We arrived at 6, was asked about water, and a carafe of tap water didn't show up for 20 minutes. We ordered, and at 6:30 two appetizers appeared. The cold soups for two of us did not. Twenty minutes later we were able to flag someone down to remind them we had no soup. At 7 pm, one hour later, we were told that two of the dinners we had ordered had sold out, and we were brought menus again to order new main courses. Except we then learned that there were only two entrees left on the menu - everything else was sold out! We agreed to order those and asked her to put two desserts aside for us (in case they too were in short supply.). The next thing we know the waitress is bringing us those two desserts, without having brought entrees. We told her we wanted our entrees BEFORE dessert. (Imagine!) She took them away. Now it's 7:15. (Our show was at 8). No entrees. But a new waitress came by - with our two desserts again. We sent her away and asked for our entrees. Five minutes later she's back with -- you guessed it, our desserts. At that point, we asked to see the manager. The managers to their credit were apologetic...got us a new round of drinks, found one of the supposedly sold out entrees, and got us our entrees. They comped our meal. And we never did see the desserts. Next time, we'll picnic.
