I am sad to give these folks a bad review. So long we've had the best food and service. The website doesn't ask about allergies but we've always received exactly what we ordered. Tonight we received a wrap that wasn't supposed to have any sauce( contains dairy)... just hummus. The reaction from my wife after a bite and the subsequent allergic reaction told us this order was not correct. There needs to be a better catch here either on the website or I'm sorry to say... you guys need to step it up! Won't be eating here any time soon. read more

5 stars on everything Food is great - we love the yogurt sauce and the cilantro sauce. I had the lamb bowl with saffron and veggies, awesome taste. Service is great - we onserved that their employees are up to the task and they are not in their phones on down time. Ine employee even cleaned the table of one customer who dined in. Disgusting, ordered food from here a few times each time it gets worse, I travel to Dubai and Doha a lot so I know a good shawarma wrap. This place has no pride or integrity on the quality and presentation of their food. The wrap is not even rolled up correctly. Pure laziness and carelessness . I ordered chicken shawarma they gave me small chicken chunks the chicken didn't even taste right. Customer service at this location is horrible. They got my kid's order wrong in 2 ways and would not fix him another bowl, but instead insisted on charging us full price for another bowl. All the food is premade, so it would have taken less time to fix another bowl rather than debate how they didn't get it wrong (which they did). I have never been to a restaurant where if they get your order wrong they won't try to make it right. Then as I walked out saying I won't be coming back, the employee sarcastically said, "Have a great day!!!" Needless to say, I won't be coming back. read more

I've spent a lot of time over the years eating kebabs. In certain parts of the world, they are daily meals. In other parts, they are "drunk" and hangover food. I have enjoyed them in Europe, Australia, the Middle East and of course the USA. So I have at least a passing familiarity with the classic wrap. In that context, The Kebab Shop is mediocre and I am not entirely sure why it has to be. The ingredients are generally good. They are competently made. Yet their fare consistently underwhelms. Boring would be the adjective I would use to describe their food. A hot döner kebab should pop with many different flavors. The meats here, whether chicken or shawarma (beef-lamb mix), are underseasoned. The hummus and tabouli are pedestrian. Their pickled onions are good, as is their yoghurt sauce, but they're not enough to resurrect their wraps. The fact they suggest to fancy it up "San Diego Style", trying to mimic a California burrito, is an indication of a management not feeling safe in its own lane. Most of their meat is not even Halal (lamb excluded). Don't misunderstand: there is nothing wrong with TKS' food. But it is a dull, corporate take on a dish and a cuisine that deserves better. read more

I get the gyro wrap with the works, add in jalapeño hummus and their sauces on the side are to die for. The whole menu looks so good, I want one of everything! The Kebab Shop doesn't cut the chicken doner traditionally but I still like it. The chicken shavings are cut on the thicker end, but the chicken is still moist and juicy! I ordered a chicken plate and the cashier was nice enough to substitute more salad in place of rice. The salad was also delicious. My favorite part of the experience though were the free sauces! I loved the spicy cilantro sauce and the garlic yogurt. Both were delicious but also packed with flavor! I would definitely come back here to try more.
