Void food that took forever to

Would you recommend hell no ! Waited over 1 hour for my food and no one check on us My son was hungry so I just left Boiling crabs stays champs !

    Free fries! Thanks!

The food was yummy and the service was great. We ordered a lb of shrimp for the boy. The shrimp was huge! I ordered the shrimp tacos, and they were tasty. My husband ordered the tilapia and said it was really good. The best thing we ordered was the fried calamari. Hands down, it was the best calamari I've ever had.

    corn with caterpillar

Not satisfied. I usually come here and it's always been a great experience, but this time was completely different. While eating my food, I found a caterpillar in it. I hadn't even finished half my meal when I saw it, and I couldn't continue eating after that. It was honestly disgusting and made me worried there could be more bugs in my food. They did remove my fries and drink from the bill, but I feel like more should have been done. I would have expected the entire bag of food to be replaced or refunded, especially the portion I didn't eat. Very disappointing experience.

always love kickin crab we got the garlic noodles, fried oysters, cajun mussels and shrimp. all the food was delicious as usual. the only complaint i have is that it's more expensive compared to other seafood boil joints. i usually go to boiling crab but the wait was too long... service here is great everyone was friendly, parking is plentiful at the lots

Great location with plenty of space. The waiters were super nice and attentive. We got the snow crab and shrimp and it was amazing!

    The time we called

It was going to be our first time trying here so we can't say if it's good or not We called at 9:13pm if they were open and have a wait time they said they had no wait time. We get there at 9:22pm and the gentleman said they weren't taking anyone in keep in mind I called and they never mentioned anything about last call for dining in. Then they said no outside food over the age 9 my daughter is 8 and my nephew is 10. But yet we saw a man with a white shirt go outside and grabbed some fruits and went back inside. You can tell he was lazy just didn't want to help out and wanted to go home We asked if there was a manager he didn't have a manager or didn't know the name or number. Never ever coming again

    Total for one person.

This is my second time going to Kickin Krab and I was a bit hesitant since i previously tried the food at a different location and hated it. To my surprise, the food was amazing. I went with a friend and I ordered A pound of headless shrimp, spicy, and the kickin sauce. I also got a side of white rice. The spice was not too much and it had just the right amount of kick to it. My shrimp was cooked to perfection and the sauce was so tasty. I love how much of the sauce they give you with your bag too! The service was a 4/5. I did go on a Friday night and the place was packed! When we checked in, we were told the wait was about two hours. I understand because it was busy, but I was confused because half the tables were not occupied so I'm not sure why they weren't taken in more customers. Aside from that, my server was fast and I almost felt rushed to order since they sat us down close to closing time. But, not in a rude way, more as a "I'm trying to get you guys your food quicker type of way". Despite it being busy, they were checking on us frequently up until they started to do their closing tasks. That's when we had to go and look for a server to ask for refills since they were busy with cleaning. The restaurant was at a good noise. For a Friday night, it wasn't too loud or too quiet. It was a perfect noise level where I was able to have a conversation with my friend but not yell. Side note: I wanted to try the crawfish but unfortunately they only had frozen. And I was confused considering it's crawfish season. With that being said, I believe this location to have better service and better food. I would come here again.

We were craving some warm pho on a cold night, and Soup Shop sounded like the perfect spot. The plaza Soup Shop is located in is usually super crowded, but if you go after 9pm when most of the other restaurants and shops are closed, you'll find plenty of parking. Write your name down on the waiting list at the front podium and then wait for your name to be called. They have a few seats to wait right outside the door. Once we were seated, we were given menus. I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. The outside has a thin, perfectly crispy layer that gives a nice little crunch when you bite into it. Really enjoyed these and would recommend! We also got the Crusted Parmesan Cauliflower. Not sure what's in the sauce, but it's sweet, tangy, and delicious! It's also topped with fried onion, cilantro, cucumber, and parmesan cheese. Also a winner! For entrees, we got the Chicken Pho and the Pho Ribeye. For the chicken Pho, you can get it with thigh or breast meat. I got it with breast meat, and they gave a good amount of meat! A little dry, but I appreciated that it was nice and lean. The flavor of the soup is really good. Pho Ribeye was also tasty! Hit the spot.

