By this time i have zero faith in their system and i've got a contractor waiting for this stone, i was forced to drive to Fontana to the manufacturer yard taking time out of my day, thank god i have a truck. They mean well, but i feel like it's just another desert company barely doing enough to get by. Or maybe they have people doing $10,000 orders multiple times a day and my order is nothing.

I visited their store to get a few ideas on colors and types of floors. There was only one employee working and she had very little information and had to call someone over the phone each time I asked a question. Due to their wide selection I decided to go with Panter's. The work took about two weeks and consisted of about 3 different groups coming by. I guess each group is not trained on all work beginning to end? Not sure. Anyways, in the end they left a few items undone like the door trims and bottom floor under the door. Items that I could take care of but should have been taken care of by them. When materials were dropped off they were dropped off next to my car leaving my car coated in dust. This could have been avoided if I was notified so that I could move my car out of the way. If you decide to use their service you'll have to do a bit of babysitting to ensure everything is done correctly. If you are like me and just want to pay and not have to work, I don't recommend Panter's. Try someone else.
