When I entered the store I asked where you can make a key and the nice lady said to ask the next gentleman near aisle 11 to call someone to help me out. Rich was so kind and helpful. My key was bent so he had to use a mallet and then a hammer to straighten it out so the machine could read it. He printed the key manually and told me that if it didn't work to bring it back and he would replace it for free. Excellent customer service! read more

Purchased a Nest thermostat Nov.15th. Price was $250.00 with a $100.00 rebate from the gas co. On Dec 1st it's on sale for $179.00 online, and in the store. The service desk first told me it was a black friday sale and they could not give me a refund. I had to tell the several times I purchased it in mid Nov. and it was not a black Fri. sale. Then I was told the sale price was online and they could not price match, telling me my only option would be to return the first one and by another. None of the three at the service desk would even check the flyer or computer in an attempt to assist me. I believe it was to much of an effort for them to deal with transferring the rebate. I then drove to the Bridgewater store and was quickly refunded the $70.00 price difference. read more

Had 3 storm doors installed on 5/16/2018 one of them doesn't close correctly after numerous calls to THEIR installer and to Home Depot to no avail I am ready to contact my credit card company for a refund very poor customer service from both Davos construction and Home Depot I shouldn't have to make numerous calls to get a reply or to get a call back read more

I was leaving the Home Depot in Taunton today, May 17, 2020...A male walked by me towards the entance, a Home Depot employee walked by the gentleman going into the parking lot...the gentleman asked the employee if one has to wear a mask to enter the store..the employee said, no, it is optional..!! I thought the governor of Mass made it mandatory to wear a mask on public places...Everyone I saw had a mask..I should have said something to the employee, but honestly, I was dumbfounded!! read more

20 handicapped spots! I have no clue why! I'm disappointed in this Home Depot as you have to ask people for help, when they have way too many people working and not doing anything. Everytime I go to Lowe's I don't have this problem, I guess next time I will just go there! read more

Spent over 30 minutes trying to buy a Grill, no one seems to want to actually help the store sell anything. 3 other patrons left without buying grills, because we could not get any support. Then when the woman actually showed up to help, she was rude, condescending, and advised o needed to take one of the grills from outside. I don't want to buy merchandise that is covered in pollen and bird crap!!!! Worst consumer experiance of my life. read more

Employees are horrible at their job, and its not just a handful its enough to notice how bad this location is. They never answer store phones, for curbside pickup or any service related calls. When you finally get someone on the phone you get an attitude or hung up on because they just dont want to do their job. On top of it all they seem to carry an abundant amount of damaged items. I have never gone into any other location and had to return things more than once because of damaged items. The employees that work with shipping and handling must suck at their jobs too. This location needs to be overhauled and under new management because its a damn zoo. read more

Every person we spoke to had no idea about anything. We went to the garden department asking about sheds and no one there could help us. When we got to the customer service desk, the girl acted like we were a bother. Each employee at the service desk was rude and miserable as they helped customers. They do not know their products and are not interested in finding you an answer. To top it off, when looking at sheds we found food and multiple alcohol bottles in one. We told customer service and they said someone would be there to clean it. After being in the store for 30 minutes, the shed was still not cleaned. Such a concern! What if a child wandered in and got into it. Not a selling feature, will be taking business else where. read more

Do NOT use them for flooring installation. The process was a nightmare when I used them last year. Then this year I was told that the process would go smoothly. It was not! Same games and inconveniences as last year. Nothing improved. read more

Tried asking for assistance just to have an employee look in the same area as I did and tell me we do not have that 40w here on the shelves. It was a great idea to have some parking spaces reserved for the physically impaired. But if you want to see a good idea run amuk, look at this parking lot: there's like 300 handicapped parking spaces. All empty! read more

I visited Home Depot over the weekend to purchase a grill that was on sale and was disappointed AGAIN. First I wanted an unassembled grill for easy transportation in my wagon and because I would rather assemble it myself. Also I did not want something that was sitting outside on display. But they had assembled all of the grills and were almost sold out of the model I wanted. After a store employee unlocked the grill they did bring it to my wagon to help load it. I asked if they could take the lid off so it would fit and because I do not carry a ratchet set with me. They did take the lid off but then dropped it denting the lid. They did swap the damaged lid with another one from a new grill. They also helped me load the grill but not after giving me flak for not owning a truck. 30 minutes later after I got home I noticed the door did not align properly and the bottom shelf was scratched. When I went to bolt the lid back in place I realized they didn't give me the washers for one side. Not wanting to load the gill back and drive a hour round then deal with Home Depot employees on one the busiest weekends of the year I will just live will my mistake of shopping at Home Depot. read more
