I've been to many Lash Lounges all over the west coast and this is by far the worst. I travel around a lot so I choose The Lash Lounge because they're consistent, flexible schedules, and have the same products. It was my first time coming to this store and I made an appointment online. I was overwhelmed by their initial texts confirming my appointment as they seemed intense. I disregarded that because I wasn't in a position to find another lash lounge and I was heading out of town in the next couple days. When I walked in the receptionist was on the phone. I smiled as she quietly asked me to check in on the iPad. The vibe kinda went down hill from there. I wait for a few minutes. A tech came out and asked if "Diana" was there in a confused manner. I said that's me! The tech is very quite and timid.... I ask if I can take my contacts out and she saids "no It's fine you're just here for a classic fill" She lays me down and states I must be new because there's no notes (different lash lounge locations don't always share notes) I said oh I got these done in Portland. I should have insisted on calling that location to get my lash notes. She said "okay" She was a senior stylist so I was confident she could see what I had on and mimic my fill. A quick 30 minutes go by and she's all done... She shows me and I am so disappointed. I looked better when I walked in... I express my disappointment and ask what she did she states sh didn't know what shape I had so she just did what she could... and how she only applied 25 lashes to my fill. She lays me back to to try to save her work by adding more lashes and a thicker lash. I get back up and at this point it's whatever I'm ready to leave. When I ask a few questions about the shape she couldn't even name the three shapes and had to ask her coworker for help. A senior stylist everyone.... We proceed to check out and as I'm talking to the front desk gal she answers the phone. That's totally fine but instead of asking them to hold and finish our convo she books an appointment, she's on the phone for a few minutes. I even express to her I wasn't happy about the work and ask if we can call the Portland location to get their notes and have them be added to my account there in case I ever need to return to this location. She saids I can call and asked for my payment method... Then she said we actually do have your notes here and I said the SENIOR TECH said she didn't see any... and the receptionist said maybe she couldn't on her tablet. Anyways I check out completely disappointed in the lack of communication in the tech and the customer service of the receptionist. Truly not up to Lash Lounge standards. read more

My sister referred me to this location, specifically to see Claudia. I'd only gotten my lashes lifted once before at another place but they missed lashes and they didn't last. Not great. When I went in for Claudia, she washed my lashes, brushed them through, got most of the stuff off my eyes, and a little lash blowout. My lashes stayed lifted for so long and looked amazing - chefs kiss. I booked another appt with Claudia but when they sent the reminder, they also sent a text that my card was expired & had to put in a new one etc etc, so I didn't notice that they changed the tech & time for the appointment. After taking care of deposit, I got several texts and calls about coming in sooner and had to let them know I could do 2 hrs earlier max because of work. So when I got there, everything was basically shut down. It was dark and the receptionist was closing down for the day. The new tech was nice enough, I don't want to slam her because I thought she was great but I will say I was very disappointed with the turn out. Immediately she started in on taping around my eyes and applying the solution to my lashes. I was honestly too stunned to say anything at this point but I know I had been rubbing my eyes all day from allergies. When we finished, there were several lashes missed on one eye but overall looked decent. Unfortunately, within a week or two, one eyes lashes fell and half of the other set did as well. I try to curl the side that fell but it looks drastically different and it is an unpleasant feeling knowing I spent a handful of dollars to be so unsatisfied with the treatment and service provided. :( :( :( read more

So I've never gotten lashes professionally done before because it's way too expensive. I started a better job this year and I'm doing well for myself. So I decided I could treat myself to a set of lashes so I wouldn't have to put on strips everyday. I got my first set ever here at lash lounge Walnut creek. And my lashes lasted a very long time. Just this Wednesday October 11th 2023 I went in to get a refill for the first time. I booked this refill via text to the business owner and I had mentioned I had a coupon in my email for 50% off my first refill. Hybrid refills are $149 to start originally. I had went in and did my refill and paid $94.53 on top of a $50 deposit to keep my place in line. After 2 hours of my refill with a new lash tech I might add, my lashes started coming off in clusters. Saturday morning I contacted the business owner via text again and told her what had happened because as of Saturday I had barely anything on my eyelashes and I looked exactly how I looked when I walked in to get a refill. The business owner then said she was very sorry and that she would give me my money back in full and she would give me a complimentary refill or full set. I declined her offer on getting the full set or refill because of this bad experience. And I had mentioned to her that I did not get my 50% off like I was supposed to. Today is Sunday October 15th, I only got $75.13 back. And now that I have contacted the business owner about this she will not reply back. I do not recommend this place because it is a money dump, when I was checking out for my refill the last check that did my refill shoved a product into my hand and told me to buy it to clean my eyelashes so I bought it to think that it would help. But no they basically got money out of me for a refill and I paid full price and I had to pay for a product that she said would help me and I did not get all the money back that I was supposed to. I really hope that you guys heed my warning DO NOT GO HERE read more

I was disappointed with my lash extension. I got the dramatic classic lash and I paid $176 w/ tip included. This price is comparable to other Salons around the area, so I suggest going to Lash and Luxe or even a small salon like Alegna where you get better results. The lashes fell off starting day 1. I had my eyebrows threaded a day after my extensions and the lady doing them even said it didn't look like I had any lash extensions done on me. It may not seem like $176 is alot but with having to leave my kids with a sitter and spend an hour at the salon, I expected more from this place. read more

Updating my review as my Lash Artist has been Michaella since my initial set, six months ago. Over the past six months Michaella and I have developed a great stylist/client relationship! She knows my eye shape, lash needs and is gentle in removing the old extensions. Since my initial set 6 months ago, I've only done fills and never needed a new set, like many of my friends who go to other lash salons. And my lashes have been through a lot! They've lasted through numerous half marathons, my full marathon training, running and swimming in Hawai'i and much more. I went to an independent eyelash specialist for years before coming to Lash Lounge and signing up for their monthly membership. It's been a game changer! It's so much easier to schedule and reschedule appointments - essential for a busy working mom. I've seen 3 different specialists for classic lash refills and all of them did an excellent job (Kareymi, Reagan, and Claudia). I'm a bit of a perfectionist and want my lashes to look beautiful but natural and Lash Lounge has succeeded every time! I couldn't be happier with my membership. I get them done pretty frequently, so the membership helps keep costs down. They're also great at squeezing me in if I have a last minute event I need a fill for.
