Really good zinger burger filled me up my second time eating me and my family liked it

I had the fireburger to go and it was AMAZING. Beef tastes so fresh and the flavor is fantastic. Fries were also really good too. It's a small joint with a couple of tables inside, not the cleanest looking but good enough. The gentleman taking my order was very friendly. Only hitch was, I placed an order online, only to come and find out it wasn't placed because the system was down. Thankfully it only took about 8 minutes for my food to get cooked up. Good: The food is absolutely amazing. Much variety with very high quality ingredients. The wings and chili cheese fries are my personal favorites. Bad: the management and service is complete trash. The chefs are very nice and confident, but whoever manages the carryout orders needs to be trained properly or let go. This is the second time I have ordered through GrubHub, and both times, I waited 2 hrs with no update just to be told that the order has been cancelled. They don't deserve to use services like GrubHub, or pre-order services because they just don't make your food if the order is given through these kind of apps. They even signal the app with the older being received and being prepared, but after that it's just an obnoxious and pointless wait. Management needs to get their act together. My order was marked as Ready for Pickup on Uber Eats. I was already in the restaurant and witnessed the restaurant worker handing my order to a different customer knowing I was already waiting for my order. When I asked about my order, he told me to wait for 10 minutes, then 5 minutes. In the end, I had waited for over 30 minutes after my order was already marked as Ready. There were almost no customers left in the restaurant at that point. The restaurant never apologized. The restaurant seemed to know the other customers which is why they might have preferred to give my order to them. I always like to buy from this place, and the workers there recognize me, so I felt very disrespected. EDIT: I used to like supporting the restaurant by making the order on the phone and paying in cash, but then I would arrive and my order wouldn't be ready on time. They would start making it when I arrived, so I switched to Uber Eats and noticed they respected the timing with Uber Eats more. I would always find my order ready before it even gets marked as ready in the app, then this incident happened. People want to support your restaurant, so why are you throwing that support back in people's faces? read more

This is one the best Zabiha burger places I've come across up north in Chicago. The place is a bit small for seating, so I prefer takeout. The burgers are a great size for the price, as are the chicken wings. Service is a very slow In person, or over the phone and ordering through grubhub you may not get your food, you'd have to order through ubereats if you really want to eat. This is fact, I have tried all 4 options and ubereats was the fastest way I have gotten my food. The Halal Burger is the true definition of a hole-in-the-wall place serving delicious burgers. Yes, the service is a little slow but they make everything fresh right in front of you. This is definitely not a dine-in spot so it's best to call ahead and order. I tried the In-N-Out burger and it was everything I could've dreamed of in a burger. Discusting! I phoned in the order for a spicy CEO. Walked in to see the man behind the grill throwing frozen beef patties on the grill when their menu clearly states they are "never frozen". I confronted the guy behind they register and he stated they were new management. When I got my burger, I took one bite, gagaed, and the threw it away. Beef was hard and tasted like freezer burn beef patties. Called the restaurant back to share my experience and I was offered another burger. No thanks, I don't want to eat something that tastes like its 10 years old. Halal burgur? More like frozen burgur. to be honest this place was pretty good when it first opened - the new management sucks. They didn't even have the courtesy to give me my money back . Food use to be amazing from here. Taste no doubt is one of the best - their burgers: cowboy and fireball two of my family faves. Wings the Korean BBQ, angel wings, and fireball are very tasty. However, the quality of the food is not as good as it use to be. Not to mention, the service here is poor. The instructions on doordash are never followed through. If your skin color is white, you will put to the bottom of the ordering list. I came in to order a burger. There was a lady with a hijab standing next to me who came after me and was waiting. The cashier looked at me, and skipped over me to assist the lady next to me. I came first, she came second. and SHE was helped first. Really nice burger joint near Devon area! Their menu has various different burgers - all of which are made with fresh patties. The CEO and fireball burgers were a hit! The sauces and ingredients in each burger made it a pure delicacy. The CEO is made with their special sauce, pairs really well with the fresh juicy patties. The fireball had a lot more ingredients such has nacho cheese, hot sauce, jalapeños and more. It sounded a bit too much while I was reading about it but once tasted it was sooo good! The burgers were not greasy, wasn't dry. It was very well cooked. Price wise - not that expensive for a fresh & tasty burger. I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Would give it 5 starts but One thing they can work on is answering phone calls. I called about 10 times to get a hold of them. We ordered the fireball burger, fries and korean wings. The fireball burger was a bomb, perfectly spicy, messy and tasty. My husband and I both enjoyed it. We got the CEO burger for my parents, they were milder, little bit sweeter for my taste. The korean wings came with fries! Loved the fries that came with it as they were sprinkled with some special masala to the fries that gave it a zing. The wings were good too. Took about an hour to receive my order of a Fire burger and a chili cheese fry. Everywhere on there menu says fresh NEVER frozen burgers. It was a frozen party that wasn't even the 1/2 pound they claimed. They didn't have chili and didn't have cheese ready. They proceeded to microwave a bunch of cheese then dumped it on the frys. I have never been able to actually eat the food. Have tried to order here several times for delivery either by phone or thru Grubhub. Every time the food never arrived. I had to get grubhub involved even though they had checked their grubhub app and said that the food was prepared. Another time they called me and asked if I would come pick up my grubhub order. The latest round I waited two hours for an order and they refused to answer the phone. Maybe going in would be better. I doubt I ever will since their customer service on delivery is the worst. Little hidden gem in a hidden strip mall. We came by because our favorite burger joint closed down and wanted to try something new. Surprisingly this exceeded our expectations ! This review is mostly due to the customer service, not the food. The food is pretty well made . But when you try to place an order and cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone, or actually speak to someone to place your order over the phone for pickup and get there to be told that they don't have it ready and don't even know what your talking about, something is wrong. I don't know how long this place has been open but let's see. I really do hope it stays open since the food is good. But the service could be its undoing. And also...if they say 15 minutes for your order, just expect to double...if not triple that time to be safe. And although the food is always better when you dine in, just don't expect the place to be clean. But if you only care about food, this place is definitely worth a try. read more

Placed an order for pickup. I was on the way to the restaurant when I got a call from Grubhub saying the order had been canceled. I was told by grubhub that the restaurant canceled it at 7:20pm because they didn't have enough food to complete our order. If the pickup time was was 7:25pm and you cancel at 7:20pm, common sense would suggest that you never made any attempt to prepare my order. At least have the courtesy to cancel the order in a timely manner and not make BS excuses for not wanting to make a big order. My whole family waited an hour for dinner, only to be told "they didn't have enough ingredients." Guy on the phone answered and then put the phone down and ignored me. This place is unsanitary the workers don't wear gloves when making sandwiches. I ordered wings today and saw the man use his bare hands to pick them. He also used his hands to make burgers which people r going to eat. VERY unsanitary and will not return.
