I was waiting in line for my food I placed an online order and there was a lady waiting for food at the bar when one of the counter managers yelled and was fighting with her for no reason. Thought we would try this restaurant tonight and it did not disappoint, the seafood bag that I ordered with just crab legs with their special seasoning was so delicious we also had the wings as appetizer and edamame super tasty. Our server was Hunter he is truly one of a kind with so much energy, personality and he made our visit from a 4 star to a 5 star visit I really hope that this business values Hunter as a employee he is definitely a hard find now days when it comes to customer service. The only thing I would tell the business to change is give heavier utensils not the flimsy plastic wear that was given and I also ordered the trout plate which was way over cooked but Hunter didn't hesitate to remove from our bill. The food is good! But if you love a 2 go order you are always forgotten. I waited 30 minutes for my 1 pound of shrimp. The young man said it would 10-15 minutes and 30 minutes later , I had to get up and check on my order. No apologies nothing. They need more staff here or someone who can focus on the 2 go orders. Customer service is important a simple apology would have been great. More staff is needed! read more

So the spices were Spot on. The $1 extra to behead the bag of shrimp was fine. But....to get the shrimp out of the shell...no Bueno, especially if your fingers tire easily. Would've got 4 Stars from me had they at least split the spine of the shrimp for much easier extraction of the meat. Also, it was "farm raised" vs wild. I was already skeptical eating at a new seafood restaurant, especially in Moreno Valley. But I gave it a try. After wanting crab but looking around at the proportions, I settled on shrimp tacos. The tacos were tiny, which was fine, however, they were piled with way too many unnecessary garnishments. Piled high with a coleslaw-like-dripping sweet awkward cabbage concoction that completely took away from the flavor of the shrimp. It made my tortilla soggy enough that it broke. I ended up picking the shrimp out with my fingers. No one came to check on me. The waitress was no where to be found. When I finally saw her behind the back counter talking to another co worker, I kind of signaled her to come over so I could have my check. She literally came to my table and said "what's up". Great quality! They provide great amount of food for the price. Always busy here but wait time is usually within reason. You can tell the crabs that are served are fresh because they still crack. And are not all soft and soggy like other competitors. Would recommend if in the Inland empire. read more

This was my first time ever trying this place we basically helped to see what was near and decided this is what we were feeling. Has the same vibe as crab hut/boiling crab if you've ever experienced one of those places. If not, it's basically a seafood boil in a sauce you can customize yourself. We went with the house sauce (you can never go wrong with that) and it was very tasty. They had some good deals as well, we had a 3lb combo which we chose 2lbs of shrimp & 1lb of mussel house sauce in medium. So very tasty would definitely come back! read more

So, we went to this establishment last night for take out. This was like our 4th visit there however we were the last customers to order and they closed shortly afterwards. Our shrimp were soft and mushy when I served them to my family of 4 couldn't immediately return them because they were closed. It's typical to get a couple of shrimp out of the batch that's soft therefore we went thru a few more and the entire 2lbs were hard to peel and mushy.. call today to speak with the manager, gave him my order number and the description of what happened with our order one we arrived home. He agreed that thats a sign that they were over cooked however all he could do was replace what wasn't eaten... mind you I served my family of 4 and we went they a few just to make sure it wasn't then whole order. He could verify that we were the last customers of the night and he knows they served us overcooked shrimp. His next option was for us to email the cooperate office and make a complaint with them... sad part about this situation is that we're new to Riverside County and my 13 year old daughter was so excited about finding a seafood restaurant. Our previous visits were great and everything beyond the overcook shrimp and the managements failure to be responsible for something that he had knowledge of is very disappointing!
