This was our second time at The Henry, and it continues to impress. This time, we decided to sit at the outdoor bar area, which turned out to be a great choice. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxed--perfect for enjoying a casual afternoon in the heart of Miami. We kept things light with mocktails and appetizers, and everything was executed really well. The standout dishes were definitely the tuna tataki, which was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced, and the Brussels sprouts, which were perfectly cooked with a great combination of texture and taste. The service was very good--attentive, friendly, and efficient, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. Overall, The Henry is a consistently solid spot, whether you're going for a full meal or just drinks and bites. We'll definitely be back again.

While I haven't been to The Henry for a full meal, I definitely recommend happy hour - reasonable prices and who doesn't love girl dinner? My friend and I opted for some wine, truffle fries and the tuna crispy rice. The tuna was not my favorite - something in the mix/seasoning was not for me. But the fries were delicious and freshly made! Service was great - we were able to linger without feeling rushed. I would definitely come back to try the full menu.

The Henry is a refined casual eatery nestled in the heart of Brickell. Ducked in for a quick drink before my dinner date and was immediately stricken by the stylish design of this restaurant . We sat at the bar and was greeted by a bartender with a beautiful smile. Our old fashion and mojito was well crafted and balanced. After chatting with the bartender, I was convinced to return for their brunch. So I will be back! Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Parking is available across the street in the Brickell Town Center. My only note is the 20% gratuity added to the bill unbeknownst to the customer. I understand it is my responsibility to review my bill, however it would be just good manners for wait staff to mention this as it does affect the overall cost. I ended up over tipping. The bartenders smile seemed less attractive after that. -_-

Food is great as always, but really bummed to see that I couldn't get the chicken bacon avocado salad here in the evening. I always get that when we come here often for lunch, but we were trying to have a bite to eat before a movie in the evening and the menu is different.! I guess I'm going to go with a burger and we'll see how that is....

Tried The Henry for brunch on an early Saturday afternoon. We got a table right away which was nice and our waitress was friendly. We got the pretzels & provolone fondue to share which was tasty. The pretzels were super soft. I got an iced vanilla latte which was good and th flower child scramble to eat. The scramble was good! Pretty good portion as it comes with potatoes which were yummy. The scramble was a little plain though and I added some hot sauce. Overall, not a bad spot for some brunch/lunch.

I'm a huge fan of the Henry for a drink and pop stickers before every outing. The short rib pop stickers have kept me coming back time and time again. They are consistently delicious. The drinks are great and the service is excellent. The restaurant is located in Brickell city center mall so it is a busy area. Good place to begin the night and highly recommend the short rib pop stickers

So good! I really liked it here! Super charming and cozy spot - even though the location is big it still feels warm and inviting. Service was very good. I love that the location is connected to the mall. Perfect place to stop while shopping. I had the steak and eggs and I was very much pleasantly surprised ! Steak quality - very good. Also had the salmon and bagel which actually comes prepared in a sandwich style with cream cheese, onions, capers. Very good! Also love that there is breakfast, lunch and dinner ! Definitely coming back soon.

We came to The Henry for lunch and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything hit the spot, but the Turkey French Dip is truly next level--highly recommend. We started with the Green Iced Tea, which was incredibly refreshing. I also had the Henry House Salad; it was so fresh and generous that I couldn't even finish it! We saved just enough room to share a large scoop of the Caramel Ice Cream. It was divine--I was honestly tempted to ask if it was made in-house because the quality was so high. A huge shoutout to Kimberly for the amazing service. She made our meal even better! The restaurant is conveniently located right in Brickell City Centre, so it's the perfect spot to refuel. I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at the mall afterward--it's a beautiful area. If you're looking for great food and a wonderful vibe, this is the spot!

Bolognese with a cappuccino with two espresso shots

Stopped by The Henry in Brickell and it was a solid experience. Ordered the bolognese with a cappuccino (with an extra shot of espresso) and it hit the spot. The pasta was rich and well-balanced hearty meat sauce, good portion, and cooked just right. The cappuccino was smooth, strong, and paired perfectly with the meal. The atmosphere is stylish but relaxed, great place to sit down, unwind, and people-watch in the middle of Brickell. Service was friendly and the place had a great energy. Definitely a spot I'd come back to.

