However when I arrived to the repair shop they tried charging me three times what the snow blower was originally bought for new, to repair it. I questioned the cost and their response was as rude as could be "well you can pay it, buy a shovel or good luck getting it fixed". I laughed at him said go f yourself and good luck getting my business or referral. I went to Lowe's, bought another snow blower because f that guy!. I then googled troy built and found the part only cost $20 and found another repair shop to fix it for $150$, then sold it on Facebook for the original cost "bidding war" 8 years later during a significant snow storm. I was with my kids and when we left my oldest (7) looked at me and said dad that guy really isn't nice and doesn't care about people. He's miserable. I called back to order roofing material after I saw what I needed. He told me I can't take an order I'm to busy, I will call you back. I never received a call back and never was able to order anything. It's amazing people still give this guy business. I know I'm not alone since my 7 year old watched him talk to a builder this way. Stop going here and supporting a person who doesn't appreciate people supporting a local business.

I waited in line for 10 mins while they helped out co tractor customer order supplies, only to be treated rudely when I only had card to pay with. Like this is 2020 (2019 at the time) and you have the Visa/MasterCard logo on the door. If I'm inconveniencing you by paying by card, maybe you need to update your business. Either way, this place is right around the corner, and we probably would have shopped here more often if I didn't get attitude when I checked out, now I'll be taking the further drive to Home Depot from now on.

The bad: they shipped us the wrong cabinet doors. This was frustrating, but we talked to Brandon (who had put the order through correctly) and we agreed that we would put up the cabinets and wait the 3-4 weeks for the correct doors. This was done, but when we went to put up the new doors the hinges were not in a uniform placement meaning several new screw holes needed to be drilled. Also, now that the summer is here and the wood has swelled slightly not all of the doors close flush (even after adjustments). Overall I'd still recommend Mozzone, but definitely thoroughly check the shipment before you accept it.

They also won't take you for a ride. Brought the mower blades in to be sharpened (easy $20 bucks for them right?) I was sent packing until next season because they are still sharp and they didn't want to needlessly take my money! Large supply of specialty pet food (Attleboro Barn patrons will now have somewhere to go), also large home heating area pellet stoves etc., garden supply and small machines. Kind of a hardware store but more specialized and awesome.
