I went to this Home Depot to get a few house keys made and keys did not work because they used the wrong blanks. They told me they used the right blanks that were recommend by the information that was provided to them. I returned the keys and went to Dawson Security Group 26309 1-45 North The Woodlands TX 77380 who provided me with the right key blanks and the keys work as good as the originals. read more

Do not get these people to mix paint for you. They either have a messed up machine or their paint associates are not trained properly. They will try to get you to get flat paint for the exterior trim of your home when no one would suggest a flat for the exterior trim of your home. Then they will refuse a take back when their associates name a mistake. Please cross your t's and dot your i's with these people. Was a hassle to find the ceiling fan on the ad. Took 30 minutes and 3 people. It wasn't in stock but did get another that was on clearance that was similar. The checkout did go kind of smooth, the box didnt scan at first, but the lady was nice and handle it well. read more

Worst Experience EVER!!! Buyer beware! If you need to get your flooring done go ANYWHERE else. They charge more than anyone else, once I paid, they then gave me horrible customer service. I would call to schedule a delivery and was put on hold for 20 MINUTES!!!! They forgot I was on the phone and called me back while I was still waiting on hold for them!!! Who does that! I loved the home depot, more than any other store ever! Now I will never go shop there again. Their installers were dirty and didn't move furniture like I had paid for, and their plumbers that they use were so horribly rude and offensive, late and unprofessional... I think he honestly tried to break my toilets... They were perfect before and then he comes in and says he'd charge me $200 for an $8 part to fix my toilet... He was a crook! This is my preferred store of the Home Depots in the area. Returns are fast and it's not a hassle to get what I need and get out. No employees bother me to take a survey or anything which I greatly appreciate. Inventory is kept up with and I rarely have to make online purchases. If I do, it's a fast in and out pick up from the service desk. I recommend this location. read more

I will never again shop at Home Depot. They sold me the wrong paint and since they have a non return policy on paint they would not allow me to return the paint even though it was there fault for selecting the wrong paint. Lowes and Sherwin Williams both allow you to return paint. I was thought in business that the customer is always right unless the policy protects the employee or customer. This policy only protects the profits of Home Depot. Was told the manager would contact me in 72 hours. That was a week ago. Still waiting to hear from the manager. Horrible policy. read more

I am working on building a screen room and I have had several occasions to visit this Home depot to purchase lumber and the like. On the last three trips to the store to purchase treated lumber I have seen many employees standing within 10 feet of me while I am struggling to load 2x4s both 8 and 10 feet long on to the cart. No one ever asked if they could hep although they were not doing anything except telling each other stories and jokes. I am 70 years old and really could have used the help. If I asked where something was I could tell that it was an inconvenience for them to direct me, so, I decided to go to Lowes this morning and the climate was totally different I had 2 associates ask if they could help and then took me to different locations to purchase other items I needed, all while making me feel that I was a valued customer. I will be doing more shopping at Lowes to finish this screen room. Even though it is a litter farther away, its worth the trip to do business where you are helped and appreciated read more

Very poor customer service. When going in needing help with cutting wood a man came up and with a rude attitude. He told us that he couldn't help us with it. He said the machine was broken and didn't even try to help us after that. Not too pleased. I prefer the Lowes right down the street on collage park road. read more

I was having a good experience until I bought a 800.00 dishwasher. It was scheduled to be delivered to my house and I realized I was not going to be there when it came since they cant give u a time frame so I called the delivery people on my paperwork and asked if they could deliver it to the store so my husband could pick it up and she was rude. She told me I had to get permission from the store.. really?? Permission for a product I bought from them?? Ok so I call the store to get permission. This rude lady answers and as I was telling her what I needed she cut me off and put me on hold with loud music so I patiently waited and waited and waited.......ok she picks up and puts back on hold then transfers me to voicemail. I DONT HAVE TIME FOR VOICEMAIL MY DELIVERY IS TOMORROW. I called back and asked for the store manager and she says she is not available so I told her I am coming up there. By the time I get there I was so mad I just had her refund my entire order and went and bought a dishwasher at sears that same day. I have spent $15000 withIn 6 months at that store but no more. They need help with training there people all about customer service. read more

