So I've been coming to this location for over a year now, and I've always had great service - the staff is friendly, they're open to feedback from the customer, and I'm usually someone who gets very nervous to say when I don't like the way something looks. I have gone since May of 2021 to get my lashes and brows tinted. I had been wanting lash extensions for a long time (the last time I had them done was in 2019 pre-pandemic). The last few years I've been in grad school and working as a front line healthcare worker, and I figured I'll finally treat myself to some lash extensions now that life has somewhat gone back to normal. I really, genuinely thought that my first full set was going to be the $119 like it lists on the website. I understand I have been a costumer since 2021, so it wasn't my first service ever, but it's the first time I got lashes done... so I was really shocked and disappointed when I was charged $275. I had some promotional code on my receipt that brought the lash price down to $204, but still, that's $85 more dollars than I anticipated. I of course left a tip because the tech was nice and gentle, and I also got my brows tinted ($30). I didn't ask about the price discrepancy while I was there because I was in a hurry to be somewhere and I didn't have time to have a conversation about it. The lashes looked gorgeous, so I figured whatev, I'll take care of them and enjoy them for a few weeks, and maybe I'll get them done again in another 3 years. But it's been less than a week (5-6 days since they finished curing) since I got them done, and on one eye I've lost almost a third of the lashes already - that seems like a lot for only one week, I know fills need to be done every two weeks... but my other eye looks great still because I've been taking care of them and doing everything right. Honestly I'm not mad or upset, I'm just sad. I love the staff, I want to keep coming here, BUT I'm embarrassed about the way my one eye looks at the moment, shocked about the price for this quality, and there's nothing stated on the website about customer service or protecting the customer when something isn't done properly. read more

I toyed with getting my eyebrows done for ages because I have very thin, and just odd brows, and i did not want to end up with ridiculous black brows. I received a birthday voucher and decided to take the plunge. Katya was amazing. She did an initial consult and drew my brows on and described exactly what she would do. She recommended ombre brows, or powder brows rather than microblading, as she felt that would be a better option. No difference in price, as i was concerned that this may be an upsell. I got a full volume set with mink and I couldn't be happier. Light and fluffy, so natural looking - if I had black full and long lashes. These ladies really give you the time to ensure they look amazing - double checking the completed product with each other. Super happy! Appointment starts with a questionnaire - really avoiding any concerns and addressing your desired result. They place aloe and collagen eye pads on your lower lashes and under eye to get the process started and from there it's lay back and relax. I started coming here a few months ago & honestly, I should've done better research. It's a comfortable process. It's quiet & tranquil & your eyes are closed& it doesn't hurt. I could easily fall asleep on the table lol. It was very relaxing. But it just wasn't worth it for me. Please read on to discover my awful experience with the lash lounge dr. phillips. So, I was looking for a place that does good lashes at an affordable price. Lashes are very expensive as it is and more expensive to keep up with. I paid $75 as a new customer for a full set but the normal price is $120. When I first got them done I thought they looked nice but they're very dainty and went unnoticed. $75 is a lot of money to go unnoticed so $120 is wild lol. They're natural looking but they're so natural that it's not worth it. They fall out so easily they last about a week and they tell you 2 weeks "with proper care". Well, I babied the heck out of these lashes & took extremely good care of them. Did not get them wet within the first 24 hours, did not get oil on them & I cleaned with an oil free cleanser and brushed gently. Save your money. Go to ulta & get some wispies from ardell. So every 2 weeks you're supposed to get a fill which is $75. So you pay $120 for the full set then every 2 weeks pay $75 for a fill. that's $195 a month & these are not for volume lashes. That's a whole phone bill or car insurance payment. For lashes that fall out even when you sleep. They end up looking piecey. So after a month they got me sucked in on a plan where you pay $120 a month and it covers your 2 fills which sounds pretty good in comparison but it's a reoccurring payment that's automatic. They didn't tell me that at first. They just brought that up for that month. This also does not include a tip & again not for volume. About a little after a month of being on the plan, I decided that they were not worth the money & that week it was taken from my bank account. So I called & explained kindly that I was no longer interested & we just couldn't afford it & the lady told me that she could NOT give me a refund. So my family was very upset & I took the L & asked if I can just make an appointment for lashes that week. She told me that I would have to pay EXTRA to get them done & I didn't understand why. Then she said she would "do me a favor" & she split up my $120 as 2 fill credits. Which I fine with. I didn't really want to spend $120 that month on lashes that I didn't feel were worth it but apparently I could not be refunded. So I went to my first fill & they were so small that it didn't even look like I got anything done. It's so quiet in there since your eyes have to be closed, I didn't want to say anything to the girl who did them and make a scene. Again, I just took my losses. Paid a tip out of pocket when I didn't even want them done in the first place. That same day, I was charged ANOTHER $120. I was about to cry as now that was going into my bill money. I called & the lady told me that she would IMMEDIATELY refund me & she didn't know why it charged me again. i got it back within 10 minutes. Now, if that's so easy for you to refund the second one... don't you think i could've gotten refunded in the first place? lol so mind you I still have 1 fill credit that I have not used and I did pay for. That day comes up & I have so many conflicts & I had just got off a long shift. I called & I asked if I could reschedule to the next day or at any stylist's soonest convenience. "oh it's going to be a $50 cancellation/rescheduling fee" UMM EXCUSE ME?? Dude i didn't even want to do this in the first place $ now you're going to charge me $50?? at this point I felt so beyond being taken advantage of. So I complained & I asked to speak to a manager & the lady said a manager would call me back. As soon as I got off the phone, I was immediately charged $50. Yet, I was waiting for a manager to call me to discuss this. I turned off my card since i have a great bank & would not allow them to take advantage of me this way. A manager called me 2 times on an unknown number & then texted me saying that they tried to bill me and since it didn't go through that they would take my fill credit away from me. So I paid $120 & got the single crappiest little fill that looks like they didn't do anything & then they tried to charge me $50 & I only got 1 fill. So I totally got ripped off. What if I was sick with corona symptoms? Do I then have to pay $50 for being sick? I felt preyed on & taken advantage of & plain out tricked. I did more researched & told so many of my friends about my negative experience with the lash lounge & they did research & they've been sending me references. BUT you can't beat the tried and true strip lashes $16 for a 3 pack? yes pls, we can go to dinner & movie with that extra money & my lashes wouldn't fall out lol. I didn't pay $120 for my eyes to be ignored, You shouldn't either. Go take your money to a business with a heart! read more

