Do not ever come here. I made an appointment for eye, make up and a blowout before an event tonight. Here are pictures of what I wanted, and what I walked out looking like. I was in tears leaving and have to figure out how to fix all of this in an hour. The manager didn't charge me for the makeup because she agreed it was bad, but that doesn't help me in this situation. Out of all the salons in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills I choose to come here every single Saturday and I have Afro do my hair. I'm in my 30's I'm very very picky and particular with my blow outs. I have long extensions 24 inches and I like a pin set. I get a blow out then she curls and sets with silver pins. I like the super fluffy look when I take my hair out at home. I bring my own pins and I walk out of the salon with them in my hair. Everyone here is very talented and they understand the assignment. This salon is very reasonably priced and the front desk Stephanie along with the rest of the girls are very kind and professional. I stumbled upon the H Salon because it's the closest to my doctor's office, and could not be more grateful that I did! I have surgical drains and can't shower or wash my hair myself. The team at the H Salon were so welcoming, kind, and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and were so accommodating. I was desperate for a shampoo, and I was able to walk right in and immediately get in a chair. I can't tell you how great it feels to get a professional shampoo and scalp massage while recovering from surgery. It truly lifted my spirits! Awfu! Do not go for color! Went in as a new client to get color and highlights. Colorist O'brien turned my head orange. with brown and strange bright gold orange stripes. She tried to fix it last night and was unable to. I left 3 hours later ,at night tired , rationalizing it wasn't so bad. Stylist kept saying to me " Don't worry honey, it's the bright lights in here". It was horrendous. Because it was late at night , I didn't see how bad it was until I woke up today. I immediately called the salon.I went back in at 5 today . Stylist O'brien tried to fix, made it much worse , she burned my scalp with the repeated repair processes. She tried to lighten the orange sections and turned them white. I freaked out and said to any of the stylists, "can someone please help me?" I asked for the owner. Receptionist refused to give me owner's info. I am going to big family holiday dinner.O'Brien said to me "Don't go to anyone else to fix this because they will ruin your hair more." I don't know what to do, but do not recommend this salon and this stylist. I need to get help with my hair and need to go to dermatologist to make sure my scalp and hair are not severely damaged. read more
