I love coming here. I'm not an eyelash extension person usually and never understood the hype. Until I met Alyssa.C. I told her I wanted them short, natural, and not very curly. I have been going to the Lash Lounge since their flagship store opened in Laguna Hills. While the drive was longer than my previous lash salon, I would make the drive because I've never had more natural looking lashes. I started going to the Orange location because it was more conveniently located from work. I am blown away by my lash lady Denise! I used to go to a place where the lashes looked a lot like the strip lashes. They looked ok, but not at all realistic. I have also not been blessed with long, curly lashes. Mine are straight and short and I have always been self conscious about them. I am OBSESSED with my lashes now. I even bought the Lash Lounge mascara to add even more drama to my lashes when I want to step it up. The salon is super cute and girly too. Overall, I would never go anywhere else, and I have tried A LOT of other places. Get the membership. You WILL NOT be disappointed! read more

I was given the opportunity to come back into the Lash Lounge and have my lashes redone. This time my lashes were done by Danielle. She was really nice and discussed and assessed the current lashes I had remaining from the previous experience there. The look Danielle came up with was much better and was totally what I was hoping for. I left there feeling pleased. I didn't write a review right away because I wanted to see how long the lashes would last. The first time the lashes fell off right away. This time I would say I got a good 10 days out of them before I noticed any gaps. My friends also pointed out the fact that these lashes were way more noticeable than the first set. read more

Don't waste your money at this place. I did for over a year. Stylists come and go. Upgrade to a senior stylist is additional money. I had a membership and was charged half the fee on 3/14, CoViD pandemic occurred 3/17. I cancelled my membership and was told I would not be charged final payment HOWEVER they will not credit fee collected on 3/14. Many of us are going through financial hardships and yet establishments like this disregard the customer needs. I get it... running a business has its ups and downs but business owners that have poor customer service will fail. read more
