I ended up buying a beautiful barn coat and two 100% cotton sweaters. Go upstairs! That's where all the clearance items and bargains are. We bought a few cotton dresses on sale. Set aside some time. If you enjoy retail therapy, this is your place. Don't rush. There's something for everybody from candy, shoes, housewares, clothes, hats and socks. Five lovely stars! There is a sale corner, if you are looking for a value item. There are a number of unique items. Toys, food (deli), candy, and functional home remedies and tools. Chachkies, knick-knacks, and souvenirs. Staff is friendly, and check out is quaint.

The bread and veggies were fresh, the ham was tasty but I was disappointed with the size for the price. There was very little ham and it came with nothing.....for $9.99. So add in a tiny bag of chips for $2.99 and your sandwich+ chips is almost $13.00.( I was not looking for an overstuffed sandwich, just more than a couple of ounces of meat). The fudge was great, we all got some and the cheese selection was good and the souvenirs were very nice.

Women selling the cheese was so patient and smiling.. They had a wide range of fleece T-shirts and Vermont magnets and other gift items... they had some fleece on sale and we got it for 14.99. It was worth it... not sure if they are new or used ones but they looked clean.. parking outside is good.. overall had a very good experience... thought of giving a four star, but this one sure it deserves a five star...

I swear the blankets were the same ones my grandmother had in her house 50 years ago. Our room had access to the front balcony, but it was covered with dust, pollen, and dirt and was not usable without cleaning everything ourselves. The continental breakfast was packaged muffins from the store that did not look appetizing. We went to the wonderful Southern Pie Bakery for some delicious muffins just a few doors down. If you come to the lovely town of Chester, stay at the Inn Victoria, which was wonderful when we stayed last time. We won't make that mistake again.