Located in the center of Brickell city center you can find this trendy eatery where the vibes go a long way, stop by for Lunch, brunch or dinner for a huge selection of different foods. This has become one of my go to spots for that mid day weekend cocktail with awesome bites. Highly recommend the gyozas which are put in a broth that's phenomenal and their quiche that's served on the weekends.

    Spicy Tuna & Crispy Rice*

Stopped briefly during happy hour. I sat by the patio bar area. While I do appreciate the fans (much needed in this weather) I do feel they're a bit too strong if you're seated at the bar. So be mindful of that. I ordered a bite the spicy tuna and fried rice one. I liked it but I have mixed feelings about it. The fried rice itself was PERFECTION. You got a very crispy exterior with a chewier interior and it did not feel oily or greasy. The tuna though, while it had a soft kick to it and the texture was good, it wasn't as flavorful as I'd like. It was missing something, it was mainly drained in mayo with the spicy sauce but then you couldn't taste the tuna behind all that at all. A bit disappointed there.

I enjoyed coming here for dinner and got the Cesar salad and bolognese. Both were delicious. The server was great and attentive. Would come again to try other things!

This restaurant is like the one in Los Angeles. The food was good just like normal and the place is small and trendy inside. Service was great. They need to add a few more food items to the menu.

We walked in with expectations higher than Gordon's blood pressure during a dinner service, and for the most part, we survived the gauntlet. The Hits & Misses * The Vibe: The ambiance was 10/10. Our waiter was so fast I'm convinced he's training for an Olympic sprint. Service was top-tier- no "shut it down!" moments here. * Oysters Rockefeller: These were... fine? If "okay at best" was a flavor profile, this was like "I'm here because I looked fancy." Wouldn't order again. * The Beef Wellington: The undisputed heavyweight champion. Absolute wow on a plate. It was so good I almost expected Gordon to burst through the kitchen doors just to tell me how beautiful it was. If this dish were a person, I'd let it borrow money. * The Mac & Cheese: Someone call 911 because a crime was committed. This was easily the worst thing I had all night. I've had better cheesy experiences from a cardboard box with a cartoon on it. It was a "No" from me, dawg. * Sticky Toffee Pudding: This dessert is essentially a culinary eraser. One bite and I completely forgot about the lackluster oysters and the tragic mac & cheese. It was so good it should probably be illegal in at least three states. The Verdict Look, we came here as Ramsay superfans ready to judge, and we left happy. Was it perfect? No. But with great company and a Wellington that could bring world peace, it was a fantastic experience.

We (my partner and I) came here with high expectations since it's a Gordon Ramsay establishment,…read moreand ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the price or the hype, unfortunately, mainly because many of the dishes tasted mediocre. While I still thought that most food still tasted better than that in many restaurants I have been to, it was not as good as the food in many restaurants that had similar price ranges as this one. The best dishes in our opinion were the lobster risotto and the crispy salmon, both having good flavor from the lobster and the salmon themselves, and the green curry next to the salmon offering a distinct combination since the flavor profiles contrast was huge. The curry itself tasted pretty standard. The risotto had enough buttery taste and I could taste the truffle in it as well. After that, the crab roll had a good amount of mashed avocado which wasn't common but it worked pretty well. The beef wellington was way too salty, mainly because of the red wine demi-glace and the mushroom mixture in the wellington itself, and the amount of root vegetables was so tiny. The steak sandwich was very filling and had an abundant amount but the steak meat didn't even taste seasoned, and the mustard dominated the flavor way too much to the point that it made the sandwich lose its unique taste. The sticky toffee pudding was so dry and plain inside that tasting the mixture itself without trying it with the ice cream or the caramel just didn't work. My partner and I would've both wanted it to be a bit crispier which would create a good textural contrast. Overall we had concluded that for the amount of money we had spent, we wouldn't recommend this establishment or return, but I was still grateful that I finally had the chance to try the famous Beef Wellington finally. The steak inside did taste good, and I can cross this off my bucket list.

