Decent enough bar we went to that had a comedy show in the back room. Bunch of OK random comedians but honestly the bouncer ended up being one of the best if not THE best one there. Through the show they came to check on us just 1 additional time after the first round of drinks.

I came here for a comedy show on a Thursday night. All the performers were funny in their own way! There were a decent amount of performers for the night ~ 6. And they were on for a good amount of time (15 mins each). The show was 8-9:45 pm. I also didn't realize or know that the people checking our tickets at the front and seating us were the performers, how sneaky! But honestly I liked how chill and causal everyone was.

This was a great spot for a comedy bar. We actually passed a couple people trying to sell us to tickets earlier in the evening but we're headed to a prior engagements we're able to catch the later show so had to stop in.

Decent spot to grab a beer. Cute and cozy atmosphere. Very interesting bathroom. See pics. Music was a little odd though..

The Bartender in the green Guinness Hat refused to serve me for no reason whatsoever on 2 Oct 25 in the evening.

Very funny! Chris Brown was very funny. I liked how they didn't enforce the two drink minimum.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with champagne, which immediately set the tone for a special evening. Our server, Daniel, was beyond amazing. He was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary meaningful. It never felt forced just thoughtful, polished hospitality. The team went above and beyond when we brought our wedding cake (which had been frozen for a year). Not only did they accommodate it without hesitation, they helped decorate and present it beautifully you would have thought it had been baked that same day. It was such a touching moment for us, and they handled it with care and enthusiasm. As for the food: incredible. The steak tartare was perfectly balanced and beautifully prepared. The tuna was fresh and vibrant. And the Beef Wellington... honestly one of the best I've had in New York City. Perfectly cooked, rich, elegant, and absolutely worthy of a celebration dinner. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: romantic, warm, refined but relaxed. It felt special without being stiff. If you're looking for a place to celebrate something meaningful, this is it. We will absolutely return.

We started with the steak tartare with Melba toast and caviar. For entrees we had the creamy cavatelli with maitake and squash. We finished off with a gorgeous sticky toffee pudding served with bourbon vanilla ice cream and crunchy toffee pieces. We loved the grandeur of the space and the cozy fireplace. It makes for an ideal business dinner setting

Always a solid choice, though it could have been a bit colder. The bartenders were very nice and attentive, and the place clearly has a strong group of regulars. There was a friendly, familiar energy in the room that made it feel welcoming right away. Once my friend arrived, I tried "The Greatest Espresso Martini" and asked to swap the vodka for bourbon. They were very accommodating, and the drink turned out delicious. Rich, smooth, and good enough that I ordered a second. The music and lighting both hit the right balance, making it an easy, comfortable place to settle in for the night.

Unfortunately, our server only heard that 5 of us wanted afternoon tea, and one of the tiers of food was smaller than the others. We also had to pay extra for additional tea, which we were fine with, but service was severely lacking throughout. Our server didn't check up on us, and seemed to want us to leave quickly after dropping off the check. We would have been happy to pay the $65 each for afternoon tea, but it wasn't worth it and frankly, I was agitated by the whole ordeal by the time I left. We were also disappointed by the food items (as they were lacking) and nothing about this was like other experiences we had with other afternoon teas. I can't in good faith recommend this place, nor do I see myself coming back after the atrocious service we experienced.
