Total rip off. I bought a washer and dryer set from them . Almost $600. They were both shotty. I took them back for repair before the 90 day warranty was up. They didnt touch them. I live like 45 miles away.) Get home the washer washed one load on the 2nd one it wouldnt spin or drain. The dryer flat out doesnt even work at all . When I picked them up I asked if there was a receipt or paper work they said no. Now the 90 days is up so too bad to me. I used them both less than 10 loads all together. The price I paid is about 10xs the cost of what I would have spent at a laundry mat. This place is a total rip off, and they are liars. There warranty is obviously a joke as well. They make the customer haul the machines back to them, and pick them up. They dont even fix them! I think they let them sit there awhile so it seems as though they worked on them. Oh, and they threw a towel in the dryer and left it in there. Obviously the customer is going to assume they tested it and simply forgot to grab the towel out before pick up. Then they call you to come get them. They are way over priced to begin with. I knew better but bought them anyway as I was in desperate need of them. I could have got way better machines for free off Craigslist or Marketplace. Im sure of it! Never again! I wouldnt waste your time or money with this RIP OFF shady business! read more

These guys took us to the back, showed us how to take our washer apart, and even let us borrow the part they suspected we needed, let us bring it home to test it, completely for free. My wife and I walked in and Ed was working the floor. Extremely nice and professional. We were ready to buy a washer & dryer set for $700 when Ed asked what was was wrong with our current set. We told him our dryer stopped working and he asked if we checked the fuse. He showed us where the fuse would be on our dryer and how to check it. He was correct and it cost us only $10 vs $700! Bought a deep freezer with a 30 day warranty. Got it home and found the temperature controls were malfunctioning. Called the shop and was given a fix over the phone which didn't work. We called to get our money back and was told they don't do a refund but will try to fix the machine. We were very upset, had to rent an appliance dolly to get it on our truck so we could haul it 30 miles back to their store. I have ZERO hope that they will be able to fix it and am confident that we will never see our money again. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. I needed a heating element repaired on my stove.oven. I was told by another company (RK) that the element could take 2 weeks or 2 years to find. I bought it and it was delivered from Amazon in two days. Appliance Recycling walked me through every step of DIY and it works great now! The part cost me $20 and free delivery. Saved my bacon! I recommend. It took me all of 5 minutes and I am NOT a DIY person, an old, and sick. Another company told me the computer panel was blown too and wanted $300 just for the part, plus labor, plus $$ to put in my heating element. They said I needed a new range/stove/oven. This place told me to turn on the broiler and stove burners and see if they worked. They do! All fixed!! read more

We bought a used front load washer dryer set for half the price of the same refurbished set elsewhere in Spokane (see my other reviews for that shitshow known as Freds!). Upon arrival one of the machines did not work but they immediately fixed it (something got knocked loose in the machine, I don't remember what it was but they reconnected it and all was well). 3 months later and it still works great. Delivery guy and salesman were A+. I'm from a much bigger city on the east coast and was stoked that the delivery guy was from my home town! Go Ravens! read more

They are terrible to deal with. I put my freezer on what I thought was same as cash, but it turned into a rental from another company instead. I'm out hundreds of dollars and they wouldn't even be willing to offer me an extended warranty on the third machine after the first two died. I was told when I purchased that all appliances we tested before they were sold. installed dishwasher and it leaked! called to let them know it was not working properly and was told I would have to bring it back for repair. Still having problems and found out from my handyman that by code dishwasher should have sound barrier around them of course this one did not. Bought a French door Samsung fridge from them mid September 2021. Ed told us we have a 90 day warranty. A month later, the fridge stopped cooling. I called, Ed came out and fixed it; he also showed me where it had iced up in the back and how to defrost that, "if it happens again." In late November, the fridge stopped cooling again, but no icing up! I called Ed. He took the information down said he'd order the parts and it could be awhile. And I was under warranty til Dec 17th. Today is January 28th. Despite weekly calls and vms to Ed, plus talking with Vicky, asking for communication, I FINALLY was told Ed would call me Wed am (the 26th) by 9:00 am to tell me what time he'd be by to fix it. Guess what?! No show, no call. He did leave a vm that night to say he'd call me the next day. Do you want to take bets on if that actually happened??! I'm done! I bought a stove from this place on April 19th and the front burner and oven elements exploded within a few minutes of use, had Fred's Appliance check the cause and they said it was due to using a wire wheel to clean the used burners which should never be done because it damages the integrity of the burner material. Due to their negligence, my tenant was injured when the burner blew up. I call and all I got from the store was a real I don't give a shit responce about the whole thing. They are potentially looking at a lawsuit from the injured tenant. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! This place is a total rip off! We purchased a washer and dryer for my sister and brother in law to use while in Spokane during the time that their son was battling Leukemia so they could be close to Sacred Heart Children's hospital. We picked up the washer and dryer and installed them. In less than one hour the washing machine flooded and the dryer just stopped working the very first time it was used. We returned both of them the very next day and was told "sorry, we don't give refunds". They offered to fix them for additional money! When purchasing items, even refurbished items, it is expected that the items will work, this is where our consumer rights come into play.
