I had already gone in a couple times but recently I decided I needed an appointment because one eye literally had about 5 lashes left (the side I sleep on) and they were able to get me an appointment at the time and date that I had requested. Love the lash lounge!! I started coming here 6 months ago and have loved every visit. Their membership prices are better than anyone else in the business. Service and quality of lashes is amazing. So relaxing. All the stylists who work there are so sweet and welcoming. Front desk staff is excellent as well. I often have called same day and been able to get an appointment. The ambiance was nice but I will not be returning. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years now elsewhere- my regular girl couldnt get me in so i decided to try the lash lounge. Ive already had 6 lashes fall out since i got them done 12 hours ago WAY OVERPRICED and i was told that they charge extra if i want more than 25 lashes per fill-like what??? The staff was great and friendly, and the facility is gorgeous, i just will not be going back. read more

I went here in December of 2018 after going to Lucy's lashes for about 6 months. My eyes started getting irritated after going to Lucys Lashes so I thought I would try another location. I explained this to my lash artist, who assured me that I was not allergic and that they do not use irritating products. I proceeded to get my lashes done. They were not as full as the lashes I received at Luces, and the process took longer. By the end of the day my eyes were itchy, swollen and red. Not just a little swollen, very swollen. When I woke up the next morning I could barely open my eyes. Over the next day they got even worse and I ended up in the urgent care. The doctor prescribed me a steroid eyedrop. I called the studio and tried to make an appointment to have them removed, but they informed me that they did not have any availability for me. I would assume that they would make time, considering the situation. I ended up having to remove them myself with coconut oil and tiny pliers to break the glue bond. It was horrible. If I was the owner I would have done everything I could to make this situation better for my customer. I sent photos to the salon, and they informed me that their manager would call me back. She answered my million questions with no problem. Diana was my lash stylist she did such an amazing job and just made me feel really comfortable. (The amazing beds helped me comfortable too). I definitely recommend this lounge. I already have my next appt booked. Don't miss out on the packages. I love my membership. Do you not go to this location or this company they don't know what they're doing I made an appointment for a consultation for a whole new set I have been going to one location for quite a while which I will return to. Lucys Lashes in Yorba Linda. Over the phone I was very clear that I had a full set of classic with a fill to make them look a little fuller. I said I would even be willing to pay the money to get a whole new set. I thought I was getting a really good deal and I made the mistake of trying this place. Once I got there not only is the deal not what they stated because once you add on all their little nickels and dimes it's way more expensive.Then states they can't to make it look as nice as the place I had it before. So after being taped up for 40 minutes she tells me the other place does them differently and she can't make them look as nice. So after an hour I left with no lashes. Not one person could articulate the problem. Just added more cost and more cost. Total scam DON'T GO THERE. read more

I do not like my lashes at all! I spent $185 to look exactly the same without mascara only to find out I can not put mascara on eyelash extensions. Also there might be a possibility that they'll fall out within a few days. I can come in within those few days to have them replaced complementary however I'll be gone for a week. read more

I am never one to post a review of any kind, but I feel like this needs to be addressed. I started going here a couple months ago and loved it. I had Amara and she did exactly what I wanted. My lashes looked amazing. If this review was based on her and my experiences I would give 5 stars. I've giving 2 stars based on a couple things that have happened recently. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday July 7th. I noticed that I worked all day and could no longer go to my appointment so I had to reschedule. Not a problem. I asked for Amara but they said she didn't work the day I was available. It was Fourth of July week so I understood I went with another lash stylist. Her name was Karen. Karen was super sweet. Appointment went great. My lashes were okay... I wasn't impressed with them but I'm not super picky. At the end of my appointment I go to reschedule with Amara and the receptionist told me "she's no longer with us". I'm like okay thanks for letting me know when I was rescheduling in the first place. But anyway this is why I mostly gave the two star review..... after I got my lashes done with Karen I noticed my eyelids became kinda itchy but I didn't think anything of it it is dry out. 3 days after my appointment I noticed basically all my lashes on my left eye came off when I brushed them that morning. I called and they said that they can do a consultation/ correction. Okay perfect. She told me my lashes came off because of the "humidity". Im sorry I don't remember there being humidity. Anyway. Once again nothing special with my lashes after they did the "correction". Today(Thursday 7/11) ... 3 days after I got my "correction" ( Tuesday 7/9) I woke up with my lashes gone again and now my eyelids swollen. I guess I had an allergic reaction or something. I have a membership there and I pay a lot of money to these people. I want to remove them but idk how that works with my membership. If I'll have to pay for a whole other full set of these come off. I am not paying for another set. I'll keep going to my fills and try another stylist ( so watch for an update). I can't say I had an allergic reaction to the glue for 2 reasons....1. It would not have taken 3 days for my skin to react and 2. I've been going to Amara for about 2 months with absolutely no issues. read more

I was excited when I made a first appt cuz I never done this before. All the staffs were very friendly and easy to make an appointment. Very comfortable and clean bed. I fell asleep while getting my lashes done. My stylist (think her name was Liza) did very good job on my lashes and my eyes didn't feel burning at all after. I was willing to drive to find a great lash service but, in a pinch, made a last minute decision to make a same-day appointment here. This place has a great vibe. Clean and inviting. The receptionist Malik really made a positive first impression with his engaging personality as he offered me champagne or water and made me feel totally welcomed. He chatted with me in a way that made me feel instantly connected to this place. Denise explained all of my options with a lot of patience and then applied my lashes expertly. Katerina (spelling?) checked me out and explained the membership benefit. I absolutely fell in love with this place and will return regularly. My lashes look amazing. I'm an older woman and the lashes look natural while enhancing eyes without the need for heavy make-up! Thank you all so much! Marta is the best!!! I've been getting my lashes done regularly for over 3 years now with many stylists and various salons and Marta is by far one of my favorite stylists I've come across. I came to The Lash Lounge after cancelling my membership with Amazing Lash Studio. I was hesitant with signing up for another membership - I always left unhappy with my lashes at Amazing Lash Studio - but I am so glad I did. The Lash Lounge membership is about $10-$20 more than Amazing Lash Studio's membership but it's worth it. I've never received so many compliments on my lashes before coming here. Even when I'm in need of a fill, I still receive compliments ! Marta genuinely loves her job and her customers and it shows. During my first visit with Marta, I mentioned my nieces and nephew. 2 weeks later when I came back for a fill, she remembered them & their names!!! She really takes the time/effort to get to know her customers and makes them feel special. I really enjoy having Marta as my stylist: 1.) she does a beyond amazing job at lashing - 0 complaints! Always full, even, doesn't fall out quickly, doesn't pull on my lashes when growing out AND 2.) her customer service. I don't feel like any other customer with her. I feel like normally it is hard to make a great connection with the stylist (I spend about 90% of my session sleeping) but Marta finds a way to do it effortlessly. I was referred by a friend for the model call and had high hopes coming in this morning. The Lash Lounge is a very cute, clean place with very friendly staff. I said I wanted a natural, volume lash and had blocked out about 2 hours of my morning for it. My appt was at 9am, and I walked out at 1:20pm. WHAT?????! I have had lash extensions done before and it has never gone longer than 2 hours. Missed all my afternoon plans. I understand they're still learning and needed to be checked out at the end, but the girl was in a meeting so I had to wait even longer. When I finally left and looked at my lashes, I could barely seen them. I was assuming after laying there for 4 hours I would have tons of volume, but no. I have blonde lashes so I guess I should've said I wanted the dramatic lash so you could actually tell. Overall a little disappointed, not sure if I'll return. read more
