I went for my anniversary yesterday and did not know there was a third area to be seated in! Thank you that meant a lot, Hayden our server was very attentive and delightful if she suggests something you should order it! I hope the Cheese & Jam stays its an amazing app everything else tasted wonderful! Thank you for ending our day in a highnote you will definitely see us again.

Visited The Hidden House while in Chandler. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service started off a bit slow, but improved nicely once we were looked after. Popped in for happy hour -- entering through the patio made it a bit unclear that the hostess desk is inside, which led to a delay in getting service. Once things got going, though, the service was very good and attentive. Tried the burger and fries -- both were tasty -- and the cocktails and wine were well done. Overall, a nice, solid spot based on this visit and worth checking out again. Saluti.

My friend and I want to gets cocktail somewhere before going to a bridal shower and she recommended this spot. We were seated right away at 11:15am on a Saturday. The patio had a lot of space and the inside was super cute. Our server was so funny and nice and walked us through the drink menu and we really appreciated it. We got a couple of drinks and both of them were extremely delicious. I will update my review once we come back and have time to try the food!

We came for a birthday celebration lunch. Sat inside but their outdoor space is beautiful and shaded. I asked if their outdoor area was dog friendly and was told it is not. Our reserved table was ready when we arrived and our server, Jackson, was great. Friendly and helpful, especially for those who wanted to order drinks. My wife order the Penicillin and liked it so much, she ordered a second one! This was a Jackson recommendation and although she isn't a big whisky drinker she loved the honey, lemon and ginger tones. One person ordered the Ramos Gin Fizz, which takes about 15-20 minutes to get because apparently it's shaken for that long! She said it was ok but has had better. Others had wine and beer and I opted for the fine vintage of water sans lemon! For starters I had the loaded house salad and it was good but once again, being the picky lettuce person I am...there was some of the salad that was just to wet and slimy for me. Loved the dressing and the addition of the pepitas to add crunch. I also order the crab cake, which was actually pretty good. Loved the Lemon Aioli! The cake itself was a tad over browned but full of crab and lovely tasting. Wife decided to get the BLT which was really good. Their bacon was cooked just right and served on sourdough toast with lettuce and tomato and what they call a tomato crema that was very good. Overall a really good sandwich. That came with some crispy, tender fries which were so good! Others ordered the double burger, which also comes with their fries and the Chicken Bacon Hoagie, which she said was a lot of bread...it's a hoagie!!! What a wonderful little gem in downtown Chandler; housed in an old house/cottage which has been expanded and we loved the outside areas. So glad we got to come!

Our service was amazing. We got there during happy hour a little after 4:30. Our server was a doll. I am so upset I forgot her name but she's from Alabama, and she was so good. She checked on us repeatedly. We had yummy drinks. Bananas foster old fashioned and passion fruit margaritas. My friend and I split salad from happy hour and the smash burger. The absolute best burger ever. The taste was good and juicy. We will be back because there's so much on the menu to try. We sat in the back dining inside which was away from the loudness and it was perfect.

I appreciated the management team reaching out to encourage me to try again after my first experience was just okay. I'm glad I went back, this time with a friend for lunch, because it was a lovely meal. Our server was delightful. We sat outside on the partially enclosed patio, which had just enough protection from the elements to make it more comfortable. The drinks were top-notch. I repeated the fried frog's legs, and I liked the presentation better the second time: having the shaved celery salad on the side rather than on top preserved its crispiness. We got extra anchovies for the salad, so we didn't have to fight over them; a nice salty contrast to the crisp salad. The mac and cheese also had a nice textural element from the toasted panko. I'm glad I went back. Thanks to the management team for investing in customer service, which feels really rare nowadays.

