I believe I called in on a Friday for a pick-up the following Monday. As usual, there was a line, but it goes fairly quickly. I get up to the counter, give them my name for the reserved roast and add some green chile twice baked potatoes to the order. I walk over to the register, tell the cashier my name and what I'm buying; I pay and I'm outta there. Easy peasy. They are currently only open on Fridays. Check the hours before going. The meat (mostly beef when I visited the shop today) all looked great, but I haven't purchased any yet. There were interesting cuts, some fresh frozen and some fresh. I really want to go again - with someone who knows more about beef than I do - the next time it's open. I definitely want to try the beef chorizo. I did get some produce, jalapeño chiles and heirloom tomatoes, both greenhouse-grown on the farm.
