You order at the counter and they'll take your phone number so that they can text you when your order is ready. The food was ready in less than 10 min. Credit cards are accepted. There's a small dining area (currently closed due to covid) or you can eat outdoors. We got two orders of poutine - one classic, the other braised beef. Each serving is good for 1-2 people. The classic is $8 and comes with gravy, cheese curds, and a Louisiana hot sauce on the side (I'd recommend dipping your fries for a little acidity). Parsley is included. The braised beef has the same gravy and cheese curds, along with beef, mushrooms, and pickled red onions. There was a more generous amount of gravy and cheese curds in the latter. My girlfriend and I came here last Friday night so I could try it for the first time! I've waited to long to try this spot and boy I wish I tried it sooner! All of the food was on point & delicious! We absolutely loved it all. We split everything and ate it ALL! The restaurant was pretty small. 2 large tables for parties of 6, and 2 tables for 2-4 people each. The service here was pretty good! The fries were huge; they honestly could've been our whole meal. The sandwich was really good! It was full of tender, marinated beef, crunchy onions, and was dripping with sauce. The curry fries were also delicious! I wish there had been a bit more curry though, because by the time we got to the bottom, the fries were dry. I was super impressed with the chicken katsu though. It was cooked so well--perfect crispiness on the outside and tender white meat inside. You know how katsu can sometimes have those terribly unchewable spots of fat? These pieces had none of that. To be fair- we didn't order any of their main dishes here because we planned to have our main dinner at a different vendor. We only got an order of garlic fries, a side of the cheeseburger eggrolls and a cucumber mint lemonade. The cashier and cooks were very nice. My favorite was the cucumber mint lemonade! I saw a lot of people ordering this and one lady ordered a whole tray of them! Try this! The Garlic Fries were just ok- the fries were too soggy and very very oily. The garlic was not very fresh and everything paired together was just not that great. They charge extra for dipping sauces- I ordered the pineapple habanero ketchup which just tasted like a very mild spicy ketchup. I didn't taste any pineapple. I would not order these fries or the sauce again. The Cheeseburger egg rolls were good but not anything special. The filling was ground beef, cheddar cheese, jalepeno. It was flavored well. I would probably get this again. I ordered a side of the 2 piece but they gave me 3 because one of them was broken- which was nice. Coming to the Anaheim Packing District is always fun but can be overwhelming to decide a place to eat. This last visit, I decided to go with The Kroft as I've heard it is pretty good. It's nice they have their own little seating area as finding a place to sit can be challenging during busy hours. We decided to go with the spicy double wagyu smash burger and Philly cheese steak fries. The burger came with a side so we got the spicy fries which are basically fries with Cajun seasoning. The burger was pretty good, it wasn't really spicy at all but it was flavorful. The quality of the fries are great though, and the Cajun seasoning was a nice touch! The Philly cheese steak fries had A TON of meat which was a plus, and overall was pretty good. This place is definitely worth checking out at least once when going to the packing district! read more

However, we came for lunch today and there's this girl with fake eyelashes working the register with some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. There are no hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some seating available with limited capacity. They are also sanitizing in between customers. They also do not allow pets in their establishment (Anaheim Packing District). Parking: Parking is a bit tough. Don't come during peak hours. Come right when they open or an hour before they close to find a parking spot easily. The Anaheim Packing District is super popular, so if you come during peak hours, you have been warned. My friends and I weren't lucky enough to find a parking spot in the lot, so we had to park about 10 to 15 minutes away. Food: Omg. I love poutine. Canadian style fries are so bomb! Love it! In fact, they offer a fine, exotic Canadian delicacy also known as poutine as well as sandwiches and other items. I've been to Canada once like almost 13 years ago and while I've never had poutine straight from the source, The Kroft makes some pretty damn good poutine in my book. I sent a pic of my poutine to a Canadian friend and she said it looked good, so I guess it's Canadian approved? Anyway, my fiancee and I have tried a few different ones like the Chicken Katsu Curry, Braised Beef, and the Classic. The braised beef is excellent. It's essentially a beefed up take on their Classic. The pickled red onions really adds a nice tangy contrast to the rich, savory flavors from the beef and gravy. You know the saying less is more? I feel like that describes the Curry perfectly. I **LOVE** Japanese curry, but I just wasn't really feeling it. It was decent, but not something I'd order again. We ordered their cheeseburger egg roll once that I don't see on their menu on the website, but while it was good, it wasn't something I could justify spending money on.
