Another YES from the Hillstone restaurant group! We came here for lunch, and the two of us luckily snagged the last two seats! This place is a long, narrow restaurant with tables on one side, and two bars on the other which are separated by the open kitchen. We had Belmira, who was absolute perfection. She tended to us with great care and attention, but was never over bearing. She was so sweet too! We started with Deviled Eggs to share. These are delicious! They have a tangy relish inside that gives their flavor a pop! We also shared Burrata Toast. It's a beautiful piece of homemade bread topped with the creamiest, gooiest burrata, surrounded by blistered cherry tomatoes and finished with two tasty sauce drizzles! Lastly, we had their Lobster Po Boy. I'm a huge Hillstone fan, so anytime I see something unique to a location l, I MUST ORDER IT! This was that dish, and it was everything I thought it might be! Delicious crispy fried lobster, creamy kale cole slaw, perfectly ripened tomatoes, all served on a toasted roll. I could eat this very often! One funny thing to note, is that this place does not have any dessert at all. It's technically a bar, but it is still strange to have not one sweet item with such a sexy menu. Great cocktails and reasonable prices for Palm Beach. It was easy to find and easily walkable from several blocks away. The atmosphere of the bar is nostalgic 20s-esc with dark wood and low lighting. It really sets the mood. The food was good, although not amazing. For an appetizer we got chips and guac/queso. Very small portion, but it was tasty and hit the spot. For entrees my wife got the dinner omelet and I got the chicken sandwich. The omelet was certainly unique and very cheesy (with high quality cheeses), but the chicken sandwich was run of the mill. It did not come with sides of any kind so without an appetizer I would have walked away hungry. The drinks outshined the food. We got a couple cocktails off the menu and followed it up with an Old Fashioned and beer from the tap. Loved the booze. The only real downside was the waitress who was not exactly friendly and happy. Not mean, but didn't make us feel welcome. Service was slow and there was a lack of alcohol knowledge which showed and was a surprise for a place calling itself a bar. Love the way they cut the chicken sandwich in 3 so it's easier to eat - although still a messy meal but worth every bite. I'd skip the appetizers if you're getting the burger or sandwich, portions are generous and the apps are subpar compared to the entrees. We've dined in and had wonderful service - the takeout service during COVID wasn't as streamlined but the food was still delicious. Sad we couldn't order fries with our meals. Ate dinner here last night with my wife. Its like a hidden bar with a handful of booths attached to the Palm Beach Grill, with its own entrance. It has a great vibe and reminded me of some cool spots in NYC. There was jazz music playing and we were seated in a little corner booth. There was a couple across from us but still felt quite private. The menu is smallish but in a good way. More causal than a full sit down, which you can get next door. We ordered the chicken meatballs, fries and the shrimp Louie to share. The chicken meatballs were great but completely smothered in the sauce. We would have preferred less sauce with the ability to dip them for extra, instead of blanketing the meatballs. Because, the meatballs were the best thing we ate. The fries, weren't really that good. Luke warm at best and just not that tasty. As for the shrimp Louie, very nice and prepared well. I will just mentioned, it's a salad, which we didn't realize. We thought it was going to be a sandwich. As the other salads clearly said salad. Our mistake. As for the service, over all the server was nice and even offered to change the salad for our misunderstanding. We declined though. However, neither one of us were offered refills on our drinks. Instead, when we finished our food, she just asked if we wanted the check. Didn't ask if we wanted anything else at all. Had I been offered another glass of wine, I certainly would have had one. But, since we weren't, we paid the check and left. Overall, a really nice place that had just a couple shortfalls. However, we'll come back, even if it's just for the meatballs. read more

Was in the area and Friends who know Palm Beach well suggested we stop here for a quick lunch. Very busy around 1:30 Saturday in season, but only about a 10 minute wait for a table. Welcomed by the host, who also observed to be snapping pics of food as it was put on for pickup at the open kitchen. We sat directly opposite the open kitchen. It was fascinating to watch the chefs prepare the dishes and carefully plate them for their artistic presentation. They clearly took pride in how the food was played. Highly efficient kitchen. Our waitress was Jeritza, "call me J for short". She had a genuine smile on her face and was efficient. Refilled waters, explained how various dishes were prepared and accepted our modification requests without batting a beautiful eyelash. All those who brought food to our table were in a good mood. That's a nice change. Each dish was delicious, bursting with freshness and distinctive tastes. You can skip the skinny fries, though. The deviled eggs were exceptional as was the tuna tartare. I had the shrimp Louie and those shrimps were delicious. Pricey? I guess not for Palm Beach, and based on our experience, well worth it. If you're in the area and need to be concerned about the prices in the restaurants, suggest you leave the area. YOLO. The meal moved quickly. Not that we were rushed. The kitchen creates the food efficiently, but it didn't feel like we were being rushed. Valet parking. This was an amazingly delightful experience. We were a party of eight, so although somewhat squished in a banquette, (no chairs) the food defied any inconvenience. The area is small and cooks are easily viewed as they work. Among us we chose a wide variety of offerings and each was met with great approval and sharing. One had the tuna burger which was absolutely delicious, Crab Louie spectacular and the ribs just right. The Honor Bar is located in the Royal Poinciana plaza adjacent to Palm Beach Grill and they share the same rest rooms. Yes, this is another Hillstone restaurant that also owns the Palm Beach Grill. What I immediate love about the restaurant was that simple yet elegant traditional dark wood ambience with a cozy comfortable setting. One can walk into the bar area of the restaurant from the Honor Bar's court yard entrance. There are plenty of seats to sit back and enjoy a cocktail while you wait for a table. That's right wait for a table. The Honor Bar serves walk-ins only and we were definitely a walk in. We did appreciate our bar tender that provided us with one of her own cocktail recipes that our two ladies loved. We only waited about twenty minutes or so before were seated in a booth in the very front entrance to the restaurant. Once seated we decided to order appetizers to begin our meal enjoyment The menu was simple; a few salads, several sandwich options, burgers and sides. We ordered the devil eggs, chilled jumbo shrimp, and Dip Duo; jalapeño and guacamole with warm tortilla chips. We sure must have really enjoyed the appetizers since before we knew it they were all gone. After the empty plates were off the table, we ordered their Signature Honor Burger & Macho Salad. The burger came in a bun with white cheddar, tomato, and spicy slaw which really enjoyed. The salad was excellent as well. I can see why this has a rating of 4.5. The food was amazing. I was a bit skeptical at first because the menu is so limited but baby this place is worth it. The deviled eggs were so good, soft but textured and well seasoned. The chicken meatballs were delicious. The seasoning combination they gave me with the straw fries paired so well with the spicy Mayo. And don't get me started with the honor burger. The only negative thing I have to say is about the drink menu. The drinks aren't even semi sweet. I tried the classic margarita as well as the double b and I kind of expected better. I think the drink menu needs a bit of update if they want more of a youthful clientele because when I came in i noticed it was a very mature audience they were catering to. read more