We came in for lunch with a group of six. It's a very cute restaurant with a beautiful outdoor seating area surrounded by trees and shade umbrellas. Tucked away from behind an outdoor mall and a block from Arizona Avenue, you don't hear the noise from the busy street which is nice. If you can find street parking that is a plus, otherwise you are jammed into a small parking lot that can be tough to get in and out with all the cars. Unfortunately the trees were dropping these little leaves everywhere so we had a few extra treats in our drinks and food. However, it was nice under the shaded trees as it was warm out. I didn't catch our servers name but she was very good. Never left us waiting. We all ordered cocktails & beer. I had an Aperol sprits which was not too sweet, just the way I like it. For lunch we ordered the BLT, Duck Melt, Korean BBQ Short Rib Hoagie, Double burger and Turkey melt. Everyone said they enjoyed their meals. Everything came with house fries. We were celebrating a birthday so our server brought an Oreo Brownie for the table. It was pretty good. Oreo Whipped Cream, Abuelita Brownie, Chocolate Syrup, Chocolate Shaving. This looks like a cute place for date night and small gatherings if you're looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion.

What a pleasant surprise to come here tonight and see a girlfriend for the holidays and catch up! This is a really pretty restaurant, classy and elegant and great for a date or a meaningful dinner. We came here for 7pm dinner on a Thursday and this place was jam packed. They were also having a wedding party in the back (I guess people do have weddings on Thursdays - wow). It would have been lovely to sit outside but everything was taken so we sat inside, which was also pretty nice, but outside was better. Definitely make a reservation if you want that prime outdoor seating. Waiter was excellent, came at the right times, very professional and did his job right. I had a kiwi cocktail which had a kick to it and it was great! Sort of like a margarita, but much better! My girlfriend and I shared some appetizers tapas style as neither of us were hungry enough to get entrees. We have the charred Brussel sprouts, the wagyu albondigas (meatballs) and the feta puffs. All were really amazing! The price point here is a bit higher, but well worth it as the food and service were excellent and the ambiance elegant yet cozy. For dessert, we shared the amaretto cheesecake and it was delicious and I dont even like amaretto that much! Overall, an excellent dining experience. My only gripe is that parking is a challenge around here during prime time but that just means you'll get more of your steps in! Definitely check this place out for fine dining! Id come back again!

Absolutely beautiful venue. The patio is gorgeous as well as the inside. The staff here were phenomenal. I got a Cosmo to drink. It was delicious. For the table we shared popcorn, shrimp, the brussels sprouts, and the crab-cakes. All of the appetizers were absolutely scrumptious. This was actually my favorite part of the meal. I ordered the salmon for my main course I would give it a 3 out of 5 stars. Could have been a bit more crispy and had a decent amount of dark meat. My colleague had the scallops said they were divine. Overall I had a really wonderful time here. Delightful little spot in downtown Chandler. If you're coming here though please do make sure to give yourself some time to park. Parking in this area could be pretty tricky. It's also a very cute little restaurant tucked away in the backside of downtown Chandler. So yummy would come back here again for sure.

Beautiful restaurant tucked away in downtown Chandler, right next to Maple House... maybe that's what inspired the name! The space feels more like an event venue than a traditional restaurant, which gives it a unique and elegant vibe. The menu was simple, and both the food and drinks were good. However, more than half of the restaurant was closed due to private events, so the small number of guests (including us) were seated in what felt like a smaller side venue with a live musician playing. While the music was nice, the setup made the experience feel a bit off and less relaxed. Unfortunately, service also impacted our visit. Our server hovered quite a bit, and we felt rushed when the bill was placed on the table before we were even finished with our drinks. Overall, it's a lovely space with potential, but the experience didn't quite match the setting this time.

This local restaurant is absolutely adorable and full of charm. We sat outside on the patio for lunch and it was quite beautiful, with lots of white brick, sunlight, and flowers. We were seated almost immediately and our waitress was very attentive and so nice!! I was pleasantly surprised by the Asian-influenced dishes on the menu. I ordered the wagyu burger, while my friend went with the Korean BBQ hoagie. My wagyu burger was flavorful but my only critique would be the bread - it was a bit harder than I'd prefer and almost had a cracker-like texture. Not a dealbreaker, but something that stood out. The fries were pretty standard, nothing bad, just nothing particularly memorable either. Another plus is the parking situation -- there's convenient parking located just behind the restaurant, which made the visit even easier.

