This ice cream is phenomenal, both regular and vegan. My first visit I got the vegan vanilla and it was very good. I feel that because it's handmade, the ice cream made with coconut milk is super creamy vs being chalky and unpleasant. The next time, I got cookies and cream on top of butter pecan and it was great. I don't typically like chocolate, but the cookies and cream was super good. The waffle cones are also good, which I don't typically like. I appreciate that they have different flavors regularly because it helps you explore different things. They also have sorbet if you want it. Nothing less than 5 stars! Peanut allergy - no problem. Every person we encountered working at this ice cream shop looked us in the eye and put us at ease given our kid's peanut allergy. We had ice cream there almost every day for the week. There's nothing worse than when you're asking about the protocols for handling cross contamination and the person doesn't know, doesn't take it serious and becomes like a deer in headlights. Like... why does it take that long?? My amaretto chip had chocolate chunks that were a bit large, but the liquor flavor made it taste nice and creamy. My coffee cake ice cream with cinnamon bites was delicious. The biggest issue is that as soon as the ice creams were handed to me... they were already dribbling down with how fast they were melting.
