After some discussion, I settled on trying the Bacon Flight, which was four flavours of bacon, each on two thick slices of bacon. The flight has Cajun & Bleu, which is Cajun Spice and crumbled Blue Cheese, Candied Jalapeno & Cheddar, Bourbon & Brown Sugar, and Sarris Chocolate. When you look at the photos of the flight, it doesn't look like a lot of food, but be warned, it's a shareable for a reason. To put it in perspective, it is eight thick and long slices of bacon with ingredients on them. I was planning on trying something else from the menu, but the Bacon Flight is a meal in itself; be warned. I chose an Old Forrester Bourbon from the Bourbon Menu and a local craft beer. The flight was amazing and filling, and the bourbon was a good match for the meal.