Ive had lash extensions for years but decided to try out here. I came in once, they looked great so i paid $149 for a month subscription where i could come every two weeks. Little pricy but i loved them. Didnt get them wet or anything, the next morning they had almost all fallen out. I called them and came in a week later ti get them redone for free. Next day, all fallen out again... i came today to get them removed (this is my third time) to get the few lashes i have left removed and cancel my membership. Im still going to get charged for next month even tho im not using them. Same your money read more

I've been here twice, first time I did the cat eye style and second time I did the doll eye style. Victoria is the best, she's so sweet and delicate with your eyelashes. Worst experience ever drove 30 minutes explain to them how I wanted my eyebrows when I made my appointment and I just had a brow transplant... and how I just want to I light clean up and mainly focus on trimming the hairs... I asked them will they be able to do this over the phone? They told me guess I went to my appointment 30 minutes away from my house. explain to the technician what I want it done she told me yes and then proceeded to remove my transplanted hairs that I spent $5000 on I got a survey and in the survey I said my complaint I had a follow up call that things were going to be made better and then there was no follow up after that would definitely not recommend this place even the person I spoke to said they had issues with the technician that she wasn't doing a good job and that she was taking more hair than what people wanted removed..that she would do her own thing, even though clients would have to request I don't understand why you would knowingly have someone that's not making their clients satisfied, but still keep them there. read more

Great place for eyebrow threading! I was able to make the appointment right away and though it cost $15 which is a bit higher than most places, it's well worth it! They're very clean insides and clean around your eyebrows before threading. It took 15-20 minutes which I was happy about since she took her time and made sure to make my eyebrows as I requested. Usually eyebrow places are quick to help the next person and it was the exact opposite here and she even used tweezers to get our hairs that the thread did not pick up. Afterwards she cleaned my eyebrows again so I wasn't left with hair all over my face. Definitely recommend! read more

The ladies who did my lashes were great, but very sour over their charges. numerous times but finally today was it. I will not return . They tell you a price then charge extra at check out . I even snapped a picture of their sign that clearly doesn't explain the charges . When I bought it up to the girl behind the counter she apologized when I asked for a manager she said she had left but I've actually had a problem in the past with them and they always come up with a story. My advice to you if you go make sure before you sit down and get your lashes done that you know exactly what you're paying. I went in looking for full natural looking lashes and came out -$140 for unnoticeable lashes I've ever gotten. They count the lashes classic is 65 lashes and that's it. This place focus too much on the aesthetic of the place that they try to make up with over charging their customer. I'm totally dissatisfied!! will not recommend to anybody.
