I have been going here for over a year now to get my eyebrows threaded. Krystal was my stylist and was amazing, she unfortunately is no longer there. I went today and had Carly, she completely undid all of Krystals good work in less than 10 minutes. I just got the full set today. My lashes have gaps and look like they need a refill, The girl was rude and asked me why did the book a hybrid if I want volume. Just Rude. She got the tape stuck on my real lash and pulled it, it was painful never had that happen before. And is this was senior stylist I had to pay extra for. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with the lashes I paid $190 for they said they could do a refill for an additional $105. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, they don't care about what you want. read more

Had a lash tint and lift. Honestly I do t even see a difference in my lashes. Not even the tent made them darker. The left did not look any different. I have never had a lift before so I kind of relied on the lash technicians expertise on what to do. But honestly it doesn't look any different it looks like I have wet eyelashes not like how I expected them to look. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years and I decided to try lash lounge because I just moved to the area. I did not get asked how I wanted my eyebrows and I had to quickly tell my eyebrow threader before she started that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up because I have naturally thick eyebrows with a shape. As soon as I left I couldn't help but start crying because my eyebrows were uneven and too thin. I felt like my eyebrow lady didn't listen to me. I called to let them know and they offered me a 10 percent discount for my next visit or to come back and fix my eyebrows. My eyebrows are too thin so I didn't want them to take more hair off and I will not be going back so I did not accept the 10 percent. Lash lounge refused to give me a refund and I feel very self conscious about my eyebrows. I don't feel that it is right that I had to pay for this. Also, they do not hand thread which I feel is more precise than machine threading. If you go, make sure your eyebrow threader knows exactly what you want . read more

I rarely get on Yelp to complain but I have to to warn others of the Threading services offered at TLL and what I received this morning. They do NOT offer traditional threading and you will be disappointed if that is your expectation. First I have to say the technician was lovely and it was not her fault. TLL uses an appliance they call a helix - which sort of is this plastic contraption the tech puts on their fingers to hold the thread. I am sure corporate policy has some reason but I can tell you as a veteran of threading all over the world, including ladies with a threading chair in the markets of Singapore - it is clumsy, painful and inaccurate. Traditional threading while offering a different kind of discomfort than say waxing, does sting, but it should be fast - this helix makes you feel EVERY hair being pulled slowly out. I said as much to the tech (who admitted she has never had her brows threaded so has no comparison). It was slow and painful and left the skin around my eyes stinging for the next hour. This is NOT how traditional threading should feel. I now have a choppy brow line from the arch toward the bridge of my nose from thin to suddenly thick - this is because it lacks accuracy. Threading when done properly stings a bit but offers a lovely clean arch. I could have stayed home, tweezed and saved $20 to better effect. To fix it I will have to use brow pencil to blend until it grows back. I didn't get bent out of shape though I was direct in my feedback to the technician and the nice woman at the front desk. I paid and tipped because i dont think it was her fault as she did the best she could. I will go back to the Indian salon that is independently owned - it will be worth the effort to go out of my way to not experience this again. read more

To be honest this wasn't what I expected at all. The venue is really nice and everything but they don't tell people they charge by counting the amount of lashes they actually place on your eye. I came in for a volume set with the special they have going on and no one told me it was a "classic" volume set so my lashes didn't exceed expectations. I've been to a few different places to get my lashes done so I know what is expected. Not a fan of their quality of lashes either. I went without lash extensions for 5 months before taking the plunge and booking with Lash Lounge. My first appointment was with a new stylist and while she did a great job it took upwards of 2.5 hours. They said she was still "learning" the pace of the salon - but they were MORE THAN accommodating. They have me my next fill on the house and with a senior stylist, Meagan. She's incredible! Omg. Completely in tears. Had eyebrow threading completed by Gerica. I left in a hurry so I didn't take a good look at my eyebrows but when I got in my car I was shocked. She completely reduced the head of my eyebrows by a centimeter and shorten them horizontally as well. Now I have wide set eyebrows. Before we started i explain i just wanted a touch up, Sarah use to do them but she left. Took me a year to grow them out, and I wanted the thick long look. Not only that my beautiful arches are gone. I'm a regular customer, so i received an email stating 25% my service for 2/27. When I advised, girl states only for new customers even though the email didn't have exclusions. Dont send out offers if they won't be honored. Eyebrows are an important component to your face, I can't believe this happened to me. read more
