If I could give this place no stars I would. The lack of competency is insane. The employees are rude and have no clue how to run their own departments. I rented a truck here and bought 30 pieces of plywood for a job site. Not only did they not know where the plywood was, they took way too long to get it. There was only one person on shift that could run a forklift. And the pictures show how they gave me the truck that I rented. It was so close to the car next to it that I had to enter the passenger door. And then it had a truck parked behind it that I also had to navigate around. This is unacceptable! Zero competency. The service was adequate on pickup of à pool pump to drain our pool...the price was fair, $50 deposit and $14 balance on return the following day, and because of how large our pool is and how far from the drain it is they gave me two hoses to attach instead of one...the pump itself worked very well but one of the hoses had several leaks in it which were problematic. They were obviously aware of this as there was tape on several sections of the hose...it looked as if they rent a variety of equipment in this section of the store so it definitely makes it more convenient than buying, especially if it's a single or very sporadically used tool...all in all the pros outweighed the cons and I would utilize them again in the future...RECOMMEND read more

Me and the wife went here for a backyard project. Well, over a 100 bucks when's the cashier right next to the pro? Center and rent a tool bleed was cashier. Number one. Cashier's name was cat. Asked her to put all the small items in a bag. She had a bag to my wife and had my wife do her job. Then, my wife had to pay after doing cat's job, several managers standing behind her watching, not saying anything, not giving a damn about us, spending money doing their employees' job why they collect their paycheck. But what's even worse is I called an hour before?And the guy that got on the phone i asked him a question, he didn't know a damn thing about his department. I've been working on a bathroom remodel for several weeks and needed to come to this Home Depot over and over. On several occasions I had to load heavy things and Pittman would come offer to help unprompted. On another occasion I forgot some personal items in my cart. When I got back to the store Pittman had found them and placed them in a bag and left it at the returns desk. Today, I couldn't find a table top cart, and he not only took me to where they were inside, but also helped me load my purchase of cement backer board onto the cart and helped unload it into my truck. These people are incompetent and so are their warehouse and delivery drivers. They call me at 0630 in the morning to tell me my appliance is on the way for delivery, I asked them if it was possible for them to make another delivery before mine because my husband wasn't yet home from work, the driver tells he will call dispatch and let me know. Okay, so I am awaiting a call and the next call I get is for the dispatch to tell me the driver is outside. So she tells me that they can give me 15 minutes and after that the driver has to move on. Fine. So I go outside in 10 minutes only to see the driver pulling off. I tried calling the direct number to the driver as he is driving away and he doesn't answer. I call customer service and they tell me that the warehouse is going to ask the driver to come back after his next stop. An hour later I call for an ETA and they tell me that the driver can no longer come to my location and that they will have to reschedule for Friday. Nicely put I cancelled my order, and re-ordered from their competitor for delivery tomorrow. No customer service skills whatsoever. I will never try to get anything from this company again and I will write a review about this on every platform I can find. read more

Although I am a clean person, the warmer months have welcomed my residence with a fly infestation that gives the 2019 grasshopper invasion a run for the money. The only difference was that the grasshoppers were outside and the flies were inside my residence. I tried fly ribbon and it was 70 percent perspective. So was the Pine Sol and water solution. I did not have the heart to kill these invasive flies with a swatter. My next step was to visit a big box home improvement store that I expected to have the ultimate selection of insecticides. That store would be the Pecos at Patrick Home Depot. In comparison to the nearby Home Depots off Serene and Mark's Street, this location is less hectic to get to. It is away from major commercial districts making it less crowded. The insecticides were on aisle one close to the garden center where I entered. At Home Depot the insecticides are separated by indoor and outdoor. Right off the bat, I was slightly disappointed in their selection. My eyes failed to see the sticky bait stand that Walmart sells. There were outs on critical bug spray including Hot Shot. During this time of year, there should be zero outs at the insecticides. Furthermore the more important products such as Hot Shot should be on a feature. When I took a sojourn into the chemicals aisle, it didn't seem much greater than Walmart. Additionally unless there was another location for it, I did not see air freshener spray. When I shop in a big box, I expect minimal customer service. I turn to my smartphone for customer service. With the one exception of the associate in the chemicals section who told me that the insecticides were on aisle one, my smartphone was my associate. When I saw the insectiside Ecolab Fly Killer, I went online to read the reviews. Then when the reviews failed to answer my question, "Can I use the bug spray on a non porous surface instead of directly killing it?" I called the customer service number on the aerosol can. During the delay of waiting to hear from the customer service number, I walked around Home Depot. During the call I read the customer service rep the bar code. She directed me to buy Hot Stuff. Both the Internet and the customer service number on the product were a replacement for the hard to find associate. Anyways they were out of this must have product. So my next plan of action to add to my arsenal of bug ammunition was to pick up bug aerosol at Loews. read more

