The place is very nice however...First time I went lashes lasted. 2 weeks later I get a fill (for $97) Using the same tech, and I lost at least 10 lashes the first night. Second day and I'm still shedding lashes. I have empty spaces the day after spending a hundred dollars. They offered to give me a $10 credit to use another stylist. So I would still pay to fix? If I'm going to spend that kind of money every 2 weeks - it's needs to be done well every time. read more

I went to get my eyebrows here since October 2020. They had a lady name beginning with a K thread and she was amazing. She later left to do other endeavors and they lady who they replaced her with filled in the eyebrows with makeup when no one asked her to and continuously never remembered me even though I've been to her at least 4 times. My first few times with lash lounge were great. Even talked me into the membership deal. But they definitely don't tel you about the cancellation process. I canceled my membership and the lady on the phone informed me after my cycle ends they charge me ANOTHER cycle payment of like 169 dollars. I asked why and the answer was " bc that's just our policy." Kinda bs answer if you ask me. Also I was quite uncomfortable that the owner of the salon requires face masks but she's walking around with no face mask at all. What just bc you own the place? Lol. UPDATE! Just got off the phone with Olivia from the mount Dora location. Explaining the covid 19 policy as to when they were closed. So why would your manager you had in the Orlando store the day I signed up AFTER the shut down when you opened back up explain to me with covid 19 if I had to cancel my membership it would be no problem since " she knows how it may be hard to pay for things right now" ALSO Olivia basically wants to call me a liar about one of her workers (the owner) not wearing a mask. And how everyone is required to wear a mask and temperature checks. Hey Olivia why don't you go pull up your cameras you talk so highly about and check it out yourself! Shoutout to your OWNER of the Orlando location for spreading her bacteria all over the lash floor and the poor receptionist that she sat right next too. Just because you own the salon doesn't make you entitled to go against the cdc guidelines. I went in to get a classic look with Tony, she was excellent but then I decided to make a last minute apt to add more to make it hybrid. The salon was super accommodating. I had an unforeseen inconvenience that made me run 15 min behind but Jessier was able to fit me in and did a beautiful job! I am overall very pleased with my results. Will def keep coming. read more

This was my first time going to this location, I went to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted, I loved the lady who threaded my eyebrows but the tinting was horrible, they told me it would last between 4-6 weeks, when I was done and got to my car I saw a lot of spots she missed I had to go back in and get it fixed, once I got home I noticed how light they were (I got them a dark brown) by the end of the night it wore of completely, I didn't even wet my eyebrows. I'm so disappointed, my nyx eyebrow make up pencil last longer than this did. Never going back. read more

I have gotten lash lifts before and I decided to schedule one here. Lash lifts with no tint are $75. Lash Lounge requires a $50 deposit to be made which you will lose if you do not show up or cancel 24 hours before your appointment which I think is unreasonable you're paying for almost 70% of a service upfront. Next my lash lift was VERY subpar. Like I said, I have gotten lash lifts before and I have had really good experiences with them. The times prior they usually take about an hour, this one here at lash lounge did not even take 20 minutes. When it was done I commented on how quick it was and when they showed me my lashes they were barley curled. I said my lashes don't look curled and I was informed they "used the smallest barrel" so it is not their fault they were not curled. I also did not like that the front desk worker did not wear a mask and walked around and talked over me while my lashes were being done to the aesthetician that was doing them. Overall I am disappointed with my experience and will not be coming back for any lash lifts. If you want a quality lash lift I suggest looking somewhere else! read more