For anyone familiar with locations like the one at Dadeland, this Earl's is a transformative departure. It completely redefines what the brand stands for aesthetically. What makes it particularly versatile is how thoughtfully the space has been segmented. There are vibrant, social areas perfect for a night out with friends or a family gathering, and more intimate, softly lit corners suited for a romantic dinner. Whichever mood you're in, Earl's World Center accommodates it effortlessly, and much of that credit goes to Experience Manager Sophia Lima, whose masterful curation of the environment ensures the atmosphere is always perfectly attuned. The food impresses across the board. The guacamole is rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with a subtle elote garnish that adds a welcome Mexican street-food warmth. The chips are clearly fresh, never from a bag, a small but telling detail. On the Japanese side, the crispy rice topped with salmon and tuna tartare is texturally perfect, and the crab rolls are genuinely hard to say no to on a second pass of the menu. Planning an event? The charcuterie board -- prosciutto, mortadella, fine cheeses, and roasted nuts -- is an elegant centerpiece worth requesting. For drinks, the margarita lineup is a highlight. Both the classic and mango varieties are light-handed on sweetness and pair beautifully with the guacamole. But the standout is the Baileys espresso martini, impeccably shaken and balanced, it pairs with surprising elegance alongside the sushi selections. The team rounds it all out with genuine warmth and real chemistry between them, making the dining room feel alive rather than scripted. Don't miss the outdoor terrace, nestled in open-air greenery right next to the new Apple Store in the redeveloped plaza. Earl's proves you don't have to sacrifice quality for variety. Much like their blue parrot mascot, Earl's flies across different culinary styles, Mexican, Japanese, and beyond, without ever losing the delightful charm of each one.

We've dined at well over a dozen Michelin-starred restaurants, so we came in excited and with a good sense of what to expect from this style of dining. The restaurant itself is beautiful. The dining room is intimate with a relatively small number of tables, and the open kitchen creates a great atmosphere. The space is dark and moody with unique artwork, comfortable seating, and a level of attention to detail that carries throughout the entire experience. The staff was excellent, attentive without being intrusive, and every interaction felt polished and professional. When making a reservation, you're required to select either the 6-course or 9-course tasting menu in advance. We initially chose the 6-course menu but upgraded to the 9-course because we were concerned the portions might be too small. In hindsight, that concern was justified. The craftsmanship of the food is undeniable. Every dish was beautifully plated and technically impressive. Standout courses included the yellowtail, which had a wonderful lingering spice, and an oyster preparation that incorporated multiple elements and textures in a very creative way. We also added the Australian Wagyu enhancement, which ended up replacing the duck course. While the portion was only a couple of small slices, it was one of the best bites of the evening. The accompanying mushroom, puree, and reduction sauce were outstanding. Dessert was another highlight. The olive oil cake combined fruit, floral elements, cookies, and multiple textures in a way that felt refined and balanced. Nothing throughout the meal was overly rich or heavy-handed. Every course was thoughtful, nuanced, and technically well-executed. For drinks, I highly recommend the Mango Tree cocktail. It tasted like an elevated mango lassi and was one of my favorite parts of the evening. Our biggest criticism is the portion size relative to the price. Even after nine courses, my husband was still hungry at the end of the meal. I was satisfied, but just barely. If you're someone with a larger appetite, I would strongly recommend eating something beforehand or planning for a late-night snack afterward. The wine pricing was also difficult for us to justify. While we understand restaurant markups, several selections felt significantly overpriced compared to what could be purchased at retail. Our final bill for two 9-course tasting menus, two glasses of wine, a cocktail, and the Wagyu enhancement came to over $660 before tip. Overall, Stubborn Seed absolutely delivers on creativity, technique, presentation, service, and atmosphere. If this is your first Michelin-star experience, it's a fantastic introduction to fine dining. However, if you've visited many Michelin-starred restaurants before, be prepared for exceptionally small portions and a very high price point. Would we recommend it? Yes, for the culinary artistry and experience. Would we personally return? Probably not. While we appreciated the quality and craftsmanship, the value proposition wasn't there for us given the portion sizes and overall cost.
