The garlic noodles are a MUST. Perfectly seasoned and so addicting with the sauce. And don't even get me started on the Cajun fries... crispy and well-seasoned. Not satisfied. I usually come here and it's always been a great experience, but this time was completely different. While eating my food, I found a caterpillar in it. I hadn't even finished half my meal when I saw it, and I couldn't continue eating after that. It was honestly disgusting and made me worried there could be more bugs in my food.They did remove my fries and drink from the bill, but I feel like more should have been done. Terrible customer service do not go to this place no one came to our table to ask if we needed anything we kept of flagging them down for water. The sea food boil was dry and on top of that charged us for extra sauce. I went with a friend and I ordered A pound of headless shrimp, spicy, and the kickin sauce. I also got a side of white rice. The spice was not too much and it had just the right amount of kick to it. My shrimp was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so tasty. I love how much of the sauce they give you with your bag too! The service was a 4/5. I did go on a Friday night and the place was packed! When we checked in, we were told the wait was about two hours. I understand because it was busy, but I was confused because half the tables were not occupied so I'm not sure why they weren't taken in more customers. Aside from that, my server was fast and I almost felt rushed to order since they sat us down close to closing time. But, not in a rude way, more as a "I'm trying to get you guys your food quicker type of way". Despite it being busy, they were checking on us frequently up until they started to do their closing tasks. That's when we had to go and look for a server to ask for refills since they were busy with cleaning. The restaurant was at a good noise. For a Friday night, it wasn't too loud or too quiet. It was a perfect noise level where I was able to have a conversation with my friend but not yell. Side note: I wanted to try the crawfish but unfortunately they only had frozen. Pretty disappointed with this place. I bought a pound of shrimp and pound of crab with potatoes, sausages and all that. I was given 7 pieces of shrimp, they were trying to hide mixed in with the potatoes and everything. I let them know they skimped me. After seeing it the server told me that it was in fact too little and she'll see what she can do. She then tried to ask for the bag back to add more shrimp. I asked her if she could just bring the extra shrimp on the side because we were already eating. Which thank god I did! She didn't bring it out till we were pretty much done and all they gave us was 4 pieces of shrimp in a bag. The food overall was good but the portions are very small for what they're charging you. The shrimp was good and the sausage as well. It was just the crawfish that threw all of us off. The taste and the color was just really not it. The worst customer service I have ever received. My family which is comprised of 5 adults and my 13 month old baby came to join the wait list. Upon joining the list we were told it was a 25 minute wait even though there were only 3 tables in use in the entire restaurant.
