I came here and ordered the combo #1 and it was 2 of us we ordered 3lbs of shrimp and it comes with 4 sausages supposedly and 2 corn and 2 potatoes ... so we ordered and waiting about 30 mins the food came we literally only had 2 thin slices of sausage each and the shrimps were really dirty since they weren't deveined we had to clean out the shrimp poop before every bite but the staff was very friendly and the sauces tasted very good but I'd pass on the seafood from here if you want shrimp read more

I wanted to like this place but probably won't be back. The flavors were pretty good but the shrimp was way over cooked. We ordered a bowl of clam chowder for $7.25 and it was actually a small cup and was lukewarm at best. However, the flavor was good. We also ordered fish and fries for $11.49 and it was 4 very thin, very over cooked very small pieces of fish and a large amount of Cajun fries. This is my first time here and it was great! I don't normally like going to "seafood in bags" type of places, but this place is amazing. They're friendly, fast, very attentive and the restaurant is clean! The food is delicious, in bag or just the plates. I like the chill atmosphere, the music isn't too loud and they have plenty of screens that you can see from any where you sit. Will for sure be coming back here! read more

First time coming here and ordered take out and got the kicking combo deal #1 with Clams, shrimp and mussels in spicy. First of all, they must've mistaken my order for spicy spicy. This thing was HOT. I enjoy spicy food but this was more like a food challenge spicy. When you order spicy you expect a kick and some flavor. This was more like a dropkick to the face. I still manage to eat it because i can tolerate heat but i also like to enjoy my food. Doesn't end there. Now the shrimp was overcooked and came out rubbery and dry (not enough sauce was in the bag). The clams and mussels were good but my complaint was that half of the mussels still had their barnacles on them. I know it's harmless but if you pay that much you'd expect some presentation. The sausage also rubbery, you literally could bounce it off the ground. The corn was like biting into plastic and the potato's were mushy when you barely squeezed them. First and last time trying. Wow ... where do I start. First we waited for over 1 hour when we see 5 empty tables. Receptionist or greeter, she is just roaming aimlessly and chatting with waiters and waitresses instead of cleaning empty tables up. This place was not that busy on a Sunday afternoon but yet it took us almost half hour to get our order. Don't think I will be back. This is second time here an been disappointed. We ordered the combo 2 king crab an 2 lbs shrimp with garlic an butter. The butter was watered down an we keep looking for the garlic. Needless to say there was none. Honestly i Love this place so much. The customer service is fantastic, the food is great, especially if you like shrimp. They have other things like wings but the shrimp is probably the best part, doesn't take too long to get your food even on a busy day & the wait time can be less than 10 min. The shrimp and mussels we ordered had no flavors. The sauce was too liquidy. Everything is priced like Boiling crab and this place is not anywhere near the quality. I say save your money and go to boiling crab. I didn't get to finish my meal because the meal was too disappointing and did not taste good. The place looked really nice and clean but super hot and there were lots of flies flying around while we eat. I wish they would improve the way they cook the food. Hospitality? AMAZING! We commuted to the chino hills location when we were craving some seafood, now thanks to the seafood gods there is now this location which is literally 10 minutes away instead of 35-40 minutes away! Recognized staff from the chino who also recognized which made was awesome. Hands down best seafood joint in the IE. We were there on opening day, and seemed like they were having issues with their AC, which I hope they fix soon cause this IE heat is intense. read more

This is easily my favorite EVER seafood spot. We tried it once and within two weeks we had already ate here 3 times. We love it, the seafood is nice and tender and the SAUCE! The sauce is like nothing we have ever had before, mild kickin sauce is our go to. We also ordered to go and they provided all the utensils and even table cover! Everyone has always been so nice and friendly, the waiters themselves all rave about the restaurant AS THEY SHOULD. The environment overall is AMAZING, can't wait to eat here again! read more

I know this place is new and they haven't worked the kinks out yet but not to happy. Was told 30 min wait waited over an hour. After seated waited another 15 mins before the host guy came and took our drink and food order. We got the fish and fries. The fish had no seasoning and no flavor. Had to pay extra for garlic butter just to get some flavor. The fries on the other hand were awesome and perfect. Great seasoning great flavor. The seafood in a bag I was told is very good. The staff was very friendly. I'll give it a couple weeks so they can get into the groove and I'll try again. Overall I would recommend trying. Just do the seafood in a bag. read more

This place is pretty good im giving it 3 stars due to personal reasons regarding my order. I wanted to mix 3 flavors minus one and they were unable to which made no sense. So i ordered potatoes (6) corn (1) sausages (6 pieces )and one pound of shrimp and since i wanted lemon pepper , garlic butter and the Cajun seasoning combined instead of like all 4 flavors that they offer everything i ordered had to be in different sauces and i was then able to mix them all together on my own which was a complete mess. The corn was really good and sweet , the shrimp were not deveined which i personally get over and the sausage had a good flavor but they are chewy to eat almost tuff to eat. Terrible. We've eaten here before and decided to try again. Not a good decision. The shrimp was mushy, potatoes too hard, and sauce was extremely lacking. customer service was horrible and was allegedly being waited on by the supervisor "angela" food is usually good. unfortunately it was not hot, no flavor and very little sauce, as if they added water to an old batch of sauce. when asked the server for butter? she stated only one butter for free per group. after the free one we have to pay 85 cents per cup. we had a party of 10 with three separate checks in which we was told after ordering that the bill could only be split 2 ways! all these pathetic rules should be posted or told to the customer ahead of time. when customer service is great, patronizing and paying extra isn't a issue. its when customer service falls short, it takes away from the enthusiasm of eating out. this establishment needs to do better with selecting whom they have representing their business. read more

I really like the idea and concept of this place. The food is somewhat lacking in the flavor department. I've been there about 3 times. Each visit was a couple weeks apart from the last. I was really satisfied the first time, but that was it. My family of six gets together every once in a while and we go out to eat. This is where we kept going because the first time was pleasant. The second time we thought they were having an bad day. Then comes the third time where we made the decision of not returning after that last visit. We will probably return in the future when they get the hang of things. That's just us though so check it out if you don't mind getting a little dirty with a bib on haha! read more

It was really good I got the pound of shrimp; the flavor was really good, I got the medium heat and for me it was okay I will try the more spicy one next time since I do enjoy a good kick to my food but overall it was really good.
