Parking was easy, there is a parking lot directly behind the shop. When we arrived there was no line, just a group making a purchase. There was no menu posted on the wall or anything... the only available menus were located at the register where this group was, which I thought was odd for a coffee/beverage spot. So we had to wait til they were done to even see the menu options. As much I wanted to love this place, the coffee was a miss for me... I got the iced coconut dulce de leche iced latte. My drink tasted mostly like milk & not much coffee, caramel, or coconut flavor. However, others in my group tried coffees and smoothies and they were content. There's also a small grocery store attached to it, like whole foods or down to earth store. Different and unique products but cost seemed very high. There was a locally made candy bar for $21 lol. There's nothing premium about that experience, and it made me question what I was even tipping for. For the same money and infinitely better service, I'd go to Java Kai in Kilauea any day.
