Delicious lobster roll ! This place doesn't just do great breakfasts. Lunch was amazing!

We always have great food here. Our server always has a smile on her face even when the place is slammed busy. The restaurant has a very casual comfortable relaxed atmosphere. My lobster roll was delicious

Cute little place hidden in Charlestown. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We were seating right away on a Saturday at 10 a.m., but I could see there being a wait during summer in beach season. There are a lot of specials on the chalkboard so don't forget to check those out. I had the iced pistachio coffee and the Baja wrap. The seasoning on the shrimp was good. They also have a home made hot sauce which kicked up the flavor.

First time here. We were greeted outside by an electric guitar player singing oldies. Couldn't help but put a smile on our faces. Good start. We were then greeted inside a cozy atmosphere of people and ambiance. It's a family affair with the husband and wife cooking and their children involved as well. We both ordered eggs Benedict. One with ham and one with bacon. Both dishes weee deeeeeelicious! My husband said, "You can't beat that!" Everything was cooked perfectly and tasty. Even the potatoes were excellent. It was a super busy place, however, we waited a short time, got in and the service was extremely efficient. No wait times once seated. Drum roll.... We both feel that it was the best eggs Benedict we have ever had. Need I say more? We will be back. .

Nice little place right off the main drag. The hash was incredible! Quick, hot and plentiful. Just how a b-fast should be. Yummy! Stop here and you'll be glad you did!

There's quite a few good restaurants in and around Mystic, Connecticut…read moreand Westerly, Rhode Island and this wonderful place must be considered up there with the absolute BEST! The food was high quality, mostly locally sourced and perfectly prepared. Sauces and seasoning couldn't have been tastier. Went there a few days ago for the first time. My first choice was the "Summer Fettuccine" which unfortunately was so popular it had recently sold out. I settled for the more plebeian hanger steak which at any random restaurant can be anywhere from meh (mediocre) to excellent. This was EXCELLENT! Tender and tasty. Loved it. I decided to come backcountry the next morning and sample their breakfast fare. Equally delicious. So satisfying. Had a few things all excellent but the "simple" (not really so simple) "Morning Taco" was outstanding; definitely a cut above. I don't know if my stomach would have had room but my tingling brain was saying I could have had FOUR of those, nothing else and have left happy as a lark, owl, dove...

We tried a few different things but our favorites were the tomato burrata and the chicken schnitzel. We didn't care too much for the Johnny cakes since it didn't have flavor to it. Our server was gracious enough to swap out our drink after sharing I didn't like. They do have a lovely drink menu tho with cocktails and mocktails.

On a Friday morning around 9, there were a few folks waiting for tables/booths. Luckily there's a counter space with about 10 stools and we were able to snag two spots. We were warmly welcomed by the staff. They offered us a lovely couple of bites of cranberry cake, gratis. Everything on the menu looks fantastic. I ordered the famous hash omelet (huge, so, so good) and it comes with your choice of two sides. I apologize for not knowing what all of the options were but I opted for home fries and toast (another choice was baked beans, I remember that one). My wife had the Supreme omelet which came with a meat, peppers, onions, mushrooms and cheese. It was also huge and delicious. While we were sitting at the counter chatting up a local, she mentioned that Oatley's had just won the local Community Choice award. I can see why. One other thing to mention is their bread. I don't know what they offer in particular but a woman came in, asked "how many do you have left" and they said "one". She took it. It was a nice, homemade loaf of raisin bread for about $7. I think she would've bought 5 if she could. I think everyone who likes breakfast would like Oatley's II.

The GPS led us to a parking lot, with a good number of spots and Nana's was 20 steps away. They do have a patio with a few tables but because it was raining, we went straight inside. When we arrived, there were only a couple parties seated, but by the time we were mid-way through our meal / leaving, the place was packed. Our server helped us with understanding some of the items on the menu and also warned us about some of the iteme they didn't have, like pepperoni, mushrooms, and donuts. With that in mind, we ordered risotto balls to start and the pesto egg and cheese sandwich (baked fresh eggs, pesto, cheddar cheese, lemon aioli, brioche roll) and Dijon and lemon chicken salad sandwich (slow roasted chicken thighs, lemon aioli, herbs, local greens, pickles, and side of fries) for the main meals. The Yaupon iced tea caught our attention since it has indigenous tea with rotating fruit fusion so we ordered one just to try it. The risotto balls came out a little sooner than the other items. We loved the crispy outside, but not a huge fan of the inside since it was mostly risotto with not enough cheese or something to glue it all together. The sauce tasted like a fancy marinara - it was tart, lightly sweet, but a tad acidic and herby too. In our minds, we imagined our main plates looking differently, but I think it was mostly because we didn't do a good job of reading the menu. The pesto sandwich was good. The eggs reminded us a lot of a quiche-spongey and light. It did not have a strong pesto flavor. The roll seemed homemade; it was good and airy. The Dijon lemon chicken salad sandwich was okay. The chicken thighs chunks were tender, and I could definitely taste the pickles, lemon, and Dijon. I think it needed more salt or even something sweet to balance out the acidic flavors. The bread was well toasted. The fries were delicious with the right amount of salt, crispiness, and variety. The iced tea was not our favorite as it tasted overly sweet which might've removed any fruit flavor. The staff was very attentive, they have lots of tables and high chairs to choose from, and lots of natural sun coming through the large windows.
