I called on a Saturday and actually reached Touissant directly, who was hosting his daughter's birthday party. He really didn't have to answer, but he still did, listened to the issue, talked through what he thought might be going on, and promised to follow up on Monday. Which he totally did, and then came out the very next day. Once he was here, he diagnosed the problem right away, showed up with the part he suspected we would need, and fixed everything while explaining what he was doing. His rates were clear and reasonable, and the tub has been perfect ever since. Touissant knows his stuff, he is dependable and incredibly responsive, and he is just a genuinely hard-working, good person who cares about his customers. Then we are told me, NOPE we will not store it. They dropped it off and we find out after the fact that they did not properly set it up to be properly stored. Because of this a crack(s) in the shell appears. They first tell us they will submit a claim for us. Then they say they won't and its our problem. They take ZERO responsibility for how they delivered the hot tub knowing it needed to be properly safeguarded until we are ready for the pad to be poured. Other issues have developed as well. Whatever the sales staff tells you is not accurate or true. Their word means nothing. My advice is to stay away from Paradise Valley Spa as all they care about it taking one's dollars vs taking care of the customer. Shame on them. This is not a place anyone should do business with. I reached to Jordan Cox to chat about this. Never a return call or message. Just a smoke screen on their part. Don't believe any response they may post here.

What impressed us most was the level of knowledge and attention we received. Jim and his team clearly understand these products extremely well and focused on helping us choose the best spa for our family instead of simply pushing a sale. Their pricing was very reasonable, but the biggest value came from the service and support they provide. Before delivery, Jim personally visited our home twice to review the setup area and ensure everything was prepared properly. He was also involved during delivery and installation, and everything went according to plan. They spent time walking us through the spa features and explaining maintenance as well, which was especially useful since owning a hot tub involves more upkeep than I had remembered. Our spa was only recently installed, so I can't comment on long-term service yet, but based on everything we've experienced so far, I'm confident they'll continue taking great care of their customers. They have vast and detailed knowledge and experience in the field, and are amazingly ethical and honest with their information, happily explaining everything and answering any questions with complete candor. Absolutely no effort to upsell, in fact their emphasis is on saving the customer money while making sure they get the product that's right for them and passing along useful knowledge that would be known only to insiders. Anyone would be crazy to use any other source for spa purchase or service. I just had James replace the original pump and do other supplemental service and repair on a 15 year-old hot tub I bought from someone else long before I learned of this company. I was amazed--the whole experience turned out to be a real pleasure because of the quality of the work, his great attitude and easy-going nature, the speed of both scheduling and performing the work, and the very reasonable cost. He went out of his way to answer all of my many questions in detail, and with a smile. I simply can't recommend this rare company highly enough. It's the way all such companies should be run and so few are.
