The team here has gone to town because regardless of the low rating, it offers a nice-sounding menu in Irish-heavy Woodlawn. The plank wood exterior design has a chic and down-to-earth feel and so does the sidewalk seating. Interior is clean and clear partition hangs between counter and.....kitchen. There's a simple rectangular-shaped menu listing Burgers- which you can customize from protein to type of bread, Fries, Irish Breakfast items, beverages, etc. My $12 salmon patty burger was a tasty mouthful but would've wished it had a more substantial green like spinach or arugula- instead of shredded iceberg- especially for that price. I don't pussyfoot around a good side of fries or tater tots so when I noticed "Truffle" Tater Tots, I wanted in. Except, $6 "Truffle" Tater Tots were anything but Truffle. They were fresh though. I love the tacos de birria and consome the most but also enjoy the burgers, the dirty clucker, veggie spring rolls and fried Oreos. I've tried the spice bag but I prefer the American and Mexican dishes here the most. I also like the selection of sodas from rockshandy to jarritos. They always remember to include the sauces and I have had good experiences with the delivery but I try to pick up when I can. They're always improving and updating the restaurant space so you can tell they care about the business. The staff is nice and patient. First of all I hate leaving bad reviews but this one really pissed me off. I ordered a chicken sandwich and garlic fries. The sandwich had a tiny piece of chicken in it with the hard part of the lettuce and little chunks of tomatoes and that was the good part. The garlic fries was nothing but French fries with an over abundance of mayonnaise! Yes I said mayonnaise and not anything resembling or tasting like garlic. Was craving Birria tacos so I came across this location on Uber eats. On the app it comes up as "Santas tacos".....Placed my order for pick up one evening . Food was ready on time and the staff and environment were nice . However , these are easily the worst tasting tacos I've ever had in my life . I ordered 3 Birria tacos and a Birria with cheese . I took one bite and threw them both away . There was no flavor what so ever . The soup that came wit the Birria was watery & lacked flavor in its entirety ; brown water basically . This is one of my go-to delivery restaurants. I've ordered from them many times, and my overall experiences have been consistent. (Except one time I received med rare burger instead of well done) Delivery is on time and smooth, plus they usually follow your special instruction for the order! (You know so many restaurants just ignore your special instruction notes...) I love the fact that they use fresh ingredients, not greasy or overly salty, and if you order their french fries, it's big enough portion that you can share for 2 :) They also have a coupon on seamless now which gives you free fries for an order over $30! We waited for our delivery for almost 2 hours. When she showed up, she claimed she was the owner and was giving some excuses about the driver having car trouble. Had I not complained, she would not have given it a second thought. She called back to let us know the order was refunded, which is the least she could do, but she kept the $3 tip! As expected, the food was semi warm and soggy. She claimed it was made upon order and kept In a warmer oven!!! We ordered over easy eggs... why would you keep the in a warmer for 45 minutes and think that's ok?! Edit after response: The tip was in fact refunded, it was the tax that was not refunded. When the owner brought me the food she said she thought it was only a couple minutes late. Also, I specifically asked when the food was prepared because the girl on the phone said it was prepared when ordered and I was appalled that you would deliver old food. The fact remains that if you knew you were having problems with your driver, you should have called to let us know if we wanted to wait and to and prepare the food fresh. read more

I have ordered from here 3 times now and the food is always VERY good, however each of these 3 times something from my order was missing, once I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and it came without the chicken salad, only lettuce on the bread. The most recent time I ordered the burrito bowl and it came without cheese (which was indicated). Ordered for delivery from these guys. First off- the burger was SO good. Seasoned to perfection and made exactly to my liking. Wasn't dry at all. Fried Oreos were also good! We didn't really like the wings...they were soggy and not much taste to the sweet chili sauce. They also gave me tartar sauce instead of blue cheese, which was a big mistake. The Kitchen charges FAR too much of typical options on burgers. $6 is a fair price for a good cheeseburger... but they ask me "Lettuce tomato onion?" Well, sure! However, one caveat was that the my sandwich showed up as chicken salad, not grilled / fried fillet. Typically, you expect a PIECE of chicken on a chicken sandwich. In this way, the menu was misleading. I ate it, and it was good. However, I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd known it would be chicken salad. The Mrs. ordered the grilled chicken & mozz on toasted brown bread (an Irish staple), and she was very pleased w/ the taste and freshness. I placed an order through seamless last night, the 20-30 min delivery was a major reason why we decided to go with this place...order was placed literally at 7:59pm and I received notification my order was received and IT WAS GOING TO BE DELIVERED AT 9:05-9:15, ummmm what happened to the 20-30 min delivery time that the app said? Fine, we waited ONE HOUR...then another ten min and still nothing (mind you it's not like this place is 20 miles away, it's less than a mile away) so we called them...they said the food was out for delivery and when my husband complained about us receiving cold food whoever he was talking to said not to worry, they put it in a food warmer. Literally got the food and the driver was trying to blame grub hub saying they had only received the order 20 minutes ago....really? so why was our food like lukewarm? And I clearly stated no onions on my food and it still had onions. I would've given you guys the one star but then I received a phone call at 10:30pm back to back to back and when I finally answered all I heard was something about the kitchen and our food. I was half asleep and just hung up.
