Had a wonderful experience at Lash Lounge in Walnut Creek. I received an email asking for volunteers to receive lash extensions. I was able to get an appointment that same week with Candy. The lash lounge has a very cute Abbas bright check in area with a few seats. I was then escorted to the next room which is an open floor plan, where they have about 8-10 laying tables where the technicians work. Candy asked me a little bit of my medical history (allergic to any adhesives, reactions to things, etc) abs then asked what type of lash extension I was looking for. I brought a few pictures of what I wanted which helped. I would suggest doing that for your appointment so you get exactly what you want. Though, Candy was very clear about the styles and what she was going to do She walked me through each process as I lay on the table. From cleaning my eyelashes, prep, all while checking in on me during my lash extension. The initial appointment took about 2 hours. The eyelashes were perfect and exactly what I had asked for. She explained the after care process and walked me to the front. I went in the following week for an infill with Candy abs the appointment took about 2 hours. I told her I wanted them a little more full since I am going to a wedding. The end result is fabulous and I love them so much. 10/10 would recommend this place. Parking is fairly easy in the Orchards parking lot. It does get busy since there are so many shops in there so give yourself a little extra time to find a spot just in case you going during a busy hour. read more

This place is such a disservice to staff and clients. I started going to lash lounge in Oct 2021. Everything was going great and I had an amazing lash tech! I signed up for the hybrid package in January and things went downhill from there. To preface, I have had nothing but positive experience with the lash techs that did my lashes. The issues lay with management and general operations. It took a total of 3 times to get my lash subscription set up. The first two times the individual taking my info didn't save it properly 3rd time was a charm and all was set..or so I thought. A month later I started to get billed 2x (and not the broken up billing they talk about) I was charged the natural lash subscription AND hybrid. Unfortunately it took me a couple months to realize what was going on...and then I was told I couldn't get a refund! I had to just use up my credits remaining. In addition to this billing issue I encountered SEVERAL last min rescheduled appointments (and nothing related to Covid). Fast forward to today. I finally left lash lounge in May. Low and behold I was randomly charged in November and December for a lash subscription!! Extremely concerning that my card was used having not been there in 6 months. I called and requested a refund...which they were able to do (note they told me they couldn't earlier this year when they double charged me). Be careful putting your card on file here! read more

Claudia is amazing! She gave me exactly the look I wanted with my lashes. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because I had to pay a $50 "Foreign Fill Fee". This was because I had lashes done at another salon and needed a fill. So, I was charged the $50 dollars, plus the regular fill fee, plus the master stylist fee. Although my lashes look great, I left with a bad taste in my mouth over that fee. read more

made several complaints after they continually messed up my billing. they then offered a free service in exchange for me coming back to their business, only to charge me for it on accident. when I tried to book the service they refused to book it unless I took my review down. they still haven't refunded the charge and I had to dispute it with my bank. it had been a full year of them mis-billing me every month and sometimes twice a month before I finally stepped away for good and submitted a review. their business operations are fundamentally bad and they've had at least a full year to fix it and they haven't. go at your own risk. read more

Initially, I signed up for their promotion online for a classic natural set for $99. At this time, the establishment wasn't open yet due to shelter in place. Kirby, the owner emailed me to let me know. Since I had already signed up for their communications, I received a text saying they were offering $50 training service model appointments. I booked for a hybrid full set. I was so excited! I drove from Fairfield. My lash stylist didn't show up for my 9AM appointment. I was sitting outside the store (due to covid safety protocols) with no update until I decided to email the owner Kirby. I simply let him know the situation and he IMMEDIATELY called me to apologize, which was nice. However, he made certain comments to me about "She didn't call out until 45 mins into her scheduled appointments. She's usually off on Saturdays, so that's probably why she called out today." I didn't need to know that and the fact that it was communicated to me as a client, speaks volume about this establishment. Kirby did offer to honor my original rate, which was $50 to be a model for hybrid lashes. However, could only reschedule me with a different lash stylist, different set (classic) and different date. Mind you, I drove from Fairfield. TWICE. The only positive thing about my visit was CANDACE! She is an amazing stylist, made me feel comfortable and fully explained the process. I asked a lot of questions and she provided me with a lot of good information. Plus, she is a joy to talk to! I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Candace and the way my lashes came out. She scheduled my fill appointment to do a hybrid fill and I look forward to seeing her in two weeks. read more
