This is regarding the western ave store. Placed an order for about 20 people, 1 item was missing, 1 was wrong. I called and was told they would remake the 2 items for me, no charge. I reordered the 2 smash burgers with no smash sauce (egg allergy) and went to pick them up. First he told me I would have to pay for both, then he said he would give them to me for $5. I paid it (again) because I was hungry, got home, and they both had smash sauce on it. Called back to try to get a manager, filled out online form, never received a reply and never plan on going back. Terrible location. read more

If I could give this place a 200/10 I would. Our family doesn't get halal burgers from any other place other than Halal Smash burgers and Phillies on California and Devon. First of all, most places cannot beat the selection that they offer in terms of variety. Secondly, few places can beat the price in terms of a delicious burger that won't break the bank feeding a family of six. And lastly, the quality of the meat and food is amazing. They also make it on the spot and you can see them getting to work so I appreciate knowing that my food isn't pre-frozen and that they are just pulling it from the freezer. My sons are both picky eaters and they devour halal smash burgers like it's air. There is plenty of seating in the restaurant and if you're there on the weekends, it's packed. My fiancé and I dined in last night and we ordered burgers, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks and two canned sodas. I felt my burger was a tad salty. The burgers are straight forward and the experience was ok. We noticed some employee cleaning tables and he was being super aggressive and loud, he startled us when he was throwing stuff in the trash behind us because it was so loud and kind of rude. I have to say these burgers are some of the best I've ever eaten. They truly live up to what a "Smash" Burger is supposed to be. Crispy edges yet still moist and juicy. Soft bun and just the right amount of cheese and sauce without getting sloppy. Even a sprinkling of some fresh raw onion in the bottom. This burger belongs on First We Feasts' "The Burger Show". Even the Spicy Chicken Sandwich was juicy and fresh. I highly recommend this place. The place isn't much inside but who cares. I only need a simple table to hold my plate while I stuff this burger into my face hole. And the staff is very nice and accommodating. I've had the Beef Philly which was also delicious. Plus they got other items on the menu that I want to try. They got great daily "buy one, get one" deals that make this place an extreme value. I highly recommend this place. The storefront is nice and the inside is very clean with cool sign when you walk in and very nice menu boards. There is a room off to the site for people to eat as well as long the window. Workers were very nice but didn't understand English the best. I ordered the double smash burger meal that came with a double smash burger fries and a can of pop. Burger is actually made of brisket, which was delicious. Worth the trip just for that. I personally didn't care for the fries but I know most people will like them. We also ordeee chicken tenders which were good as well. The only complaint was they throw the hot oily chicken fingers directly into the styrofoam container, which melted it and grease all over the bag. read more
