Ok... I ordered a Gyro and Fries and decided to add another Gyro, i can normally eat two. I had no idea they would have such am l le servings! I was impressed! The amount of bites per buck is GREAT! I don't know why this restaurant has poor complaints. The food is excellent and the service is fast. The ambience is that of functionality. It's a good Greek diner.. I had the gyro sandwich, the falafel on the side and a large drink all for $15 which means the price was right and they served excellent large portions and I left very satisfied. I stopped by yesterday with the family to get our Greek Pita fixing! I got my usual #10 Chicken Kebab sandwich with fries and my man got his Italian beef sandwich with fries and our son got his hamburger with fries. I also got the spanakopita for an appetizer. Everything was delicious! The service was great! The gentleman taking our order was super nice. The food also came out pretty quickly, had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes. The higher rating is on the food alone. The service was terrible!!!!!!! The girl at the front didn't want to be there or help us at all. After we ordered she said you can't eat here you can eat outside if you want!! Just terrible! There was still 30 mins before close. We were happy to take it home because the tables where very sticky. We got the hummus plate with chicken the pita it came with was hard . Would prefer the pita they use for the gyro. Also the Gyro wrap. Food was good. The chicken is grilled to perfection, the veggies are crisp and fresh, and the side of fries has a delicious coating and they are always hot and fresh. Ambience is average, but food is out so quickly you probably won't even notice. Beware of the side of sauce upsell though. Gyro: Flavor is great but there's SO much pink sauce. I wasn't a fan of it so would have preferred that on the side. Also I kept reading about garlic sauce and I didn't get any or maybe it came on the sandwich but I didn't taste it. Fries: Delish. Come hungry . Food: 5 Stars - Food is always fresh and delicious. My wife and I always order the same thing. I get my gyro meal with fries and a drink and wifey gets her chicken or steak plate with a side salad with extra (pink) garlic sauce on the side. Decent size portions although it seems to be shrinking a bit. But their fries are PERFECT! Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Gyro is soft and flavorful with fresh onions, tomatoes and tzatziki sauce wrapped in soft pita bread. Their yellow Basmati rice is so good, and their grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and still juicy. Sometimes you'll get dried out, overcooked chicken when grilled, but they got it right this time. Service: 4 Stars - Service is always friendly but seems as though they are pushing for extra sauce on the side to rack up the total bill. The lady taking the order asked almost every person if they wanted extra sauce on the side, whether it be tzatziki or garlic sauce. I get that it's a business but I could do without the upselling. Also the portion size for my side of fries seems to be decreasing. I'll tack those gripes onto the -1 Star for service along with the price for two meals being over $35. Prices are going up and portions are decreasing is a recipe for unhappy customers. Not to say I am not happy but it does limit our desires to be frequent customers. Ambiance: 4 Stars - The dining space is a little tight but it was a nice fast-casual spot for a nice meal. Definitely family friendly as well had our 15 month old baby with us and made a bit of a mess, but they were quick to clean it up as we left the restaurant (I used to bus tables at a Chinese restaurant and know the feels of cleaning up messy tables tables/floors after families with young children dine in). There were a few maintenance issues that need to be cleaned up - the soda machine was leaking down the push handle as I got my drink so it got on my hands and the outside of the drink cup. The bathroom looked remodeled by cheap labor who did not do a good job in cleaning up the grouting or paint lines. So little things like that make the dining experience less than perfect. Overall: 4 Stars. Great food, great people, just needs some fine tuning to get a 5 star for me. Definitely recommend checking out the Greek Pita if you haven't already. read more

Horrible experience. The charged us extra for a combo meal even though we ordered and received the Chicken Plate. They put the wrong chicken on my combo meal as I ordered the Chicken Kabob and they swapped it for the lesser quality chicken shawarma. The salad was legitimately 80% onions and the pepper had a bite taken out of it. The salads resembled nothing like the pictures and our meals did not get the garlic sauce as in menu or photos and they included some bizarre bright pink sauce we've not seen at Greek restaurants before. This was the most bland Greek food I've ever eaten. I don't think they salt anything. I got the chicken gyro and while moist, the flavor was meh, super boring. The consistency of the sliced meat was off as well. Some thin slices and some chunks so cooking and grill was uneven. Garlic sauce needed garlic and flavor. The salad was awful. My dining companion and I stopped in for a late lunch after hiking Dixie Mountain Trail nearby. I opted for the Souvlaki Value Meal, comprised of grilled pork loin with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and garlic sauce on a grilled pita served with a side of freshly made french fries and a Coca-Cola fountain beverage (with free refills). YUM. It really hit the spot for me! My dining companion went for a healthier selection (as usual) and had the Falafel Salad, featuring a generous portion of eight freshly-made falafel balls served over a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, red and green peppers, cucumber, feta cheese, kalamata olives, and tossed with the special house dressing. We apparently came at a busy time as the place was full. Full of people waiting and dining in. Ordered two steak kebabs value meals which are steak kebab pitas, fries and a drink. The kebabs come with lettuce, tomatoes, garlic sauce and onions. She asked if he wanted extra garlic sauce but be forewarned, it costs extra. He didn't know that and said yes. He was not happy with the charge especially since the sauce was not anything special. It's frighteningly pink in color and not especially garlicky. More like ranch dressing. Their orders are all over the place in terms of order placed. We waited about fifteen minutes. They give you a number but bring the tray out to you which is nice. The steak kebab was average. Steak not particularly tender but luckily not over cooked. Fries are steak fries which aren't my fav but they were cooked just right. The pita was soft and chewy. Yum. Overall it was ok.
