When we got there, they asked for $25 for the guest session - this came as a surprise as we had called earlier to ensure it was a trial run - I had asked if we could waive this as they didn't state this earlier before signup. They refused and demanded payment (really what's $25 to corporate? Horrible management, that left a bad taste at the start). We paid it grudgingly and went through with the class. Maybe it was the class I took that specific evening but literally all I did was run on a treadmill for 50 minutes, definitely not worth the $25... then a few minutes before class ended the front desk lady came to pressure me into signing up for a membership. I had politely declined yet she kept aggressively pushing and just turned away abruptly after she realized I wouldn't budge. Honestly I thought the group atmosphere was inspirational and the coach was fine but their sales/front desk girls were rude and condescending.
