My wife and I just moved here from up North so we are used to the good stuff. We just got our new haircuts done by Joey and we absolutely love them. My wife looks absolutely beautiful, Joey gave her exactly what she has expected. On top of that he gave a few good tips to my wife about styling, so that she won't have a hard time with styling her hair at home. I am very satisfied with my own haircut, my wife wanted me to look like a rock star and I do now. We highly recommend Joey, very nice and knowledgeable guy! Most important HE LISTENS to his clients. I've been going to Rob's to get my hair cut for 2 years and each time, he's given me a great cut. He's great at layering my hair and I get compliments, even when my hair has grown out. He's very creative. A year ago, I donated my hair to Beautiful Lengths and Rob was able to give me a hair style where I looked like I still had long hair. Very flexible and fun to talk to. I found Rob when he registered with my business and I saw his email address and thought I would check him out. He is so nice and so funny. I really enjoyed the conversation and he was so nice about me being late too. My red highlights are gorgeous and so is my cut! Super duper happy and I will be using him from now on! Oh! I used to go to this salon for haircut and perm for several years. Last month I went because I forgot why I stopped going for 5 years. I showed the owner a picture of what I wanted the curls and the hairstyle to look like. I always thought it was our responsibility to tell the hairstylist instead of let them improvise. I waited almost an hour. I had to tell them the rollers were too hot. I had to tell them the timer went off. Unsurprisingly, my hair was fried. At the end, I was told to go with the wet hair so that the curls would stay. It doesn't look remotely like the picture I showed. I understand the hair in the picture was styled with a lot of products, but my curls looked like I did it myself. I am never going again. I need to remember that.

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. Today I did the unthinkable and I changed the hairstyle I've carreied with me for over 15 years. I found Rob based on reviews and I am SO glad I made the appointment. Rob was able to get me in for a same day appointment due to somebody canceling and their loss was definitely my gain. I have always been afraid of change, either with color or with style, because I have never had somebody who truely cared about my hair. I always had stylists who were quick to get you in and out of the chair. My experience was nothing shy of amazing. With one styling chair in the suite you really got the individualized one on one interation so many people need. Rob was easy to talk to and I felt that I could trust his judgment right away. For the first time ever I was able to completly turn my hair into somebody elses hands and relax without worry. I was floored with the results. I've gotten my hair trimmed there before and that tine this time I was able to bring in my 5 month old baby. This time I needed a simple all over Brown dye job and a hair trim. I'm not sure what happened, but my hair ended up black with spots where my previous red is showing through. Before we put the dye in I had stressed that I didn't want my hair anywhere near black. Once again, the staff is amazingly friendly and sweet, but now I'm going to have to travel 45 minutes and pay over twice as much to fix their mistake, and hopefully not have to chop off my LONG hair in the process. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

The morning of my haircut, my boyfriend suggested cutting an entire foot off so I could donate to Locks of Love. I did it, and I LOVE it. I didn't even have any idea how I wanted the cut to look, I just gave Robert creative freedom since I had heard about how incredible his work was. Let me tell you, he is a master stylist. I did light/caramel brown balayage. The color looked great in natural light but in certain light looks a lot lighter (more like a dark blonde). I explained this to them and they fixed it for me by applying a darker shade. They were very very nice about this and booked me an appointment asap! Prices are reasonable. Parking is available in the front or at the Granada if there isn't an event. They will give you a "tour" of the salon and explain all this for you. They do dry cuts here so I may come back to give that a try! They also have $10 happy hour styles on Fridays

I have used KP Salon for makeup application and hair cut before a fancy wedding. She's straightened my hair. She's styled it many different ways. I used her waxing services, too.
