Hot dog, fries, wings, lemon drop martini, fat tire

Great little bar near Fenway. The food was very good with a good price point. Lots of beer on tap. We had wings, hot dog, fries. Lemon drop martini and a new Belgium fat tire. Excellent service

Decent food for the price in the area. They are a little hidden but there's plenty of seating both in and outside. Food is relatively cheap but nothing that blows you away. The summer special was the lobster roll and it was $25 and filled with large chunks of lobster. The nachos were alright, but the plate was huge and enough to share.

    Best night!

I have EVERYTHING amazing to say about RANDALL. We were in town from out of state for 48 hours for a Rosalía concert, he made an effort to make us feel seen and appreciated, and left us with such a positive energy when I had an early 6:30am flight to catch. I cannot say enough about Randall. 10/10. THANK YOU RANDALL for serving us!!!! And making our night cap so sweet.

My sister and I stopped here for a quick bite after seeing Jake Shane and the staff is soooo lovely! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the bar tender was very accommodating given we were there about 45 minutes before the kitchen closed. They have really good prices for their food! I opted for their BBQ burger with cajun fries and it was delicious! My sister for their Brussel sprouts and a hot dog and I could tell it hit the spot for her! The food did take a bit long to come out but that was okay. Would definitely come back here!

I didn't know how else to get this feedback to the restaurant. Why does the hot dog say it comes with condiments on it, but then EVERY time I order it, it comes with nothing??? There aren't even options to add condiments to specify. please FIX YOUR ONLINE MENU. It sounds so simple but you're falsely advertising food with ingredients that you ARENT including - KETCHUP MUSTARD AND RELISH ON A BUN, but that has never been served to me!

This is a solid spot for a cheap, quick bite to eat while watching the game. My girlfriend and I found ourselves amid the chaos of a Fenway baseball game, super hangry. We ventured to the Kenmore area to avoid the crowd and stumbled across this place. It's a small little sports bar with high top seating. We sat at the bar and the bartender took the time to explain the menu despite it being busy. The prices here are super cheap for pretty solid food. I ordered a brunch hot dog with Cajun fries for $8. My girlfriend got a double California turkey burger with a side salad. The bartender accidentally served my girlfriend somebody else's burger at first, and then took the plate out from under us and gave it to the guy sitting next to us, which was a bit odd but we didn't touch the burger so it was fine. Her real burger was tasty and cooked perfectly. I would definitely come here to watch sports and grab a cheap bite to eat. Our meal for two people was about $20. Amazing!

Kind of a small hole in the wall spot? I feel like I found a hidden gem. It's cozy, the food is SO cheap, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I got the kenmore dog, which honestly was a regular hot dog with average toppings, but it hit the spot! Would 100% come back to try the other varieties, they're all under $6. The K burger was perfectly medium rare, juicy, and the K sauce is to die for. Caesar salad is delicious. Portions are a bit smaller than your typical restaurant (but perfect for me honestly), salads and fries are an extra $2.50 but for the burger/hot dog price point, whatever. We happened to come in on a day where Kona beer was having an event and we got free hats- super cute and Kona beer's one of my favorites. Anyway, as much as I'd like to keep the Kenmore as my secret, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quick cheap bite :)

    Great bar and TVs.

Was at The Kenmore today...8/11/2024. What a superlative place. Both of us had a hamburger for $6.75 and shared a hot dog, which was $4.50. The burger, on a brioche bun--cooked a perfect medium-rare--had bibb lettuce, tomato and pickles. It was one of the most flavorful burgers I've ever had. The hot dog was on a buttered hot dog roll. Again, one of the best hot dogs ever. Even better than the food was the service and staff. 5-star all the way. This place is a right on Commonwealth Avenue, and a 7 minute walk to Fenway Park. Nice and airy with sweet outdoor seating.

Food was excellent, service was delightful and helpful. We all loved our burgers and we were so glad to have found this place on Yelp. Great experience all around! (Also, get the seasoned tots...delicious!)

The Kenmore hot dog, with grilled onions & peppers, on a grilled bun. Sooo good!

Great spot to grab a quick bite and watch a game. The food was good, the service was great, and it's in a very walkable area.

Awful service. The bartender was more concerned about getting some from the girls down the bar than taking care of customers. Come on guys.

