After 7 hours of one packing just the kitchen and one loading, we realized they weren't going to be done anytime soon, so we jumped in to assist. After storing our stuff at their facility for a month and a half, we scheduled delivery and asked and confirmed an arrival between 12 and 1pm after we closed on our new build. 3 hours later they arrive after 3pm. After 7 hours of unloading. We were left with interior wall damage, damage to an interior door, missing legs to a bed, missing slats to two beds, missing boxes, damaged and broken washer and dryer, damaged and broken Conroe center on the dryer, dented and damaged 1 year old Cafe refrigerator, missing the shelves and all the handles and hardware from the cafe refrigerator, missing countless other items as were are still unpacking, one bed put together, 2 beds partially put together and one bed not put together at all because they somehow lost the feet to the bed, ($5,000.00 bed), left without hooking up the broken washer and dryer, not because it was broken, but because they said they didn't have time. When we questioned them about it, they literally got in the truck and took off. Then to top it all off, we have found German cockroaches in the brand we home.. we have never had any bugs in our home, until this move with this company. No one returns phone calls, they leave you hanging. The owner is as unprofessional as they come. 10 out 10 do not recommend. Buy up. Pay more. These guys are trash.

Ian I., Mark P., Hector Z., Edward W., Joe M., and Nathan S.--you are all absolute legends. These guys didn't just move our belongings; they moved them with love, care, and intention. Not a single corner cut. Not a single complaint. Just good vibes, incredible teamwork, and a group of professionals who actually made moving FUN. (Yes, fun!) We sang, we laughed, and we were blown away by their kindness, respect, and hustle from start to finish. Einstein Moving, you've officially ruined us for any other moving company. Thank you for turning something stressful into something joyful. We'll never use anyone else--and we'll be recommending you to everyone we know.

On the day of my move (7/6), Chance and Cole arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, had all the equipment they needed for the move, and were the ultimate professionals unloading our things from a 26 ft. truck. They also pointed out some water damage caused by a leak on our moving truck (not theirs) to make sure we were aware before they moved into the house (which we opted not to). They even finished on time too! I highly recommend Einstein Moving Company, and kudos to them for hiring super professionals like Chance and Cole!!

He also had good suggestions for any question that was asked and offered great comments on placement furniture. I had several quotes from other companies. Only 2 came out and reviewed our items. Harder's is the one I chose. I had help......I had never seen a cardinal (my mother's favorite bird) near or on our property. One landed on our shed roof and stayed there for some time. I will never regret choosing a mover based on a red bird........the most awesome, knowledgeable, compassionate, logical businessman and company was chosen! Thank you ever so much Jonathan! In an industry that can be cutthroat and anyone with a truck can say they are a moving company, and come and go, but staying around for a repeat customer 12 years later is a testament to the company. Harder's Movers are truly professional and customer focused. Jonathan runs an amazing operation and doesn't sit back and watch his team work - he's there leading the crew and ensuring the product and service is top notch. A+ in communication, planning dates and times, punctuality, taking extra precautions to ensure the items are not damaged in anyway, and every team member was pleasant and very friendly. Price was very competitive and worth every cent! I highly recommend Harder's Movers

We stored the majority of our household goods for 18 months while we relocated from Austin to Houston and were building a new home. When time came for delivery, I learned Matthew was no longer with the company, so we dealt with Rachel. She says she is an owner. She is a horrible communicator and the moving people which consisted of a very old man and teenagers damaged more of our items than I can write about. The biggest was a refrigerator we bought from Costco for $4000 one-year prior. When they delivered it, the compressor was not functioning. They claimed zero responsibility. Then when the delivered or household goods, 1/3rd of our items were missing. Scott told us he would investigate and let us know later that evening. I never heard from him. Three days later and several voice mails left, I hear back that they found our items and would bring them soon. More hounding and we received the rest of our furniture. The reality is this company uses young kids as labor, and they simply are not as careful loading and unloading. Scott while nice is too old and crippled to be doing the work he does (that is my observation). Finally, when unpacking we found wrapped broken items. Meaning they were broken while being packed and they hid it from us. I am kicking myself for entrusting this company and would NEVER recommend them.

The first two movers were a little late, which wasn't that big of a deal. But the 3rd person was an hour and a half late load the truck and was not there to unload and reassemble. So we paid a full day for 3 people and only had 3 people for a couple hours. The other workers spoke openly about going to bars the night before, getting kicked out of bars, and getting in a fight at the hotel. It was obviously they were not at 100%. At the end of the move they wanted to charge us for additional time it took to move. We had a large gun safe to move, which we mentioned during our initial conversations for a quote. On move day we were told it would be an additional $500 charge for the safe, which was not included in the original quote. When we reached the reassemble stage for the safe we discovered there was damage to the safe, which we were not told about by the movers, we found the broken parts left on the move truck during a final check. The company did not charge us for moving the safe and informed us they would not pay to fix the damage. We ordered pizza for the two movers who were unloading at our house. They left pizza crusts and trash in front of our house in the street... addItionally we found vomit in one of our trash cans. The movers did not fully reassemble the refrigerator and left it out of place, requiring us to do it our self. On the unload /reassemble side my boyfriend and I i worked along side the movers when it became clear they were not going to get it done themselves... if we wanted to move ourselves we wouldn't have hired someone. Each of these things individually could have been overlooked but together it made it a bad experience. Especially when we sent pictures and information to the owner who did not offer to fix the safe. We went with this company based on the great reviews, but that just wasn't our experience. They were significantly less expensive, but we would have paid more for better service. Disappointing.

They were real pros, and on an easily 100+ heat index day, it can slow things down considerably, with a 3 staircase climb over and over. I needed a 2 person crew for a 10 minute move from a 3rd floor apartment in South Austin to a relatively nearby home. Richard Bailey messaged me here on Yelp and to my phone number after I contacted multiple movers. I can only say one slightly negative thing here. At first contact, I wasn't entirely certain that they had accepted my job offer and date. I did have to message a few times to make sure the date and time was actually locked down. I, and so many of us, have been "flaked" on in the past, as I did a few times in Nashville somewhat recently. So I felt I had to reach out a little more as I had a very tight timeline and was just trying to get all my ducks in a row. However with a few messages we did lock in the day and time with a couple days to spare. I would just say that when we are here putting multiple offers on Yelp, you do end up getting blasted by some companies immediately, too much so, but it does make them "seem eager" to lock in the job. Just a little better first contact would be the only slightly negative thing I could say. On to the great: I received a call and message from Gio of their ETA the day before and on the day, which they met. The heat/humidity combination got really bad, still they had surprisingly great attitudes and asked all the right questions when they came up. They wrapped and protected all the furniture as if it was going in a cross country van/semi-trailer. Going down apartment steps, everyone's furniture has gotten scratched and bonked and movers have just said.. oh well. These guys knew exactly what they were doing and everything arrived perfectly. They even had me "direct" them to which room or area as they pulled carts of boxes up to the home. Gio and Josh were just good people, hard workers with real attention to detail and a positive attitude. I don't have any other reviews on Yelp, as far as I know, so here I am highly recommending Baileys Moving Company. I'll try to use them again if and when it happens next, and I'll be recommending them to any friends that are looking for help moving. Good to meet you guys and thanks again for the great work. - CV

One of the crew members even gave me decorative advice as I moved from a 2300 sq. ft. house to a 1300 sq. ft. apartment and my couch didn't initially look right where I thought it should be! Fabulous company. Absolutely recommend them.
