When the waiter finally acknowledged us, he literally threw the utensils onto the table. Then, when we asked for extra napkins, he actually put his hand up to block us and just walked away. I was so shocked by the blatant rudeness that I called for the manager. While the manager apologized and gave us a free dessert, a sweet treat doesn't fix a total lack of professionalism. If employees hate being there that much, they shouldn't be working in hospitality! Management is also to blame by keeping them employed. When reading some of the other reviews, seems like service is really lacking here and the waiters have major attitude problems.
