Vanessa looks like this frog. You will be able to find her. She's built EXACTLY like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This Home Depot is the worst. The supervisor Vanessa is so rude I asked her where I can find an item and she gave me attitude. I asked her why is she so rude. I told her to call the manager and she would not call the manager for me she just said okay and continued to be on her phone. She told me that she's a supervisor and that she doesn't need to call a manager but that's okay because that's all she's ever going to be a supervisor and nothing more just a useless person that Home Depot has hired. I didn't argue with her I just said okay and left. Im not going to argue with a nobody who has no degree, no ass, barely making income. At least I have a degree making way over 6 figures almost 7 figures. Vanessa will never be anything more. I realized that arguing with a person that has no ass with a diabetic frog looking body is not worth the argument. Home Depot hire better people at least educated people.

I came in to buy a Christmas tree and Ramon really helped my husband and I decide and even los the box on to the cart . He really went above and beyond trying to locate the one we wanted, and now that I've set it up at home I wanted to post how cute it looks! It was such a good deal too. We also purchased some Other holiday decor items and everything was well stocked and organized. I really appreciate the staff at this location, super friendly and caring!

Every year it's the same October is always my most busiest month of the year .I love decorating gigs ! I got a lot of cool Halloween decorations at this specific Home Depot. This year's theme is Raven in the graveyard . So far buying the shrink wrap and the packing tape came out really handy. Making original pieces that no one will have is so important ! I love the pumpkins that I bought that matches the scarecrow faces . Besides running back-and-forth for random things to make it all come together I'm really grateful this Home Depot .

July 2022 in ordered one window to be installed. One!!! job needed license and cert insurance. Home Depot couldnt provide it. they hired GoPermits to get it done. Took til March 2023. Finally They came to install window and they came with the wrong size window from the building plans they were provided. another 3-4 weeks. one guy comes to install window. absolutely horrible, caping is horrible, doesn't outside trim don't match other windows. trash left in the gutters. this for 1 window... never again!

    Proof of order being ready

I wish I can give 0 star. Worse customer service ever. Ordered an AC for pickup at 3pm. Got a text, email, and hd app alert at 4:43 stating my order is ready for pick up. My husband went to pick it up and they made him wait nearly 40 min caz it's not ready yet. First he went they said they are getting it. He waited 20 minutes and still nothing. Went back in again and they are still getting it. Asked for a manager and apparently there's no manager. My husband had to go get it himself at this point so he can come home. At 8pm he was still waiting for the ac that was ordered at 3pm and got alert saying it was ready for pick up. Definitely gonna call in tomorrow to talk to the manager. I know they don't care and won't care but it's ridiculous. Individual that was "helping" said his name is Sele.

I easily spend several hundreds of dollars here buying my chisels and other carving hand tools. It's cool that the worker remembers who I am (excellent service). The owner himself takes the time to show me the various chisels that they have and you can tell just by listening to him talk the pride he has for the tools that he carries.

In addition to vegetable seeds and garden supply, there are plenty of home and kitchen tools that you'll use every day of your quarantine isolation. SERVICE Nori-San has always been very helpful with any purchases you might need to make. Now that the store attendance is limited, no doubt you'll receive even more bespoke assistance. STORE ATTENDANCE There is only one person/party allowed in the store at a time. If you're familiar with this small family-owned hardware store, you'll know that there isn't much room for too many people anyway. For precautions of health, just one at a time in the store. If you know what you need, the trip to Anzen is really quick. If you DON'T know what you need, the trip to Anzen can be really easy. I make a regular trip to get professional kitchen knives from Nori-San, and he's always very knowledgable and helpful in the decision. SILLY GIFT PURCHASE: Even if you want a simple silly, but useful kitchen gift for your friends, you will probably find something here. Purchase a KAMENOKO TAWASHI for an unsuspecting friend who doesn't know what it is, ask them to guess what it's for. PARKING Plenty of easy street parking throughout Little Tokyo. COVID PARKING UPDATE - many parking spaces have been redesignated as outdoor seating areas. Judge Also Parking Lot is the best parking lot - across the street.

Friendly customer service through the phone when I asked about availability/quantity of corrugated roofing panels. Then at the store the staff would help find the appropriate wood screws. Whereas in the past I remembered older folks staffing the store, now it's mostly younger guys and gals though knowledgeable all the same. Very few employees speak Spanish, which makes communication difficult for many customers. It is important to have staff who can assist customers in both English and Spanish. In addition, getting help from an employee takes an extremely long time. During my visit, I asked a cashier to hold an item for me while I continued shopping and planned to purchase it. Later, I discovered that the item had been sold to someone else. I found this very frustrating and unprofessional. What was even more disappointing was that the manager did not seem concerned about resolving the situation or addressing my complaint. I do not enjoy shopping here because of the poor customer service. Many of my construction employees and coworkers have shared similar experiences and have told me they avoid this store because of the service. Management and ownership should understand that customer service is just as important as pricing. If customers do not feel valued and respected, they will choose to spend their money elsewhere.

I had the SKU so we looked it up online. I guess it's just me but I'd prefer them to go look with me for efficiency and customer service. My beef is with harbor freight in general. I ordered a little flat bed cart called a "folding platform truck" and all the screws and washers were already installed but the wheels weren't. I didn't have the right bolt size to even take them off. It was very tedious. I ended up going to autozone and purchasing those socket racket things. I'm all for installing my own stuff but the way it came was not cool. It wasn't even installed properly. I get that they inserted the washers and screws so it wouldn't get lost but a ziploc and tape with it wrapped around the item inside the box works just fine. Getting into Triggs can be tricky due to the freeway. Overall not sure I like the location of this HF. It looks easy enough to access but it isn't. I'll probably go to another one. I was asked if I wanted to buy a 2 year warranty on a $40 item. It was kinda annoying lol. Like you didn't want to help me get the item but you are pitching this warranty HARD. Made no sense to me.
