Don't waste your money at this place. I did for over a year. Stylists come and go. Upgrade to a senior stylist is additional money. I had a membership and was charged half the fee on 3/14, CoViD pandemic occurred 3/17. I cancelled my membership and was told I would not be charged final payment HOWEVER they will not credit fee collected on 3/14. Many of us are going through financial hardships and yet establishments like this disregard the customer needs. I get it... running a business has its ups and downs but business owners that have poor customer service will fail. read more

This atmosphere here is so welcoming. the manager is very kind and informative. I did a test patch with Erika due to sensitivity and Alyssa did the actual install 2 days later. Got my first ever lash lift and absolutely hated it. the experience was okay but it literally lasted 2 weeks and my lashes went straight back to their original way after JUST 2 WEEKS. when they are supposed to lash up to 6. Hated it and I paid $80+ save your money and your time. read more

I was not able to make my appointment due to an emergency, Alex (the girl who answered the phone) and Nicole (the manager) were so understanding. Normally they charge a fee for last minute cancellations but they were so kind to waive it. The staff is very nice but the work is SO inconsistent. I got the membership and a couple times they have looked amazing. However other times (one in particular) the lashes were literally gone the next day. The last time they came off in about 4 days. Based on this, when I asked to cancel my membership they said they had to charge one additional full month. They have admittedly been using poor glue in that they are now changing the glue that they use. Kudos for being on top of the problem but it is unacceptable that they will continue charging for substandard results. I have been to several other lash places. Mostly independent and not chains and they have all been far better in terms of quality. read more

Never have I walked out of a laeh salon looking worse than when i walked in. First off they were late. The tech talked me into taking my lashes off and getting a new set which I agreed to. Then after they were off, she asked if I could cone back the next morning to finish. I told her before hand that I was going out of town early in the morning so I couldn't come back. When she was finished I was totally unhappy. She again asked if I could come back in the morning, to which I replied no again. The solution she gave me was to wear mascara. I thought that was frowned on with lashes. She told me my lashes were too short to support more lashes. This is something that should have been discussed. The tech obviously did not have the time to complete my appt, and that should have been discussed also. When I went to reception to pay I voiced my displeasure and was met with a blank stare. When I arrived, first let me say the space is beautiful. The colors of purple and gray everywhere are the perfect choices for the space. I was greeted by the receptionists who were welcoming and offered me a beverage while I waited for my stylist. The girls there are super sweet. My stylist Liza who was super helpful and knowledgeable about the product, so I could make the best decision on what lash style suited me best.