This place was awesome!!!…read more If you are a Gen X'er, and love great cocktails, you will love this place! So we are from out of town; Texas, to be exact, and we were in Boston on vacation. We were looking for a place we could get some drinks and appetizers, and maybe watch some sports. A person in our group found this place online, so we gave it a try. We loved it! The 80s & 90s decor, as well as the 80s & 90s music they were playing made it an instant hit for our Gen X group. Every single song that was played was on my personal playlist, so we sang along and danced at our table to the tunes that took us back in time. There were some early 2000s songs played, too, but all songs played were songs we know and love. So needless to say, we loved the music!! Also, the drinks...oh my, the drinks. They were so, so good! Some in our group had the Adult Caprisun, including myself. It was so tasty, and served in an actual pouch, which brought me back to my 80s childhood. Another in our group ordered the Pink Flamingo which came with a little inflatable pink flamingo that you could take home with you. We noticed that the drinks were just perfect, too; not too strong with alcohol, and not watered down, either. The food was okay. It's bar food, so it's not going to knock your socks off or anything, but it hits the spot if you are drinking and hanging with friends. Our server was good. She was attentive to our needs and took good care of us. It was interesting to me that we, a group of age 50 somethings, were the oldest among the clientele, as everyone else was probably in their 20s or early 30s, but we didn't care. We had a great time! The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because someone in our group wanted to watch the Red Sox game, and apparently it was on Apple TV that night and the bar didn't have Apple TV.

The atmosphere is very casual and low-key, perfect for grabbing drinks and a bite without any pretense. I ordered a flatbread listed as a Margarita, but it was more like a cheese pizza than a true Margarita. It was still decent, just not what I expected. The online menu did not match what was available at the restaurant, which made ordering a little confusing. On the drink side, the wine selection was underwhelming, but the beer list was solid, and the cocktail menu stood out. They clearly put more focus on mixed drinks. This is not a fine dining destination, but it works well for what it is, a laid-back bar with better-than-average food and a great drink program. I rate it 3.5 stars, but will round up to 4 for the strong service and cocktails. It is a good choice if you're looking for a casual spot downtown with good energy.

My order of yogurt with fruit and granola was fresh, filling and a yummy beginning to my day. My coffee was equally enjoyed, and note that it's $13 for each small coffee pot. In advance, I stopped into the hotel to confirm that a gluten-free guest could be accommodated and was assured this would be handled. In reality, the accommodation was inadequate and, at times, unacceptable. While the rest of us were served scones, my stepdaughter was given cut fruit in their place, and told that was all they had to accommodate. The dessert course consisted of what appeared to be basic gluten-free cookies, misrepresented as something more gourmet - egg nog cookies??? This lack of preparation was both disappointing, upsetting and avoidable. The broader experience was equally concerning. We were subjected to an unsolicited and uncomfortable "lesson" on tea service, which detracted from what should have been a relaxed and celebratory occasion. While trying to enjoy the time with the girls, being a lifelong tea drinker and someone who has been to many times at your establishment and its various incarnations, this is something I have never experienced. The food quality was poor (scones were clearly reheated and stuck to the cloth napkin they were wrapped in), and there were notable service lapses, including being served water in a visibly shattered glass. Additionally, when hot water was added to refresh the tea, my stepdaughter's pot curdled and had to be replaced. It was especially disappointing, as I mentioned that I had stopped in and spoken with the concierge, and was assured, as they had called the kitchen while I stood there that they readily accommodated gluten-free. There are numerous places in the city that could have done this, and if you had just told me that you could not do so, I would have booked us elsewhere. I chose not to raise the multiple issues in the moment so as not to disrupt what was meant to be a special day for the girls and me. However, the total cost exceeded $500, and the experience did not come close to justifying that price point! Do not recommend.

But our table was in the main bar off to the side, so it was chaotic but fun. I do wish it was more private but it was still fun, just loud. Our waitress was really nice and did well with our large party. Their menu is mostly apps and smaller plates, so if you're looking more for a large meal this is not your spot. I got the nashville hot mozzarella sticks which were actually pretty good, I liked the tomato relish they put on top and the ranch was really good. Dive Bar Diva was my cocktail which was pretty good. My friends seemed to like their drinks and bar bites. After dinner we went upstairs to the club and got to skip the line (thankfully). The line for the club wraps around the building down the street most nights, so we got lucky. Dance floor is upstairs and it's pretty small, just one room. There were two DJs that night, and the music was really good. Bar was fun, they handed out free chicken tenders at one point and were squirting shots into peoples mouths out of gatorade bottles. It was awesome. Bathroom line upstairs for women was crazy, only one bathroom and it took a long line. I suggest going downstairs... but at least you'll see the famous cheetah print walls! I will say trying to get in contact with the reservation staff was difficult but finally they answered after days of my friends and I trying.
