Our dinner started with a scallops ceviche served with a spicy sauce that complimented the marinade. Our main was perfectly cooked salmon, with an accompanying sauce. Desert for all was a delicious key lime tart, which I am sure has a special name. It was a sort of tower of soft cake, cream and lime. I learned that The Greenhouse is booked through 2021.