Long term customer to this location. Spend lots of money on renovations for different properties. Just spent around $10k a month ago. Brought back a few items that I bought twice. I walk in, wait my turn, walk up to counter and start placing items on counter and Mr Mike started to roll his eyes up, must have been irritated. Gives me credit on all items but one. Says he would not give me credit on the other sink faucet. He tried another way it was declined. About this time his irritation level was out of control. I said let's move on I have another credit for damaged appliances. Bev ask me go to customer service for the credit. He refused to do it and said I had to go around the corner and stand at the other computer in order for him to look at it. And Only after he helped everyone in line. That's when it got messy. I told him I'm not walking around the counter when the computer was 5 feet away. I told him he was treating the customer like shit from the moment I walked in. He started getting nasty with with me. I told him he had personality issues. He kept engaging more which almost led to a fist fight. Fortunately, Wendy showed up as the supervisor and she de-escalated and handle things very quickly like a professional. The only issue is that an incident report should have been done. When I come back I find it myself. Then I wait for 10 minutes for an employee to help me out because the stuff is high on the shelves and I need it brought down. Nobody came. I inquired with the first man I encountered and he was very polite. When I got to the Rental department, the guy asked for my ID and insurance. The lumber saw at the serene Homesepot is broken so I drove to Pecos to ask for help to get a simple few cuts. I go to the lumber section to find "Mike" and ask him to please help me since my typical sight is down temporarily. He didn't even greet me and first words out of his mouth were "we don't cut outside wood here". My homedepot receipt said otherwise... I attempted to explain the situation but he wasn't paying attention or cared. He spent an entire 45 seconds with me and left me at the station without any further assistance. The satisfaction of a job well done with ones own creativity; is the purpose of this visit. The landscaping at the office is in need of repairs. The landscaping needs an upgrade. So here we go! Time to put our best forward and prove to the world that it is just as special outside as it is inside. Naturally, working within the means of a budget for this DIY project the Home Depot seems to be the best fit for the companies needs; it also helps to have the in store credit card too. The credit cards is handy to have. The perks are decent such as fuel benefits for using the card. The enhancements to the outside yard area will include planting new trees and adding more bulk gravel to the front areas . Deciding that this is a project that will benefit us for years to come the large queen palms we went with selected. They are low maintenance, but do need more water than other choices. The selection of flora here at Home Depot and prices vary, but we were able to find something that was just perfect for the desert landscaping. Deciding to keep true to the current landscaping; we will just be adding more shade around the building and large picture windows with the Queen palm trees we purchased. They will grow into larger palms as the years pass providing ample shade. Since we are trying to create a little oasis in the yard we purchased eight of the palms. The time and maintenance that goes into caring for these trees is minimal. They require more water than other selections, but there is a sprinkler system already in place. The price for the size and quality of the tree was a huge impacting our choice. The Queen palms were just over $50 a piece. The store associate that assisted us was very helpful. As we were meandering and having difficulty in selecting the perfect flora. One of the associates started up a small conversation as to what we were doing. He gave his advice and was highly knowledgeable in trees and planting in general. The friendly employee did not stop there either. These Queen palms are quite heavy, so we pulled the truck up front so the associate could help load the tree. Delivery was not an option for us since the office is in Primm. All of the new trees made their journey just fine, and now are blowing when the winds hit them cooling off everyone. read more

I find this location to be alright for general home improvement needs. There are more female workers present than in the past, so that's cool as long as customer service is good, nothing else is a concern to me. A friendly lady was able to help me locate the door ringers and as I got lost, a helpful young man help me get back in track. I think the prices are pretty fair and the selections are ok. The place is massive though. You could spend some time in here and lose track of the time easily. There are plenty of self check outs, so that made my transaction easy. Overall, I found what I needed and the price was affordable. I was able to get help when I found a worker and the interaction was pleasant. Nothing really bad and nothing too impressive. Had the worse experience trying to rent generators here. Made 3 reservations online, system glitched and made one of the reservations for a time that had already passed, my deposit was pulled and then I got a notification that my reservation was cancelled because it was past my pickup time. I called the store to sort it out and they could not help me even tho I had already paid a deposit. Then they wouldn't let the person I sent to pick up the other 2 generators pick them up because it was my card that paid the deposit. Why is there an option to put the name of someone to pick it up if it has to be the same person on the CC? I desperately needed these generators for an event so my employee had to spend $350 of his own money to place new reservations in person. The manager refused to work with me even though at this point they had already collected over $500 in deposits on reservations they forced me to cancel due to their own systems errors. What a joke , no regular registers open , 9-10 people waiting at self check , 2 self check registers waiting for assistance, one guy working and one guy apparently doing nothing . I asked the do nothing guy for help and he just walked away. On our way out after waiting way to long for help , I slipped in something on the floor, a red liquid was dripped all the way across the exit area . Another customer also brought it to the attention of the do nothing guy . He seemed to ignore us . I asked to see a manager, mr do nothing said they were in a meeting.