June 2026 Updated review:…read more Bowls have been dumbed down by 40%. Less meat, more noodles, less broth and less veggie amenities. Truly disappointing since they upped the prices as well. So you're paying more for less good food. I would hope they read my reviews and go back to how they served big bowls of yummy pho with great ingredients. I know food is expensive but they've already increased their prices to offshoot current inflation. SO GO BACK TO HOW YOU USED TO SERVE PHO.

I had this spot on my bookmarks for years, so I am glad to finally be able to stop by here. The process was a bit confusing when I first walked in, as there were no employees at the front counter - 2 of them were busy in the back cooking, eating, and talking and the other one was focused on making more boba and the trash, I guess. I did a walkthrough to look at everything, then I came back to the front counter and noticed the signages on the side wall about purchasing a cup first, then adding toppings and filling up your drink, then coming back to the front counter to get your drink sealed by an employee. I waited in line patiently, as the employees were all in the back doing various things, and the guy who was bringing out the boba and changing the trash finally came out. I noted that he was wearing the same gloves he did while taking out the trash and started to ring customers in front of me up and help seal finished boba cups wearing those same dirty gloves. I was disgusted, but since I drove a long way for this spot, I decided to stay, as he is only touching the outside of the cup anyway, and I will just wipe it down later. Anyway, I bought a cup and filled it with some ice, my favorite milk tea - jasmine milk tea, and boba. I do wished that they had a couple other toppings I liked though. I was ready to have my drink sealed and waited patiently for the employee to seal it. Overall, it was a good concept they have going on and it is one of those one time experiences at least for me, but they have to work on their cleanliness because there were 2 employees in the back cooking food for customers while eating themselves while cooking in front of it and the other employee wearing the same gloves doing everything, even when changing / touching the trash.

The meat on the sandwich had an enjoyable slightly smoked flavor I wasn't expecting and the mac and cheese was just okay. A bit dry and bland. Been here a few times since and noticed the food has been consistent, which is always appreciated. I have also have tried the Ciabatta French dipper. The meat is well seasoned and tasted slightly smoky. Tasted very close to the Cheesesteak minus the onions. The Chicken Bacon Rancher was pretty good. Balanced flavors. The Toasted Italiano was decent. It was lacking a bit in protein and also I just prefer the Italian cuts cold. The spicy fiesta chicken was decent. Some sauce would have gone great on this. The Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich was decent. Sweets sandwiches are usually a miss for me with a few exceptions. The Bacon Turkey Bravo needed more protein and flavor. Liked the sandwiches listed in order from favorite to least favorite with the ciabatta cheese steak at the helm and Bacon Turkey Bravo last. For the soups I've also tried the French onion. Thought it was flavorful and just the right amount of sweet. Then I'd place the bacon mac and cheese right below that. The hearty fireside chili wasn't my fave, lacked flavor and was on the sweeter side rather than savory. The chicken noodle soup was my least favorite as it tasted the blandest. The customer service and quality of their ingredients have been good. The food is a bit pricey with a relatively small side of soup costing you about 8-9 dollars, though it is enjoyable enough to swing by once in a while on a cold night. Half sandwich/half soup meals always hits the spot.

Unfortunately, the team member taking my order was not very helpful and seemed uninterested in answering my questions. As a paying customer, I left feeling that he could benefit from additional customer service training, particularly in creating a welcoming and informative experience. Thankfully, my experience completely turned around because of Berenice. She noticed that I seemed unsure while ordering and later came to my table to check on me personally. She had recommended a drink for me, and it was absolutely delicious! More importantly, she genuinely cared about whether I was enjoying it and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my meal. That level of attentiveness, initiative, and hospitality is rare and deserves recognition. I would also like to acknowledge Emily, the manager, who took the time to stop by my table and check on me as well. It speaks volumes about her leadership that she makes an effort to connect with customers and ensure they are having a positive experience. Berenice is truly a standout employee and an incredible asset to Panera. Emily's leadership and commitment to customer satisfaction are equally commendable. Employees like these are the reason customers return. Thank you both for turning what started as a disappointing interaction into a wonderful dining experience. Panera is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals representing the company.