This spot really felt hidden as you go deeper into the restaurant and see that it actually had lots of indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating had heaters too. I ordered the chili-ribeye with crab chimichurri. It was very good but pretty fatty. The serving size was huge though and the potatoes and vegetables had the best flavor. I also tried the espresso filet mignon which was the best. Super tender and melted in your mouth. Our appetizer was a butter board which was delicious. We could not get enough of the bread and sweet butter with seasonings. Dessert was yummy as well. We got the Oreo brownie which had a great spice flavor and is cold lot hot. Our service was super on top of it and great. Overall a great cozy experience with a fun Christmas feel this time of year.

We have been to the Hidden House a few times and loved it. It's located in downtown Chandler in a cute secluded setting. This past weekend, they had a private event so we were seated at the back. Food is great but they have happy hour only from 3-5pm and very reasonable. Service was great. All the servers seem to help each other and each are so attentive and nice. I recommend it

    Any vegetarian options?

Hi! We do offer vegetarian options. Additionally, our team would be happy to work with you to find something you’ll enjoy. We recommend viewing the menu here: www.hiddenhouseaz.com

Will you be open on Thanksgiving?

Hello, We hope to have more details soon!

Do you serve sweet potato fries?

What is appropriate to wear for dinner here?

Hi Tiffany! We welcome all guests exactly as they are and do not require a dress code. Many of our guests enjoy business casual attire for dinner service and more relaxed attire for lunch. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate…

    Is there a kids menu?

No. Not really a kid place.

Yelp says that they are kid-friendly, is this accurate?

I say it's not. It's pretty upscale and no where for kids to run.

Should I make a reservation? How are Friday nights?

I would say for Friday night for sure make a reservation

I have called the Hidden House for 2 days and not getting anything but a recording. Are they open? If they are, what are their hours.

We ate there last Thursday and everything was operational with more spread out tables and staff in masks. We had a party of four and made our reservation on opentable with no problems. If I remember correctly they are open noon to 9pm or 10pm.

    Is there parking?

Yes! Absolutely! We hav a private lot attached to the side of our building that is complimentary. All nearby streets also have free parking.

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! We never feel bloated or gross after eating here, even if we over indulge a bit. Service is usually great. We had one time where the service was lacking, but they responded to my feedback quickly and even followed up on our next visit to make sure all was well the next time around. This most recent visit we had a good variety of items: Wings with all 4 sauces - these are always great. They are crispy and flavorful on it's own even without any of the sauce Bacon wrapped dates - my first time trying these. I enjoyed the bacon but wasn't a fan of the date texture inside. My brothers loved it though. I liked the sauce it pepper puree on it. Bianca pizza - it wasn't bad but not my first choice for their pizza. I like their carne pizza as I prefer my pizzas to have sauce. The ricotta was good. G&G double burger - this was really good and flavorful. The burger was cooked well and the bun was soft. The truffle fries were good as well. Braised short rib - I only tried a bite of this one. The short rib itself was very tender and I liked it, but I didn't care much for the puree. It was more of a whipped airy texture and pretty much dissolved in your mouth once you ate it, so I couldn't really taste anything. Truffle Mac and cheese - I didn't try this but my brothers liked it. One said the truffle was faint while the other said it was pretty noticeable lol The drinks were okay and can be a bit pricey. I liked the Crimson Garden because you can really taste the ginger which I love. Honey Apricot Cheesecake - this is a must try. I'm not a big cheesecake person but this one isn't dense like others are. The whipped cream is so good and it's not overly sweet. Lavender Matcha - I'm not a big lavender person but the lavender went well with the matcha. It wasn't too earthy either. If you're on the fence, definitely give this place a shot! While I don't recall ordering food there, we had ordered drinks on several occasions. We also saw the food being brought out for others, not from our group, on several occasions. The service, the staff, and the drinks were all great! The 1912 Lounge can provide a cold beer, some handcrafted cocktails, or a variety of dishes, from appetizers and salads to burgers and other large entrees, and desserts. They have bold wines and plenty of domestic and imported beer options. The atmosphere comes across as friendly and cozy. The signature cocktail that was the biggest hit with our group was the Blueberry Gin Fizz with Empress gin, blueberry, citrus, and a soda float. The 1912 Lobby Bar and Lounge serves food until 10 PM on weekdays and until 11 PM on weekends. It is open until 11 PM from Sunday through Thursday and until Midnight on Friday and Saturday. You can find their food menu at https://www.sanmarcosresort.com/pdfs/1912-menu-10-1-25.pdf. The drink menu is available at https://www.sanmarcosresort.com/pdfs/1912-beverages-2024.pdf. They also offer live music from local musicians every Friday and Saturday night from 5:30 to 8:30 PM. On Mondays, they have Monday Night Football deals, including $4 draft beer and food specials from 5 PM to close. On Tuesdays, they have Fajitas and Margaritas Night with $4 Blue Margaritas from 5 PM to close. Fridays are Fish Fry Fridays for only $15 from 5 PM to close. You can follow @sanmarcosresort on Instagram for more specials and events. I'll be back in a few months for another stay and conference at this hotel, so I expect to be back at the 1912 Lounge then. Looking forward to it!