I am very dissatisfied with my order. I ordered 1200. dollars worth of exhaust fans. There were 3 they all came in damaged. We were able to repair one of them well enough to work. I returned the other 2 and ordered 2 new ones. I was told that since they were ordered on line I would have to return the broken ones to the sore. I was then told i would have to reorder them on line and pay for them, and wait for a return to the original credit card. So I called and had the manager online order them. She said that she would recommend that I request an inspection to make sure the products were good. I told her I would expect that to happen normally she said no I would need to request this. The original order was placed on 5/15. It june 4th only one of the fans has arrived, guess what, the fan was assembled wrong and the frame is bent. it does not work, the 2nd replacement fan has not shown up.. I called the comment line. the first time i waited, the gentleman said he was going to get a supervisor....... i waited 20 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and spoke to a girl named Rashonda, She was very nice I explained my situation to her, she said that the manager said that they could give me a 15% discount. So I asked to speak to the manager she said she would get him and came back after 20 minutes or more she said that the manager could not come to the phone. I told her that i have been very frustrated I began this endeavor on May 15th It will more than likely that It will be more than a month before it is complete and 100% of the fans that have come in have been damaged. My time is worth more to me than driving your broken fans around. Come to find out the manager did not request the fans to be inspected before being sent out the second time. When the 2nd replacement fan comes in I expect that it will be broken. I have wasted more than that in gas returning these products. I feel like a Home depot delivery guy. Think twice before you order on Home Depot website!!! I ordered a Hunter sprinkler controller on line on 5/16/2018. Home Depot said that merchandise is not available at my store and will shipped to my store between 5/22 to 5/25/2018. On 5/26/2018, Saturday, I still did not have the merchandise to fix my sprinkler. I cannot wait. So, I have to fix it this weekend. It is summer and hot in Texas. I need my sprinkler system work! I decided to cancel the order. There is no button on the order page that I can click. So, I had online chat with Home Depot customer service and asked to cancel my order. They said that they cannot because the vendor did not send the merchandise yet. I was asked to check the order status and make the request after the the vendor delivers the merchandise. Please!!! I ordered from Home Depot. I am suppose to deal with Home Depot. It is Home depot internal system to handle its vendors. If Home Depot computer system cannot do it, Home Depot needs to update its system. Home Depot should watch the deliver status to follow up with the vendor, NOT ask the customer to waste time for monitoring the order status and repeat for requesting a cancellation. I have used this store many times in the past for small garden projects, but would strongly discourage from utilizing their flooring department. My husband and I went into the store to learn more about their new laminate, Pergo Outlast. It took us easily 10 minutes to hunt down a flooring associate, who simply guided us to the end cap with the Outlast samples. Already quite underwhelmed. We were ready to make a commitment that day and were not asked any questions. After taking a few samples home, we scheduled an in home measurement online. I received an email confirmation within a few hours. One of our dogs was recently very sick and unfortunately ruined our family room carpets, so we were anxious to have measurements done to then have floors installed as soon as possible. I did not hear from any associate on the day of the scheduled measurement (today), so I called the store. Eight times. I finally requested a manager because the other associates were simply transferring me to the flooring department, where I was disconnected each time after about 6 rings. Theresa, one of the managers, was helpful and discovered that my payment did not process so there was no record of my request on their end, despite receiving an email with a measure number and measure date with my payment showing as processed. No appointments were available for the next few days, which was frustrating as we were hoping for new flooring ASAP since numerous dog diarrhea and vomit stains (even after steam cleaning) are not delightful to live with. After cancelling with this store, I promptly called another Home Depot and was promptly and pleasantly greeted by someone in their flooring department and she was very thorough and made an appointment at that moment. Thank you to that Home Depot, but no thank you to the Spring Home Depot. Despite this location being closer to my home, I will no longer be visiting. read more

The ONLY reason why there are 2 stars is that the man who worked with me in appliances was kind, knoweldgable and walked me through the process of a purchase of a fridge and oven. The problems started AFTER I finished that purchase and went on to purchase a hot water heater to upgrade my current one. Home Depot only has 1 brand (Rheem) and maybe a generic brand of hot water heaters. Despite that, I found one and then went up front to arrange delivery and installation. I knew installation would cost a little bit, but found out that once you PURCHASE the water heater, then the crew comes to give you an estimate to install. Per the people at the front counter and an incompetent manager, the price for installation ranges from $600-over $1000!! This is robbery--I can see a couple hundred $ but 600-1000??? Really??? This is more than DOUBLE the prices of the water heater and ridiculous. All I wanted to do was get a water heater, a general estimate of the installation cost. SO, now I am questioning my entire purchase and thinking about cancelling the other purchases and going elsewhere. I don't know what company they use for installation, but ridiculous. I am now going through another company to get what I want. Had they offered to send out the contractor to just give me an estimate, I would have agreed, but they wanted me to buy the hot water heater first, then hope and pray for a reasonable installation fee. read more

Called Home Depot in Spring, TX and ask to rent the Attic Cat Owens Corning blow machine. The first rep didn't know what I was talking about even though Home Depot on their website says this stores rents it out. She said let me transfer you but didn't and Im guessing hoped I would hang up. After being on hold for 5 min it rang again and another lady answered and again had no idea what I was talking about and said let me transfer for you. I was put on hold for 10min and it rang again and I asked for the store mng. I was left on hold again for 5min and then finally they disconnected me. I called back talked to Keosha (lady)?? I was told the mngs are in meetings and can't come to the phone. I asked to be transferred again to find out if they have machine and it again it came back to the customer service and same lady. After the FOURTH TRY i finally was able to talk to the correct person and they had it on the floor. I wish Lowes or someone else with any clue would get in this because Home Depot is a joke!! read more
