Its Phil cheesesteaks and fries Oreos are just waiting here, ready to make a home in your body's fat stores. Be careful though, obesity is associated with many chronic illnesses. I am always looking for a great cheesesteak and this place looked clean and had a nice place to sit. The gentleman standing by the order area described how they make their cheesesteaks and it sounded amazing so I ordered one. I was very happy with my order, soft roll, blended cheese, hots, onions, bell peppers, absolutely the best cheesesteak on the boardwalk, maybe Ocean City ! Excellent fries too. The staff was also very friendly, the entire staff made it a point to visit with me a little bit rather than just take another order. The boardwalk location was beautiful, being able to see the water from the table was just another little bonus. Everyone was so kind, just a very very nice experience. read more

Stopped in for lunch with my wife. Her Philly Chessesteak was awesome and my Gyro was the best I've ever had. They beat out a traditional Greek spot . It was so good we skipped breakfast the next day just to order 2 more Gyros. Just make sure to say Yro(Gyro) the "G" is silent . You will not regret getting food here. There are a ton of options along Ocean City boardwalk for food. I would avoid this one... It started raining while we were on the beach so we grabbed a quick bite from here to bring back to the hotel room. There was a sign outside that said there was a special today and burgers were only $2.95. We didn't realize until we went in that they were $2.95 all the time....or that the burgers were only worth about that much. I can't speak for the rest of the food which had higher price points, but that burger was rough. It was a very low end frozen patty that was heated up and kind of rubbery. I ended up saving it to eat after a night of drinking. They dont make up for the food in service either - after waiting 10 min for our order, our order came out wrong (we ordered two burgers and received one and had to wait all over again for him to heat another). Then while we were waiting, all the employees were standing right at the entrance smoking cigerettes with all the smoke blowing directly at my burger on the grill and right on us. Can't they go out back? If you are looking for cheap hangover food - I get it. Do what you need to do. If you want something that tastes halfway decent move along the boardwalk in any direction. read more

I stopped by on a whim and it was worth the stop. I had a chicken cheesesteak, the 12 inch, which was way too much for me, was delicious. The fries were boardwalk worthy. I enjoyed my meal very much. I had lunch there 2 days in a row. On Tuesday my mom and Ihad Gyros and today mom and I had split a chicken cheese steak. My son had a cheeseburger. On Tuesday June 23, the gentleman at the counter was friendly and enthusiastic. I asked about the Gyros and he made them sound delicious. My mom and I enjoyed them. Today, on June 24, 2020, my mom picked up our lunch. She also enjoyed the service and the chicken cheesesteaks were very good. We were really disappointed with the quality and quantity of food we received. Food was prepared to order, but the cheesesteaks had an almost soapy and generally "off" flavor. You get three small chicken tenders with an order, which was disappointing for the price paid. We also couldn't figure out how we were charged what we were for the food we received. Based on the prices posted, it seems we were overcharged by almost $8. We'll consider other OCMD locations before this one, in the future. read more

DO NOT eat here owner, older gentleman working at the cashier was very rude to my friend and I. Owner gave free cups of water to family in front us. After my friend and I both ordered meals we asked for a cup of water he refused to give us water and was being very rude about it. At that point I wish I didn't even order food from here. The cheese steak sub was the worst I've ever had. Even for Ocean City cuisine this was a new low. Avoid at all costs!

This "Joint" needs to close immediately. When I went with my family of 5, the sole worker (red flag #1), possibly the owner who actually seemed like a nice guy, was cranking out all the food for the 5-6 orders at once. I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and 3 slices of pizza. My immediate concern of him not being able to afford a staff or co-workers turned into a snowball thought process: which means the food is not moving fast, which means it may be old food, which means this place may not be making money, turned out to be true regarding the food. The pizza was reheated most likely from many, many, many hours before and the Philly Cheese Steak was insulting. The meat was super dry with a huge amount of pepper showered all over it to probably cover the the old meat and the cheese added little relief. You bet, the next day, stomach ache and a bad visit to the bathroom. Do not spend your money or time here, it will be a negative impact on your vacation. There are plenty of better places like the Dough Roller, which has quality food that moves fast, so you know it's fresh. Who ever wrote that review "Lydia W" is a straight up bologna. read more