It is an attachment to San tan brewery and also has food options from the San tan brewery but a smaller choice. They're open until 1am so it's also a great place to finish the night. We ordered the nachos with shredded chicken and also the chicken wings. They're both good to order. One thing to note is that the nachos are potato chips and not tortilla chips so it might not be something you prefer. The toppings were plenty and tasty. The guys ate it so fast while we were chatting. We ordered multiple different style and flavor old fashions and the menu will indicate if the it comes with an add on like cookie or bacon with a little icon. The cookies were all fantastic! The bacon was tasty but a little bit soggy and not crispy for my taste. But the fat and savor of the bacon really works well with the sweet old fashioned choices. The sweet cookie works well with the less sweet and more tart options. It's pretty smart. Our server, Hanna was very attentive with food, drinks and waters and also very upbeat. Definitely not a dull place to get a drink at all. People seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the cozy feel of the bar. I would recommend this place if you're in downtown Chandler for cocktails and drinks and you don't want to stand all night and prefer to sit and chat.

Sitting inside would've have been nice but since the place is small and were quite a handful of people we decided to sit outside as the wether was at it's best! All drinks sounded delicious but I ended up getting their orange dreamsicle and my friend got the pink lady! More sweet, of course! But that's exactly how we enjoy out drinks

My friend and I both ordered mediums with 75% sweetness, and it was the perfect drink for a hot, humid summer morning. Sweet enough to feel like a treat without being over the top. We also ordered matching bagel sandwiches. I do wish they offered a turkey bacon option, but the sandwiches were still hot, fresh, and delicious. The real star was the mayo aioli. I could probably put that on just about anything. The vibes are wonderful too. It's cozy, welcoming, and the kind of coffee shop where you want to linger with a friend for a while. My only critique is the layout of the front room. There always seems to be a line, but there's not really a good place for it to go besides in front of the entrance and the water station. It turns into a lot of "excuse me" and people weaving around each other. It's definitely a good problem to have because they're clearly popular, but I hope as they continue to flourish, they're able to expand into a larger space or rethink the flow a bit. Either way, I'll absolutely be back. Just save me another coconut brown sugar latte.

We enjoyed some light bites as well - the Edamame Hummus and Shishito Peppers. Both were fantastic! I love that their menu points out which items are gluten-free... and our server even warned me that the plantain chips in the Edamame Hummus could have cross-contamination... so I very much appreciate that heads up! I opted to order them anyway and I am so glad I did - so good! And I experienced no gluten issues. Awesome! I'm already looking forward to a return trip! The chicken tenders were fire!!! What is lacking on this occasion was service. The server that we had was so unattentative. I have never been in a cocktail lounge in my life and had to beg for drinks. Our server would wait until every drinks was made for all of her tables before bringing out drinks. It was ridiculous. She was nice but seemed high. I ended up only having 2 drinks. We would have ordered more but they have 90min max seating and we didn't event get drinks for the first 30min. No exaggeration. Also one of my drinks I had to send back. My apple martini tasted like soap. It was like they did clean the glass after giving a soap bath. No bueno. So they need to get their service to match the vibe of a true cocktails lounge. Yes it is a 70s vibe but doesn't mean the lackadaisical style service. I would come back and try again. The music, the atmosphere and the food was good. They gotta get these cocktails together and service. We ended up walking to nearby competitors and that was money lost for DDG.
