Talking with the old timers the prices have doubled since then. 3 of us are fussy eaters. 2 of us ordered the beef dip with potato wedges. Mine was great but the other ones meat had a lot of grizzle in it and it looked like half if it was left on the plate. The person ordered a chicken burger and she said it came cold so she sent it back. Came back and was luke warm at best. She only ate half of it. The other person ordered a Caesar salad with prawns which were about the size of shrimp. The salad was drenched in dressing. There were 6 prawns in the salad. The person who ordered that salad always asks for the dressing on the side but for some reason didn't this time. Because it is so new as it's completely remodelled the place was brite and cheery as everything was new. The pub had been open for only 2 days. The waitress was new to the pub so she did her best which was more than acceptable.
