They sell some snacking items and drinks. The restroom was clean. They have rockers on the porch and a fire pit area to hang out at until its time to rig up. Our instructors Matt and Daniel got us into our harnesses and explained how they work. We loaded onto the bus for a trip to the top. Along the way they explained the course and what to expect. Of the 7 lines, the first 2 lines are beginner lines. Each line gets faster and higher. They gave great instructions , and were very helpful. They put everyone in our group at ease. Also, they are quite funny. Don't tell them, we don't want it going to their heads. Waters were offered , so stay hydrated. It was overcast due to the morning rain, but the views were still majestic. Line 6 was my favorite. The course takes about 2 hours. We have ziplined before, but it did not compare to this. The views over the tree tops, approximately 540 feet were amazing. Everyone we encountered, from the service gals , the bus driver, the truck driver to the instructors were absolutely wonderful. We had a great time , See ya next year

The staff is really amazing especially the guides Willie and Sebastian. They helped my anxiety, assured they had me in all of this adventure and made me feel at ease. I did a few modifications to leaving the platform first guided, then starting to launch myself and jumping off the final platform. I had a great time and the views are amazing of the Smoky Mountains. Book this zipline, face your fear. The go pro is a great addition also to have video proof. The photographer also takes great shots of you on one of the lines and a group photo. It was a bit stressful getting started because half our party wasn't on time and we almost had to enter without them. Luckily, the owner was cool and really pushed the limit on our time. Luckily them made it in the nic of time. We went for a bachelor party with a group of eight guys who mostly didn't know each other and half of whom had never done an escape. To be honest, a couple of us may have been a little drunk when we arrived. Needless to say, we didn't escape on time... haha. Definitely arrive early. The entrance is across from Shamrocks on the side street. You walk down a set of stairs to get to the desk. First you fill out waivers etc... and then the game master gets things started. I love the scary aspects of the room and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the clues and building the room. I would definitely reccomend them based on what I've seen so far.

We loved it so much we played Midnight Monster Madness, then Tracking Bigfoot, and ended with One Hit Wonder. When I tell you these rooms were some of our favorite escape rooms ever, I'm not exaggerating. We had a blast. We finished every room with 15-17 mins left, and only asked for 2 hints total. These rooms are challenging but not 'my brain hurts' level. I even got a free t shirt for my birthday! Our game master was my favorite one yet, and we've had some good ones! We've played over 100 escape rooms and this one is definitely top 3 for me! We're excited to come back to play their seasonal rooms when they open. If you're ever in the Knoxville area (or pigeon forge/Gatlinburg) and want something fun to do, make the trip. You won't regret it!

Escape game Gatlinburg…read more My teenage son saw that there was an escape room while walking around Gatlinburg. He really wanted to try it. I was hesitant because we have them back home. We were all pleasantly surprised at how fun the experience was. we did need many clues and the game guide helped us out during the game. My son was really into it. There were lots of surprises in the hour long game. We finished with just a minute to spare. We would come back and try the other games they have.
